I have traveled through many nice hotels through the last 30 years on business and this hotel stands out as that top few that made me feel less like I was traveling for a convention or customer visit and more like a person. At every level the staff was friendly and warm, the building and room seemed bright and full of life and I genuinely enjoyed just being there. I would like to thank them for the human experience not just a stay and move on feeling you sometimes get when traveling.
Housekeeping didn’t change sheets
I like the location and it's proximity to other attractions. We could walk everywhere.
I did not like the rudeness of the front desk clerk and valet. But that was just the first night. After that everything was smooth.
It was above and beyond! I’ve been going to this Hyatt for 36 years and I’ve never had a complaint! It gets better and better each year!! I love that place ! It’s like home every time I come!
How the front desk looked out for me when I seen mold in my first room
Nice location and beautiful hotel. Only issue was the blood in the bathroom and the stained sheets and the hole in the sheets.

I sent items in to be dry cleaned 36 hours prior to my event. Housekeeping "forgot" about my dry cleaning, informing me at 7:00 pm the night before a huge presentation (to over 500 that it wouldn't be back until 6:00 the following night. I had to venture out into Atlanta via uber and spent $515 on a new suit jacket, pants and dress shirt. Once back I had to press it all myself at 9:45 pm (which I'm horrible at and not comfortable doing). The night shift manager offered me a $100.00 room credit for the issue acting like it wasn't a big deal. The housekeeping supervisor who called me apologized and said she was sorry but this happens all the time.
On a postive note the hotel was a 10 out of 10. A beautiful property with comfortable, spacious rooms, great bars and restaurants on site.

Well they should let people know they charge a extra 200 for damages but they give it back after you check out if you valet its 65 a night self park is around the corner its 35 a night oh an no microwave
Convenient location and the view from the balcony was amazing.
