Staff was rude. Christina at the front desk insulted me by telling me she understands why I booked with a 3rd party and not them because rooms are cheaper! She also claimed I did not have a reservation when I cleary did. No lamps in the rooms only a desk lamp and at night you cant see anything! The ice bucket is located INSIDE THE CLOSET! Who knew? Well we did after Heather at the front desk yelled at us and told us where to find it. Pool was not open. Breakfast ok...nothing special stood out. Found bed bugs the first night Heather said they were beetles not bedbugs had to switch rooms at 2am. Next morning we had a funeral to go to. After traveling...driving from another state. I ask for a FULL refund and only got half! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE STAFF AND ADD MORE LIGHTING TO EACH ROOM AND INVESTIGATE ROOMS FOR BEDBUGS! This hotel is ridiculous!
