The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff were exceptional.
Some unhoused people in the neighborhood
Our executive suite was beyond perfect for our needs. Also, the GM brought us a refridgerator with a freezer when we needed ice for an injury after a fall. The location was perfect for short walks to Macy's and Sears Fine Foods and John's Grill.
We asked for a light king sized blanket instead of the duvet and it never came. They brought a double bed blanket and we had to switch them out ourselves even though they said they would come back and handle everything.

Great location on Union Square and wonderful city views. Yun at the front desk at check in was especially helpful and welcoming.
