Lovely view, comfortable beds, and a super convenient location by ferry, cable cars, muni etc. We appreciated being able to store our bags both before and after our stay.
It's weird that it's not easy to get into the building from the port side of the hotel, walking along the edge of the hotel to front entrance has a lot of houseless ppl.
The room is clean and mordern. The location is convenient.
Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt. The photos advertise a rooftop bar with bay views, but omit the fact that it's strictly for club-access guests. When we asked the male receptionist about it, he wouldn't even look us in the eye—completely unprofessional. We always stay at Hyatts in Japan and have wonderful experiences, but this SF location fell completely short of the brand's standards. To top it off, the hotel's design is terribly dark, the room was a trek from the elevator, and the open walkways felt like a safety hazard. I do not recommend staying here.
Chambres spacieuses et confortables très bon emplacement, la vue dans le lounge du dernier étage est à couper le souffle.

Breakfast and the location is very good. The room were clean and big enough.
The staff should be more helpful and kind.
Great location, beautiful rooms, great staff. Especially Samia in the Eclipes lobby restaurant. She went beyond our expectation.
For such a beautiful, large property to not have a late night food service was quite disappointing. We arrived at 11:15 PM from the airport, tired and hungry and no food. No room service. Samia took pity on us and went into the Grab & Go Market in the lobby which closed at 10:00 and pulled a sandwich and a couple of salads they would toss in the morning anyway and brought them to us w/ plates and service ware. She is a gem!
Outstanding location with gorgeous views inside and out. The lobby is massive, with plenty of lounge space and art exhibits. The hotel is quite literally on the wharf. There is so much do to! There is a food market at the bottom level which featured a variety of food, snacks and drinks.
All of the staff, from valet to check in, food market and janitorial were so very kind and helpful. Our room felt properly clean. Room furniture and appliances were very well kept. There were so many lighting options! Motion detecting night lights under the bed ended up being very helpful for me. My fiancé and I both fit comfortably in the king bed.
The price of both valet and basic amenities felt a bit steep. Nearly $4 for a 16 ounce water and $99 a night surprised us. I can forgive the valet as our car was safe and taken care of in a very busy part of the city. As for the bottled water, you would be much better packing your own especially if you have a larger family.
The only other real complaint I could have would be the sounds of people hollering outside in the middle of the night. We were on the 11th floor and the sounds still woke me a couple times. However, this doesn’t really fall on the hotel itself.
The location was great, very beautiful on the inside and very clean. Staff and front desk were very kind.
Great location, good amenities, new, clean, spacious rooms.
I paid $616 for one night, drove 4 hours and when I got to my room to unwind I looked for bottle of water and found none. Cheapest hotel I ever been to. Should be ashamed. I have to come every 2 months for med reason- never come to your hotel again
