I had such an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish! The property itself was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what truly made the stay unforgettable was the valet service. From the moment we pulled up, the valet staff greeted us with big smiles and incredible professionalism. They were quick, efficient, and made us feel like VIPs.
Every time we needed our car, it was ready in no time, and the team was always so kind and helpful. They even gave great recommendations for places nearby and made sure we were taken care of each time we came and went.
The hotel rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale. Between the outstanding customer service and the amazing valet team, this stay exceeded all expectations.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free, and top-tier experience!

It was a really nice building and experience with great elevators and people.
We were with the DECA conference and everyone was very helpful, especially the valet workers when loading and unloading bags.
Cheyann Pope (banquets) was so very helpful. Overall I had a great experience at this hotel. Traveling with students is never easy but the accommodations were great for our trip. Luggage upon checkout was a small problem, and the day time staff at the front desk didn’t offer any viable solutions for us. (the lady who was at the front desk at night was very helpful). However, other staff stepped in and took great care of us and our luggage.
Staff were professional and helpful. Terry Mandley went above and beyond when I needed assistance in the lobby. Thank you, Terry!

We recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Louisville during a very difficult time, as my sister has been in the hospital and it’s been touch and go for the past two days.
I especially want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Monique, Naria, and Arti. They were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. During such an emotional and stressful situation, their empathy and genuine customer service meant more than they probably realize. They treated us with compassion, and we truly appreciate that.
I will say that our experience with the night crew was not as positive. The day crew, however, was much more attentive and welcoming.
Overall, I’m grateful for the support and kindness shown to us when we needed it most. Thank you again to Monique, Naria, and Arti.
The noise. The doors didn't muffle much and the neighbors were noisy due to this as was the rest of the building.
Not the best check-in experience but that was quickly turned around when Terry (Head of Security) introduced himself as my daughter and I were waiting for our room to be ready at check-in. He so kindly explained things which definitely made me feel at ease and then even helped us bring our luggage up and change rooms when the front desk mixed things up. He was so kind and went out of his way our entire stay and definitely makes the hotel experience better! I would overall recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and Terry.
The negatives: check in was not great, connecting rooms weren't assigned correctly, and front desk staff wasn't apologetic or even empathetic for that matter. There are no microwaves in the room (although there are 2 downstairs) and the fridge is tiny. The beds also weren't super comfortable and hard but you may love them if you love firmer beds. Parking also was extra per day and not included.
The positives: Terry, housekeeping was also amazing and cleaned our room at a time that we were gone (super nice and detailed!), location is excellent and our view was nice, right next to the convention center if you're here for a meet, Starbucks downstairs that you can mobile order which was a huge plus, and multiple restaurants conveniently across the street. I also didn't find it to be super loud other than the occasional ambulance but I brought a sound machine. The AC/heater also work really well!
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and it was a very nice stay!
This hotel was great and its in an awesome location! We come every year to Louisville and this is by far the best hotel choice! Terry (head of security) and Monique (front desk) were both a great part of our stay! They both deserve a raise, employees of the month and year! They both went above and beyond for our group!! Can't wait to visit again!
I had a good stay that was made even better by Terry! He greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome every time he saw me. He also helped me quickly check out of the hotel and catch my Uber back to the airport. His exceptional service and attention to detail truly made a difference, and I genuinely appreciated his efforts.
Cheyanne in banquets was excellent. She greeted us every day with a smile. She always was positive and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed.

The Head of Security, Terry, greeted me on my way to a meeting which was very unexpected. I don’t think that’s ever happened to me before. He was very pleasant and welcoming. I tend to stay in Marriott hotels, so this is probably just my 2nd or 3rd time in a Hyatt. Terry definitely has me thinking about building up my loyalty with Hyatt now.
