Nice hotel, nice atmosphere, clean.
Local TV only? such a nice hotel, and no Netflix or Youtube app on the TV?
The staff were nice, but couldn't be bothered to help with anything other than what was expected. Like directions to nearby places. It was frustrating because the apple maps didn't work well in downtown with all the buildings interfering.
I loved the entire atmosphere. The hotel bar was amazing the bartenders were awesome

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati in connecting rooms 2231 and 2233, paying $715.82 for two rooms. Unfortunately, this was one of thee most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had.
Neither room had hand soap upon arrival. The two-queen room was extremely humid and would not cool properly. But our biggest issue—and the reason I’m writing this review—is the King Corner Room.
The air-conditioning vent is positioned at the foot of the bed and blows directly toward guests’ faces while they are trying to sleep. In July, our choices were essentially to turn the air conditioning off or cover our faces with a shirt or sheet.
This 4-star hotel's bathroom was even more frustrating. It is so cramped that the toilet obstructs access to the sink, our legs were wedged between the toilet and counter, and the door could not be opened or closed comfortably without maneuvering around the toilet. The space is so limited that clean towels are stored on a shelf inside the shower. It genuinely felt more like an airplane lavatory than a full hotel bathroom.
I urged any Hyatt manager or executive to spend one night in this room and use it as a paying guest before deciding whether it meets Hyatt’s standards. I guarantee they would be less than pleased with the experience.
We raised many of these concerns with the front desk shortly after check-in, but there were no other connecting rooms available. Management ultimately provided a $100 adjustment. We later contacted Hyatt seeking a more meaningful resolution, but they declined to take any further steps.
These were not minor inconveniences. They affected our sleep, comfort, and ability to use the room normally. I have never been more excited to check out of a hotel room.
If you are considering a King Corner Room at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, I strongly recommend choosing another room type.
I share, so readers/guests don't have to pay to experience this.
Never again. Do better, Hyatt.

This hotel was directly across from the convention center. The accommodations were great for our large conference. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The only issue we had was the sink in the bathroom kept getting clogged. Maintenance came to address quickly and housekeeping was great at maintaining both the room and providing daily service. Everything else was in walking distance and the hotel is close to all things downtown.
Almost everything was great. One suggestion, When you have a large group of people attempting to get out early in the morning, add extra help in the coffee shop so that the line will move faster to allow everyone to be on time with some food.

It's a very nice, convenient place to stay? Next to the Convention Center, which made it awesome for our convention.
This was a great hotel! Great location. You can easily walk to the Reds or Bengals stadiums. Fountain plaza right nearby. The rooms were clean and well appointed.
We only stayed one night, because it was part of a bigger trip. We needed to be close to the stadium and used miles. We all walked away saying it was one of our favorite hotel stays ever, and wished it could have been longer! The hotel staff at check-in, when called, and when checked out...all great!!!
This room was booked for a guest and they were very satisfied with the staff, valet parking, and and kindness of staff.
Bill was not sent to me yet, but I will request it.
The hotel provided great service. The staff was efficient, and my room was clean and comfortable. I would chose the Hyatt as my first choice when staying in Cincinnati.
Convenience!
Great room and great service! Among the best we have ever experienced!
