Hotel maravilhoso, atendimento excelente.
Pros:

Hotel excelente. Otimo café da manhã e o atendimento foi maravilhoso do checkin ao checkout. Gratidão a Gynna por ter localizado o carregador que esqueci. Restaurante impecável, preços que compensam fazer a refeição no hotel invés de restaurantes externos. Tem 3 elevadores, o que facilita muito a circulação no hotel.

Cons:

Ponto negativo: o indicador de "nao perturbe" do quarto nao funcionou, e a tarde estava dormindo quando o serviço de limpeza e arrumação tocou a campainha do quarto. Não foi culpa da equipe, mas do equipamento, que não estava funcionando. A parte ruim do banheiro é que a porta do chuveiro não tem mola e nenhum suporte pra evitar a pancada, entao quando você sai, se não segurar, ela bate muito forte.

Pros:

Funcionários super atenciosos.
Deixou a desejar apenas por conta do estacionamento, pois éramos 5 pessoas e entre elas havia dois idosos e duas pessoas com deficiência.
Não havia vagas destinadas a esse público.

Não gostei e não recomendo.
Pros:

Do silêncio e da TV.

Cons:

A sujeira na varanda cheio de terra, e nos vidros dela estavam manchados e sujos, no banheiro os reajustes estavam encardidos e tinha limo nos azulejos, a torneira da pia estava muito velha e ruim de usar e sobretudo estava na entrada do quarto um forte cheiro de mofo que vinha do teto. Na recepção os atendentes estavam desleixados com a própria aparência. (Unhas, cabelos…) sem cordialidade.
