Functional hotel. Decent for a work trip. Good location. Friendly staff.
Hotel grounds are very bleak. I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to show up at the Bell Desk to bring my luggage out of storage (receptionist stepped up to resolve the issue)
beautiful building, spacious, and cleaning ladies were sweet and sincere
Noise was outside my window for hours, midnight to 3am, they should refunded at least a night of my 5 nights. They also gave a lot of things plugged in directly under the beds, having so much shielded electricity is not great for sleep. A massive hotel should know better.
Comfortable rooms and beautiful lobby/bar/lounge area.
The breakfast in the Club was out of coffee, cold drinks, and almost all food items at 8:00 AM with no one monitoring or refilling the buffet.
Proximity to the harbour. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Good shower.
Windows were filthy. Staff were not helpful. Staff did not advise the $1,500.00 extra charges on what I was quoted by bookings.com just charged them. We did not get our room serviced every day. A pair of my shoes went missing. There was not much of a choice for in -house dining.
Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. This hotel exceeded my family’s expectations. We traveled with grandma and children, everyone was happy.
Beautiful property, excellent location, and superior amenities.
The room was fanastic and the accommodation was great
My only comment was that during our stay with teh Green and Gold Army we could not get FIFA matches, but when we stayed on a private booking we could.
My kids and I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and diverse. Kudos to the hiring managers. Karen at the market and Roger at the bar were particular stand outs for their service. The updated rooms were very comfortable and the gym was large and well equipped. Highly recommend booking rooms with access to the club level. Would have been nice to have access to the club level 7 days a week (it is closed a couple days a week) but that is a minor gripe. The club level view is spectacular and the food offerings are well worth the extra cost. Greatly appreciated the hotel washing the club level windows just prior to the Pride Parade to ensure a clear view up Market Street. I’m strongly considering switching my loyalty program and travel card to Hyatt-affiliated products after this stay.
Average hotel, house keeping was great but everything else was average or below average. Especially valet, to charge $100.00 per day and you have to go turn in the keys yourself is unacceptable.
Very nice room & good location
Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Beautiful architecture, especially inside.
Clean rooms.
Great location next to public transportation and Pier 1.
Not enough elevators for a hotel this size.
The shower in one of the rooms had low pressure and no spray head.
Water price ($6) in the shop are way too high.
No real espresso machine at the coffee shop.
Beautiful view and large clean room
Event was extremely loud inside hotel. It was extremely disappointing to be forced to listen to loud music coming from lobby. I wish they would have let me know or give me head phones. At this price point I expected more.
Great style of the building itself - very urbanist and spacious inside.
Rooms are big.
There are a lot of parking structures 5 min walk from the hotel where one can park half the hotel's rate.
Convenient for walking around.
nothing. all good
Water tasted horrible as did the in-room coffee
Great
Great
The view was nice of the bay. The room was clean.
All of the “resort” fees and prices at the bar were expensive. Parking fees are not included. Still cost $96 for 2 days to park adjacent to the hotelValet was $91 a day tho we were riding the trolley while there. Too much money. Not sure it is considered a resort as claimed.
