Didn't like to have to pay for parking and everything is expensive.
The location was perfect, it was a great place to stay.
The refrigerator made horrible noises all through out the night. Sounded like it was going to blow up.
From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained. The staff truly made a difference - welcoming, professional, and attentive. Mary Lou and the gentleman working the front desk were very pleasant, friendly, and provided top notch customer service. The valet service was excellent. Loved having the Starbucks in the hotel. The room exceeded expectations: clean, spacious, comfortable. I have stayed here before and hence the reason why I returned. A 5-Star experience and highly recommend.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The staff was warm and inviting. Everything was wonderful!
I felt very safe knowing the head of security, Terry Mandley, was there making sure we were safe at all times.
bed dirty . rooms not ready until 15 till five / media room half clean / media bath room not clean / when leaving / check out lady not nice at all. bartender older lady very very rude , everybody noticed it and were talking about her.
My check-in had a hiccup, but the front desk manager, aided by a clearly young, new team member who was trying, got it taken care of and went above and beyond. The room was clean, the bedding was lovely, and having an actual Starbucks in the lobby--PERFECT! I was sick during my stay, and the front desk manager offered me a teapot! Seeing me with my hands full, the head of security took care of the elevator buttons. And the gentleman at the front desk, who later checked me out, asked me how I was feeling, because he remembered I was sick. Almost everyone on this team gave me the genuine feeling I mattered, and they cared! Just great job, y'all!
Freezing-ass cold no matter what you did with the Thermostat. Excessive parking rates. Clerk at the front desk had trouble understanding that BILL and WILLIAM could be the same person. Sway restaurant slow with mediocre food unworthy of Hyatt Regrncy. Is that enough?

Cost could have been less expensive for one night
Clean, attractive, able to change room quickly when missing second bed.
We stayed at a Days Inn the night before at half the cost and they gave us breakfast and free parking. And although not as attractive, it was just as comfortable and we thought it was almost rude the way we had to become a member to get a bottle of water from your hotel.

I looked on the site to make sure my 18 yr old will be able to check in and stay there without a parent. The website says 18 and I have a screenshot of that, which I will post. Once my son got there, they told him you have to be 21 to stay there. They blamed booking.com for the mix up.
the colors/decor were beautiful
There were NO! full size towels in the bathroom or room.
The TV was at an angle and too hgh: I love watching TV from the bed which was hard to do; TV was too hgh at the table and even in the highest chair available.
I sneezed most of the night and my eyes and nose itched .
Lastly, the vending on the floor (16) was empty, and they do not validate parking tickets which cost me $20.00 instead of the $12.00 as was told to me. by the desk.
Great customer service goes a long way and Terry has mastered it. He recognized it was raining and provided our team umbrellas from the hotel and his positive attitude started our busy morning off on the right front.
My 3rd year staying at this Hyatt property. Great location, clean room with very attentive staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a top notch Hyatt Regency with excellent customer service and accommodations. Rooms are clean, updated, and spacious. Location is perfect for any downtown activities. The restaurant was amazing and the on-site Starbucks adds that touch of early morning convenience that really helps to set this hotel apart.
We had a great experience!!!!! From Monique at the front counter… who was amazing!!! we were a part of a very large group and had multiple rooms. And Monique was fabulous helping us get checked in! So very kind and thoughtful of every detail of our check-in. Also, as soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by Terry as he was making his security rounds. He is a great ambassador for the Hyatt! Every time we saw him, he was checking in with us and warmly greeting us with a big smile. It made staying in a hotel, seem like it was home! He really had an impact on our team by the way that he served others joyfully with a great attitude and was very self sacrificing. By being friendly with everyone he was getting to know folks and keeping everyone safe. We were there for a very large convention and the hotel was packed! But that did not stop Terry from greeting people at the door, checking in on folks as he walked around the lobby and doing a great job of making rounds so that everyone felt safe and secure! Keep up the good work!!!!
