It was an excellent, restful vacation.
Pros:

The accessibility to everything; the pool, the breakfast, the parking lot. THE BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW

My stay was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I was not given clear instructions on where to park or how to find
Cons:

The room wasn’t as nice as I expected. The bed frame was ripped, the shower head was broken, and the light near the entrance of the room was extremely dim with no way to make it brighter.

The parking lot is full. There is no microwave in the room.
Pros:

The staff at the reception were very friendly! The grounds are spacious, and there is a large swimming pool. There are plenty of activities for children. The room was very clean! Beautiful views from the window, too.

Cons:

We loved everything—we'll be back again!

Jungle bay getaway.

Pros:

Beautiful. Corner suite, perfect, with views. Their restaurant, Red Marlin, was delicious both nights we went and enjoyed by our entire family that attended. Expensive but nice for special occasion.

Cons:

They have parking, but not to accommodate our B Van that we were traveling in. Left Van at daughters as she said to many homeless problems in San Diego and it wouldn’t be safe unsecured on street.

Cons:

À deux, nous avions envie d'un séjour au calme avec une belle vue, comme je l'avais précisé dans mes demandes.

Aucune n'a été respectée : la chambre se trouvait à l'étage le plus bas avec vue sur le toit du spa et un bruit infernal qui vient de l'intérieur de la chambre et de l'extérieur avec en plus le bruit des enfants qui pataugent dans la piscine.

Les toboggans adultes étaient fermés, la piscine bondée, sans pouvoir trouver un transat pour se poser.

Donc ni vue ni calme alors que nous étions les rares à ne pas être accompagnés d'enfants...
Sans compter qu'il était impossible de dormir sans boules quies tant la ventilation interne était bruyante.

Matelas mou, usé, inconfortable.

J'ai dû expliquer que nous n'avions pas utilisé le parking, facturé d'emblée a 50$ par jour !

Une de mes pires expériences à San Diego à tous les niveaux.

It was awful!
Pros:

They did not have the room I requested and then the one they gave me was dirty and had some else sleeping on the room.

Cons:

Had my reservation on time for the room I paid for and have clean rooms.
