Beautiful hotel remodel and area around the hotel was sparce with shopping options in area, had to take Uber to shopping
Everything was great
Pool needed to be heated or have a hot tub. The pool is freezing because it doesn’t get enough sunlight. Also need a microwave in the room or access to one.

Rooms were comfortable. Love the convenience to the mart and food court. Restaurant and bar is also very good!
I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around downtown and visit nearby attractions. The hotel offers great amenities, and everything was well maintained. The food was delicious, with several great dining options to choose from. Most importantly, the hotel was very clean, and the staff made sure the property was welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.

Average hotel with below average to average customer service. Hotel is great location to everything. Valet was very helpful. But the staff did not respond to my inquiries at all before or during stay. Would not recommend at all if you are looking for the romantic, special occasion treatment.
