Great location, great service.
Pros:

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cinci and it was an incredible location. We Ubered to Covington KY and had a blast.

Wednesday Night at The Great American Ball Park
Pros:

We were in Cincinnati for a Wednesday night Reds game and stayed the night at the Hyatt. The location is very convenient with nearby parking (right across the street) , restaurants, and short walk to the ball parks and Underground Museum. Our room was quiet, clean and well maintained. The lobby was busy when we checked in but the staff seemed to handle it easily. We look forward to returning soon.

Nice, centrally located property but beware of cleaning policies and rude staff

Check in was smooth, the hotel itself is in a great location downtown.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned properly at all, and only 1 of the 2 beds were even made! We first thought it was a mistake but on contacting the customer service we were informed it's a 'light' cleaning only, which was quite shocking to us as no mention of that was made when we made the booking. But the worst part was how rude the staff was when we tried enquiring about this issue, have never been spoken to so rudely at any hotel.

Solid stay
Pros:

Spent two nights here for an event at the convention center across the street. While an older hotel itappears to have been recently renovated and is well maintained.

Front desk staff was attentive and helpful, very large lobby area to meet colleagues or snack on items from their “grab and go” marketplace / coffee bar.

My 10th floor corner room was in good condition and offered a good night sleep. Shower and water pressure were solid and there are tons of restaurants and places to walk in close proximity.

If returning to Cincinnati, while I might be more likely to stay in one of the many properties that occupy old, storied Art Deco buildings, that’s simply a personal preference as the Hyatt has a lot of good things going for it.

Only comment is that your room key is required to operate the elevators. While many downtown hotels use similar technology, the Hyatt’s operated inconsistently.
