no tiene parking, no hay piscina, el personal de la recepcion puso problemas para darme otra habitacion (en particular una persona el resto fue todo perfecto y muy atentos)
Location was perfect. Liked the valet garage parking, a bit pricey with all the added taxes.
The rooms need to be updated, there are no outlets next to the beds to charge up and use at the same time your electronics . Carpet needs replaced. The extra long and large sink is a waste of space. No room to put your toiletries on the counter. No towels bars just 2 hooks.

When we went to check in there were no rooms available for us even though we booked and paid through booking.com. It was marked as a no-show and we have yet to be refunded. I have spent much time on the phone trying to get this resolved with no success. Very poor service on both the hotel and booking.coms end.
The location was perfect walking distance from most places downtown especially the Oracle Stadium. The breakfast was good, and lobby was lovely, the room was comfortable. I knew what I was getting.
If I had to say anything it would be the price of parking.
