Pros:

４泊で約1000ドルしました。部屋は清潔でしたが、マットレスが柔らかすぎて腰か痛くなった。セルフパーキングは1日49ドル、パーキングエリアがとにかく汚くて臭かった、部屋にあるコーヒーがとにかくまずくて、毎朝近場のスタバか、ベーカリーを利用しました。次回泊まる事はないです。

Pros:

For us it was great location neet the sea, it was very clean and nice staff, the parking was great a little bit expensive but was great.
There also a great coffee house near the hotel.
We had 2 room with cone ted door to children it was great.

Cons:

The traffic in L.A 😉

Great stay with a pool for my grandson!
Pros:

It was wonderful for my short ‘staycation’ with my 10 year old grandson. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping.

A great weekend get away.

First visit particated in Marathon, second visit attended 250th Anniversary of our countries birth..
Pros:

The view was fabulous…meals were repeated daily and satisfactory. Attended pool area in AM hours as less crowded and enjoyed meeting people. Every event walking distance, and self parking was wonderful and convenient. I was born and raised in Long Beach, so familiar with surroundings. .

Enjoyable
Pros:

I love that your staff were so knowledgeable about activities and local restaurants and there were recommendations did not disappoint.

Cons:

If I had to pick something I didn’t like it would probably be that the doors were hard to open lol, it’s not a complaint just really the only thing that even sticks out that I don’t enjoy.

Quality design for quality time
Pros:

Often I’m wary about hotels near convention centres but this one won me over!
This is next door to LBCC and close to the beach and the Pines shopping area (H&M, Gap Levi’s). It’s also only a short walk to downtown bars & restaurants.
The quality of furnishing is reassuringly good with solid work surfaces, china etc.
Good to see a hairdryer in the bathroom and in its own storage box.
I was lucky enough to be in the Royal Suite and enjoyed the views of the marina and Queen Mary from all the suite’s windows. I swear they made working at the desk in the room more productive!
The bathroom was ‘glam’ with a beautiful deep bath tub and large shower with various shower options. Again all fixtures are good quality - definitely a case of form and function in the design department!
Reception staff were really helpful - I forgot my charger and there was one to borrow & they suggested other practical options when I needed to replace some tech equipment.
There were plenty of usb ports and a bedside Qi/wireless charger is another practical addition to the bedside table.
Missed a sit-down breakfast restaurant option but the prices for food & drink in the Marketplace were reasonable and again all the staff were friendly & efficient. (Can definitely recommend the cinnamon bun which was the size of my head for $6!!) Seating overlooking the hotel pool or shoreline goes some way to making up for not having a breakfast area/service. Again this seems to be a trend in hotel design & services.
The room was quiet and the bed was soft but comfy. With lots of pillows.
Only niggle is while there is lots of hanging space, I miss drawers! They are so handy for undies & t-shirts. That seems to be a trend in hotel interiors these days…
