Roach and Data Mix-up!
Pros:

I’m currently staying at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. When I turned on the shower, a roach came out of the drain. I reported it immediately, and the first front desk associate was kind, professional, and apologetic. She provided points for one night and said housekeeping would thoroughly clean the room.
However, when I returned, the roach was still there in the exact same spot. Housekeeping had refreshed the room (towels, bed), but clearly did not clean it properly. At that point, I was also concerned about my belongings and honestly hoped my clothes had not been exposed.
When I went back to the front desk, the second associate was dismissive and rude. She said I had already been compensated and that they hadn’t had time to fix the issue—even though housekeeping had already been in the room. I felt completely brushed off. I requested a room change and asked for additional compensation, but while I was moved, nothing further was offered.
Cleanliness is the bare minimum, and how this was handled made it worse. One staff member was great—unfortunately, the other was not. I hope management addresses both housekeeping standards and customer service.I’m currently staying at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience.
I also received a folio with someone else’s name and my personal information (address, phone number, and email) stating that I checked out. This was very alarming thinking that someone else had access to my contact information. Upon notification, the front desk quickly updated the system and offered free water.

Good Hotel, Bad Billing
Pros:

Great downtown location within walking distance of Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coca-Cola, the aquarium, and the Martin Luther King Jr. site. Rooms are spacious and modern, and the conference facilities are excellent

However, I was disappointed with billing issues—my prepaid room was charged again, then refunded and recharged. I had to make multiple international calls from the UK to resolve it, which cost me extra, and Hyatt did not compensate me despite the issue being on their side.

I can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

This is a Beautiful hotel in a great location! Everything is actually within walking distance or you can ride the scooters. There are also several restaurants and stores close by. Loved it there!!
