Pros:

Hotel Facility condition and Staff Services were as expected for the Hyatt Line of Hotels. The food services at this location was either not available or provided a less than desirable experience. Room service during our stay was NOT available....UNSAT!

Great location

Cons:

Poor access. The carpets block baggage wheels to roll freely.
I reserved for 3 people but somehow they only prepared the room for 2. I expected the sofa to be usable and have blankets for it but here were none.

Can’t Go Wrong
Pros:

Perfect room, location, amenities, and people. Highly recommend staying here. This is our ‘go to’ place when staying in SF.

Our Go To SF Hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The hotel room was modern, clean and comfortable. Get a room on an upper floor with a balcony, you’ll thank me later!

Giant Baseball
Pros:

We stay here often as we go to The Giants game and like to spend the night. The hotel is perfect as the location is a great walk to the ballpark with outstanding views along the way.

Pros:

Great hotel and location. Would absolutely choose it above others if the location need was right. The staff were great which adds to that reason.

Pros:

Very elegant, nice view from the room, staff is very helpful and patient. Location is very good.

Cons:

We were on floor 6 and there was a noise (kind of engine noise) that made it hard to get a good night sleep.
Other than that it was a lovely stay
