Great experience!
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortably located for exploring the city. Very comfortable rooms and great amenities with a nice vibe, especially the Einstein Bros Bagels that are open 24h! CJ helped us out at the Valet and was very kind and accommodating!

March Stay
Pros:

Came in town for NCAA tournament. Central to everything and very nice hotel. Would definitely stay again. Food was really delicious as well

Great weekend getaway Hotel
Pros:

Hyatt Regency downtown Houston is as good as it gets. The staff from the Valet guys, check in staff are all top notch.
Plus this downtown location unlike many other cities downtowns.....is so close to so many things to do.

CJ and the valet team were amazing!
Pros:

I had a great stay but the best part of my stay was the valet team. CJ and all of the valet team did a great job. They were professional and helpful when I needed my car and were working fast with such a large crowd.

Very nice stay!
Pros:

I had a very pleasant experience at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel was clean, the staff members were all warm and pleasant. I enjoyed the room and my stay and will be back!

Staff is really friendly especially the valet Benji and CJ were great. They had the vehicle ready never a wait and helped me with putting my bags up and making me laugh

Pros:

Stay was great it was super busy due to March madness and a team staying at the hotel.Called for the car CJ the was great he had the car ready to go super friendly. 100% would recommend the Hyatt Regency.

Great valet, bathrooms need work.
Pros:

We over the valet workers. We travel a LOT and this was the fastest valet we have experienced - every time we requested it was ready by the time we got downstairs. CJ was hustling to make sure people were loading efficiently and made it seamless during the rush hour of checkout. He kept our young girls safe in the traffic too.

Overall our rooms struggling with loud AC, we were never told we had to request housekeeping to come if we wanted it, and our bathtub water pressure was non existent and took forever to warm up.

Pros:

Fun staying here for March madness! Easy walk to the Toyota Center and fun area to be in.

Shout out to CJ in valet for taking such good care of us too.
