Had a wonderful time staying here for Anime Expo. The shuttle service was right outside, valet was prompt and helpful, and the staff was super accommodating. I didn’t have any noise issues and the room was spacy. We requested a microwave and kettle brought to our room, no extra charge, and all the rooms already have a mini fridge for drinks or small snacks. The daily water bottles were a hugeee help considering how hot the summers get. Ron and David at valet were especially helpful and friendly.
The Sheraton Grand is a great hotel with great service. The rooms were clean and tended to promptly when needed. It also is in the middle of several restaurants so you have easy access to various types of food.
Parking is valet only, but the staff there make it easy to retrieve your car if you need it.
It's not the cheapest hotel out there, but it has pretty good prices for the location.
The Ron Valet Team was incredibly prompt with storing and retrieving my car. The porters were very helpful with my mountain of luggage. Great service all around.
Stayed for 4th of July Weekend. This is actually the 4th or 5th time we stayed with them for the same holiday. Service at the entrance/lobby and the valet is always phenomenal.

When we tried to get more toilet paper & towels it took about 1hr to receive them and we had to go downstairs to use the restroom.
Very helpful staff from Ron, Khari (Bell service) and Raul. They were punctual with parking and retrieving our vehicle and loading our luggage and belongings.
When requests are made they tried to fulfill
No consierge to help recommendations and help in reservations. Sunday and Monday yhey said not available!!
The bed pillows were the worst I have ever sern. Mattress were like 2 star motel need to be renewed asap!!
Hotel was great! Best experience with the Ron at the valet. Ron went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.
Excellent location right in front of Metro station, staff took care of no option to run into homeless people on the way to Metro (that was common issue for our other place of stay in LA downtown). Excellent staff that dealed with my emergency state mood and mileading reservation very well.
Nice deck that seemed like a pool in the pictures. In spite of deck being very nice the lack of pool was disappointment.
Easily one of my favorite hotels in LA. The rooms and amenities are great, and the gym is excellent with some really good views to top it off. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Taylor and Roberto consistently go above and beyond—every visit they’re welcoming, attentive, and genuinely make every visit more enjoyable. That level of service is rare, and it’s the reason we keep coming back.
