A lovely upscale stay. A peaceful quiet hotel that also values ambiance for their guests. This is a large hotel, which accommodates many people for many different types of events. They tend to like to pay attention to the personal experience from the plants to your dining experiences. The staff always make sure whenever you need you receive, as they quickly and quietly deliver it to you.
The entire staff seemingly has a mission, they wish for you to remember your time there feeling like you were seen and cared for.

The room was lovely, clean, and modern, with a nice view of the city and a balcony. I visited for PlantCon and was delighted to find out that there was a skybridge from the Hyatt to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
It is next to the airport and the convention center, so parking fills up quite fast in the evening.
Easy shuttle service between terminal five and hotel entrance
Our stay was fantastic. The hotel and bar area was beautiful. We did park and fly and it easy and quick. The shuttle was reliable. Would stay again.
Value for the money. Comfortable mattress. The hotel and room were pretty.
There was a thick sheet on the bed but no blanket. There was not a blanket in the closet either.
This is my third stay at this basic cookie-cutter no frills airport hotel. The last time, about 6 weeks ago, I also left after one night, and went to the Four Seasons. This time, I was with my spouse and 20 year old daughter. We wanted to be in the Mall of A area, so I thought I would give this hotel another shot. Since I was confident I would not get a suite upgrade as a globalist (because it almost never happens), I reserved a high floor deluxe spacious king room for 3 adults. The room had a king bed, and no bed for a third person. I immediately called down to the front desk, and Manager Rebecca was flippant and unhelpful. She said they had no roll away beds, despite the website saying roll away bed available. She said we need to update the website! I said where is the third adult supposed to sleep? She said “I don’t know!” She offered a room with 2 queens, to be fair, but we needed a king plus a bed for a third person: roll away or sofa bed. And I am a GLOBALIST! Highest status. They did not care. Smirked at me when I said it. We were exhausted and given a room for 2 people when we booked a king room for 3, But the worst part of the whole thing is the way we were treated, especially as someone who has Globalist status with Hyatt. Not only did the front desk staff and manager express no empathy, or admit this was a huge error by Hyatt, Rebecca was unkind and unhelpful. Then, to make matters much worse, my calls to the Globalist hotline were worthless. They called the hotel and then came back to me with the same information I already was told. I was left to find a room elsewhere myself. Nightmare. I will always stay at the Four Seasons in the future in Minneapolis. It will cost five times more but service is 1000x better. Avoid this Hyatt hotel and don’t chase status. You are not taken care of. Oh, and see this picture of our “duvet”. And the thermostat was broken, and the carpet was filthy.
Nice looking and comfortable
We were told shuttle was at top of the hour between midnight and 4 am and our shuttle guy almost left without us cause he said it was quarter to the hour. Our son had to beg him to wait for us because we were not down there yet so we wouldn’t make our flight
