Fantástico hotel en el centro de Atlanta
Pros:

Absolutamente todo. Es un hotel increíble, en el corazón de Atlanta, puedes ir andando al museo de la Coca-Cola, al estadio Mercedes-Benz Atlanta Stadium. Todos los empleados fueron geniales y muy amables, el desayuno excelente, y además tiene un bar que abre todo el día, y piscina en verano. Tiene parada de metro MARTA a dos minutos andando. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y confortables. Realmente, un gran hotel!

Great location and nice stay
Pros:

Location was great. We were within walking distance to centennial park.

Cons:

The cafe in the lobby was pretty pricey and the food items we ordered weren’t the best, especially for how expensive it was.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

Kobe and the rest of the team at Guest Services provided an excellent customer service experience with utmost professionalism and attentiveness. They were extremely understanding and kind about a dilemma with UPS that lasted over a week. They maintained communication throughout the entire process and resolved my problem with ease. Anyone would be lucky to come across these employees. This is what customer service should be.
