Pros:

Location was great. Awesome staff. Nice room and view.

Cons:

There are too many additional charges. There aren't enough available resort style options to be charging so many different fees.

Paid for a harbour view for the first night but wasn't given one. The reservation booking staff, very dishonest says one one thing and delivered something else. The overall experience was disappointing. I stayed in many Hyatt Hotels over the years, Korea, Hong Kong, China, Trinidad to mention a few but this was the worst. Had to keep returning to the reception because my electronic key wasn't working properly in the elevator, time consuming, frustrating especially when late at night when tired.

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful views and super clean room and gym.

Cons:

Long Beach--the beach itself--has a lot of trash. There's some nice walking paths near the water though.

Consistently Great — Highly Recommend!
Pros:

We returned to one of our favorite Long Beach hotels for Thanksgiving, and once again the Hyatt Regency delivered a great experience. This visit, our family booked two rooms — a Regency Suite and a Two Double Beds room — and both were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The Regency Suite was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving gatherings, offering plenty of space along with beautiful views of Long Beach. The location truly can’t be beat — it’s within easy walking distance to shopping, dining, the Aquarium, the pier, the beach, the Convention Center, and other nearby attractions.

As Hyatt Globalists, we enjoyed breakfast each morning at The Market, which was excellent and a great way to start the day.

This property continues to be one of our top choices in Long Beach, and we always recommend it to family and friends.

I love Long Beach.
Pros:

It is a beautiful location, and the rooms have amazing views on all sides. It is so close to the Convention Center. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, and things to do within walking distance.

Terrible BED.
Pros:

Stayed 1 night for the convention. Woke up the next day with a terrible backache. And then I had to drive 7 hours in pain back to AZ.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was very close to shopping and many nice restaurants. The Queen Mary is a quick Uber ride and totally worth the tour.
