Awesome Hotel with awesome staff!!
Pros:

The ladies at the front desk were the greatest, so helpful and polite, made the everything awesome from the beginning!! Rooms were so clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing!! From start to finish was amazing!!

The hotel is beautiful

Cons:

At night it was really loud there was people partying it seemed like right outside of our room. Our tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work I tried to call the front desk for a long time, so that was annoying but the hotel was nice and so was the staff.

It was a very nice stay and love the hotel and staff.
Pros:

It was clean good area has a indoor pool and loved the staff

Cons:

We had a little mishap with a flood in our room but the staff reacted quickly and made things right for us. They’re very nice people. Will definitely be staying there again.

It’s a nice hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

It says breakfast included, no, breakfast is $20 per adult and $10 for kids under 9.

The stay was wonderful. The room was very comfortable
Pros:

I liked the location of the room. It was almost right off the elevator. How nice the room looked.

Cons:

We attended an event that we did not get back from until 10pm and there was nothing around the hotel or at the hotel to get to eat.

Great stay and wonderful hospitality!
Pros:

We had fantastic time at this hotel for several days this past week. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was delicious. But the best part was Terry Mandley, head of security. He was truly the kindest and most attentive person we have encountered in a long time. He went out of his way to ensure our group was taken care of and greeted us every day we were there! He is like family to us all now! We look forward to visiting again! Thank you Terry!
