Good location, friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast.
The room was spacious and the cleaning staff was excellent.
There was construction happening at 5 am just above my room. The water shut off mid-shower with no warning. I could not get anyone on the phone, so I had to text, which delayed the response long enough that I didn't have time to change rooms before my meeting. I had to finish showering using water bottles.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was wonderful.

Was a very enjoyable stay, stayed in the suite that was well equipped for my last night wigh my partner on my trip. It offered a good option for food nearby, very close to the airport and they offered late check out at around 2 for a small fee.
Only slight grievance was that the photo's showed a sofa/couch but we got two armchairs which for a couple wasn't as good. Only reason to mention it is because the picture mislead me a bit.
the bed and pillows were not the best quality.
The breakfast was wonderful! A range of choices were offered and my daughter and I both enjoyed it very much.
The only improvement would be to have the shuttle wait for a minute or two at each stop. My daughter had to use the restroom at 1:50 a.m., and since we thought the shuttle was due at 2, I told her to go at the airport. The shuttle came early, around 1:55 (the time isn't posted or anything so that wasn't a problem) but we saw it from inside and as we were hurrying to get out the door with her bag, the shuttle left before the driver could even see us. The only thing I would change would be for the shuttle to wait a set amount of time per stop, regardless of whether the driver sees anyone waiting to board. As it is now, if you're not already outside waiting for the shuttle, you're probably not getting on the bus.
