Our room had a beautiful view of Queen Mary. The room was large with many outlets for chargers, etc. Would definitely stay there again!
Nice location, great view, easy check in/out. Great staff! Jose from valet was very nice to us as we tried to figure out alternative parking that was more affordable! We were greeted very kindly by Scarlet at the front desk when we checked in and Anna when we checked out. Both very kind and helpful! :)
EXPENSIVE PARKING!!! NO Need to Over Charge guests!
We stayed here before our cruise. It was only 15 mins away from the cruise port. It had a nice view. It was clean and comfortable.
It was a little pricey but I think the area is just expensive in general.

Fabulous location to docks, Shoreline Village and all downtown things! Really enjoyed our stay!
Everything, the hotel is one step away from the sea.
Area surrounded by cafes and some retail shops.
Very nice area “the Long Beach”
The hotel is really clean staff are amazing.
The fact that breakfast isn’t included and gotta pre order is crazy.
You guys should introduce a buffet breakfast like other hotels.
Booked a room last minute, paid for "high floor" was given 5th floor out of 10 floors.
Only one washcloth was provided in our room with two queen beds. For a 4star hotel maybe, just maybe someone who speaks English as their primary language should proof read the room service menu that is placed in every room, ffs.....
The "new state of the art gym" was poorly equipped and very small. So much so many guests turned around as soon as they came through the door as there wasn't room to exercise.
The pool was decent, hot tub bubbles were extremely weak.
I really enjoyed my solo stay at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach. My view was pretty great of the marina and swan boats. The hotel was clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was busy and a little warm, but it had everything you needed for a good workout.
Zero parking priority to hotel guests policy, which ruins your 1st minutes experience and the rest of your stay. It got wore and worse everyday. The room wasn't cleaned well (It was dusty). Veeeery claustrophobic bathroom, no ventilation or fan, the mirror was installed too high, for a 5',1" person the light of the mirror was on your eye-level. You were supposed to pull the toilet paper bending down pulling from underneath the vanity. Disgusting feeling. Ventilation of the hallways and room was not good enough, you wouldn't feel fresh air, one night I got suffocating panic attack because of this. Over all the lobby and breakfast was ok, the rest not at all. This means even if someone gifts me to stay at this hotel, I won't accept it. The 1 point that I gave is because of Anna (The checkout shift supervisor) who was very understanding and smart. If I were to score for her, it would definitely be at least 9. But in general, the stay was so bad that I won't score more, I would give zero, but she moved the scale.
Oh I forgot to say, the second day we came back to our room seeing the TV was on. We didn't turn on the TV yet, so the chance of us leaving it on was zero and mind you, the DND sign was on our door when we left. Housekeeping people were so nice, respectful and helpful. Breakfast and the area was so good, lobby was good and that's all.
Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful
I felt it was a little expensive but know it was the time of year and lots of activities around the Hyatt driving up the price during my stay
Yataklar rahat otoparki guzel calisanlar iyiydi
Odada terlik yok odadaki su parali oda aydinlatmasi cok kotu
Nice location, but otherwise just a big convention hotel. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in any Hyatt. The breakfast offering was below what I’ve come to expect from Hyatt Regency properties. Also the valet got ballpoint pen marks on my car’s light grey interior.
Staff was friendly. It felt clean. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and over all a great stay.
Early check in took 2 1/2 hours so we only got an hours worth of early check in. We get it first come first serve and the gal that checked us in was so so kind but for the future we may not do the upgraded suite if we show up when early check in starts and have to wait that long.
Best hotel service, experience, and quality stay for the price
The surrounding amenities were great
We love the excitement and the additional space to watch the games on TV
We booked two rooms; one for our two teenagers & the other for my husband, our toddler and me. We decided to stop by and inquire about leaving our luggage with Concierge while we explored the area before check in time & the kind gentleman at Guest Services was able to check us in early - such a pleasant surprise! The location is central and just across from the sandy shores of Long Beach. The LB Convention Center is just a few doors down & there are plenty of eateries that are walking distance. The hotel amenities (pool, gym, marketplace) were all very nice touches & the quality of service here is by far one of the best we've experienced. Well done, Hyatt. We will be back soon!
An on-site self-service laundry room would be such a great addition to the hotel amenities!
Fletcher was great and very helpful with our luggage, and setting up taxi service for us. Very friendly, along with the rest of the crew.
It was tough for my husband to get around in his wheelchair in the room, and to the handicap elevator.
