Would definitely stay here again, love the location to everything and love the staff.

The front desk staff was extremely rude! Our refrigerator was broken in the room, and when we called down to notify them the woman on the phone was completely dismissive. First time I ever used valet service at that hotel I will never do that again up to 25 minutes. We are waiting for our car! Multiple intoxicated, homeless people hanging out at the front entrance of the hotel! I actually fixed and reattach the toilet seat when I got into the room. The toilet ran all night. The staff was completely unprofessional and dismissive at the front desk!
