I always enjoy my stay at this property
Pros:

amenities at the hotel and close to Union Square points of interest. Check in and out were quick and convenient

Cons:

Better overnight parking rates since I had to deal with a separate garage to keep the vehicle

الأثاث قديم و مستلزمات الحمام ناقصه لا يوجد شامبو استحمام و الماء لا يوجد في الغرفه و لا يرجد حذاء حمام و لا ع ة فرشاة الأسنان

Terrible
Pros:

Made a complete screw up with our room assignment - then peppered us with emails, texts and voicemails. Deactivated our key cards and then had a security guard stand and watch over me while I packed up my stuff in order to move to another room. 100% because of their error and not a single apology.
