Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional.
I would particularly like to recognize CJ from the Valet team for his outstanding service. He kindly assisted me with my luggage and helped coordinate my Uber despite the heavy traffic and street closures due to the Houston parade.

Don’t expect Hyatt to contact you if you leave something.
Pros:

I stayed for a night before getting on a cruise ship. I left my prescription drugs in the room refrigerator. I realized it within an hour of leaving. I have yet to be able to actually speak to anyone. I was directed to an outside website. Never heard from them. As a Hyatt discoverist leave, I will never use Hyatt again!

Pros:

Cordialidade dos funcionários (muito atenciosos e simpáticos), instalações do hotel, equipamentos da academia, cafeteria e restaurante do hotel (bons, equipados e com bons preços), localização.

Cons:

Como o hotel fica no centro da cidade, fica muito deserto durante os finais de semana e feriados. Além disso, todo o entorno do hotel é cheio de mendigos, pedintes e drogados. A pessoa se sente insegura ao andar a pé nas imediações do hotel, pois é constantemente abordada. O custo do estacionamento do hotel poderia ser mais baixo. Acabamos usando muito mais os transportes por aplicativo por achar inseguro andar a pé na localidade.

Valentines Experience
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. The staff was kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome the entire time. I reached out before our stay to ask if they could help make the room special for Valentine’s Day , and they truly went above and beyond anything I expected.

When we arrived, the room looked beautiful and romantic, and it created the perfect moment for such an important memory in our lives. Everything during the stay was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing, which let us fully enjoy our time together without any stress.

This place will always mean a lot to us because it’s where one of the biggest moments of our lives happened. I’m very thankful to the team for helping make our proposal so special and unforgettable.

Peaceful and surreal getaway.
Pros:

My wife and I used a free night rewards for our second year to stay at the Houston Downtown Hyatt Regency, and again, they did not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is great. The room was fantastic and we were allowed late checkout. We plan to do this each year.

Shower Hot Water Problem
Pros:

Overall, my stay was great and the rooms were clean. However, the shower situation was a major problem. Every morning, the water was cold. It made it really difficult to shower properly, especially when I was trying to get ready quickly in the morning. Aside from that, everything else was fine, but because of the hot water issue, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
