Family friendly and cozy perfect pool area for kids
Pros:

Staff is pretty friendly especially in the restaurant theyre the best actually my waitress should be teaching a class she was amazing im terrible with remembering names but she was a brown skin woman name started with a A something like Anika or something like that but shes awesome. Very attentive and dedicated to you enjoying your food and experience.

One night and bed were comfy pillows we flat and the pool was perfect for little kids.

Meeting/conference areas need upgrades and better maintenance
Pros:

I was at the hotel for a conference--did not stay overnight. I thought the conference facilities were just okay. The location is great, but the hotel itself had some cleanliness/upkeep issues (dirty toilets, water-stained ceiling tiles) and a weird lack of seating in public areas (and insufficient seating in large meeting rooms, such that attendees were sitting on the floor in some cases).

Pros:

Always a great stay. Room is clean and Blbed is comfortable and has 2 regular size pillows (hard to find at hotels) which are so much easier on the neck. Staff is friendly and helpful. 24 hour store in the lobby is great for the forgotten item, a meal or bakery treat or beverage.

Incredible Team, Great Service, Excellent Food
Pros:

The location is super convenient to everything downtown. The valet is understaffed, so that’s why I gave four stars instead of five, other than that everything was perfect. The folks who work the valet weren’t unprofessional at all, just understaffed, so it took a while for things to get going a few times that we needed to get our car. Mahda (sp?), Christina, and all the front desk staff were sweethearts. The folks who work in the marketplace were super sweet to talk to every time we went by. The folks working at Red Roost were lovely, very fun to talk to as well. The food at Red Roost was seriously delicious, innovative, high quality, more than one would assume for a hotel restaurant.

Room floors were not swept, no complimentary coffee, or breakfast, no microwave in room. Phone in room didn't work so inconvenient to call valet. Website say sky bridge to convention center there is none.
