Convenient to OHare, good airport shuttle
Undergoing renovation, my room was very outdated and noisy
Room was roomy and in good condition. The breakfast was great. Close proximity to airport a great benefit. Also, a shopping mall in the walking distance a bonus. The gym very good!
No complaints!
Todo estaba excelente
Never had a worse experience in a hotel. Construction on two sides to my room, starting at 5:30am. Parking lot was water logged, buffet had no soda, and staff did little to address the fact there was partying till 12:30am, and then pounding with construction at 5:30am.
I would have expected a warning this could happen, offers of small credit is offensive. I got no sleep at night when they had no ability to control guests or plan for their construction starting 2.5 hours before planned. And then no sleeping at day, because that is when the construction was supposed to happen.
Never stay here
Went for a business conference. Loved the online check-in and the ability to opt out of room service during the check-in process. The room was clean and cozy, and the food and service were really good.
Rooms are small. Shower is a 4 foot by 4 foot area. Toilet is one foot off the floor. Only positive is located next to convention center.
Picked the Hyatt because it's the Hyatt and close walking distance to my hairclass at convention center. Easy to park and get into hotel. Lobby is well maintained and fairly serene with the normal swoop of the elevators moving about. Check-in was fairly quick and a pleasant face to assist. Glad the hotel had restaurants so I didn't have to find somewhere else. Traveled alone for my hairshow, so glad I could get everything in house.
Great hotel. Lovely staff from doormen, to front desk, to housekeeping to restaurant staff. One problem. No full length mirror in my room.
Great hotel and accommodating staff - fantastically close to O'Hare with free shuttle. Good staff and facilities. Overall fabulous experience

Hotel overbooked my double bed room and was given a cot with springs for family member to sleep on after a 12 hr flight. Did not have a good night sleep on this cot.
Great hotel other than the loud construction. Breakfast buffet is incredible! Service is good throughout. Great gym. Food needs some help in the restaurant. For the prices it seems it should be better. Quite salty.
