Comfortable and pleasant trip
Pros:

Sheraton Grand Los Angeles is located in the heart of downtown LA. Safe to walk to many restaurants within few blocks. Hotel is clean nice. Price is reasonable compared to hotels nearby. This hotel has recently upgraded the gym with Technogym. I always try to stay in this hotel when I visit LA.
I want to thank to Clay and Daniel for great support.
And thanks to Christopher Sereano at Club Lounge. He is very friendly, kind and helpful to all the guests at the lounge. I wish to come back to this hotel in the next trip to LA.

Kahvaltı açık büfede çok çok az yiyecek vardı kıtlıktan çıkmış gibi, ayrıca normal kahvaltı ürünleri için önümüze menü koyup ücretli olduğunu söylediler, bu menüdekiler extra değil kahvaltıda olması gerekenlerdi!

Cons:

Kaldığım odada inanılmaz derecede yüksek gürültülü asansörün çalışma sesi beni sabaha kadar iki defa uyandırdı sinir oldum.Benim hayatımın bir kısmı otellerde geçti ama böyle asansör çalışma gürültüsü odanın içinde geldiğine ilk defa şahit oldum.Sesi daha az duymak için yastıkları yatağın ayak ucuna koyup uymaya çalıştım :)

Very good hotel but didn’t feel safe to walk around at the night time.
Pros:

Good ambiance and big room. Close to super market and cafe.

Cons:

Location is not that great for walking around in the evening but day time was fine.
We booked 2 rooms for the 2 nights at the hotel with our family but we were disappointed that housekeeping was not done next day in our room. We had to ask the receptionist to provide us clean towels and tea/coffee. They did apologise and send the clean towels and refills for the tea and coffee table.

A highly stressful stay due to payment disputes, unauthorized charge attempts, and unclear fees despite the reservation

Upon our arrival in November, we were informed that our stay had not been paid for, even though it had already been fully prepaid through Booking. We were asked to pay again for the same stay. For approximately two hours, there was a serious communication issue, as the hotel did not respond to Booking’s phone calls while Booking was trying to reach them at the same time as us. During this time, they were trying to charge an amount to my card without my authorization.

At the same time, we were told that we had to pay $200 as a security deposit. On the second day, this amount was changed to $400, and the so-called security deposit was then described as a “destination fee”, which we later learned does not apply to this hotel. In the end, only $100 was refunded.

Overall, the handling of payments lacked transparency and caused significant stress.
