Perfect stay.
Pros:

Absolute amazing staff at the front desk. So accommodating. Quick reply when I needed extra pillows. Front desk helped with feminine products. My mom already booked two upcoming stays. Thank you.

The view from the window was amazing
Pros:

Cedric at the front desk was very friendly, and he's personality made my day. His smile made us feel very welcoming. He was very helpful, when I left something behind in the room.

Cons:

It was just a little cold in the hallways, and our coffee maker in the room didn't work.

Would think hard before going back to that hotel.

Cons:

Paid for a harbour view for the first night but wasn't given one. The reservation booking staff, very dishonest says one one thing and delivered something else. The overall experience was disappointing. I stayed in many Hyatt Hotels over the years, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Trinidad to mention a few but this was the worst. Had to keep returning to the reception because my electronic key wasn't working properly in the elevator, time consuming, frustrating especially when late at night when tired.
