J’ai adoré mon sejour au Hyatt Regency
Pros:

J ai eu un massage au spa il était extraordinaire j’ai adoré et en plus j’ai eu un cadeau ( lip stick et bandeau a cheveux) .. le personnel qui y travaille sont gentil, serviable, aimable social..

Cons:

J’ai ete dejeuner mais la serveuse ne m’a jamais servi de cafe et ne venait jamais me voir si j’avais besoin de quoi que ce soit, mais s’occupait de tous les autres clients!!

Awesome stay at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver!
Pros:

Upon arrival, the service provided by the bellman, Ivan, and the Front Desk Agent, Brian, was exceptional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism set the tone for a great stay from the very beginning.

Our dining experience at Grain Restaurant was equally impressive. Although I did not catch the names of the servers and hosts, their attentiveness and kindness stood out. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family, especially my 3-year-old daughter, which made the experience even more memorable.

Overall, the staff and service throughout Hyatt Regency Vancouver are truly outstanding. We made an excellent decision choosing this property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be returning soon.

El hotel esta muy bonito. La ubicacion esta excelente. Los lugares para comer estan super cerca. El personal fue muy amable. Y la habitacio muy comoda. Nuestro viaje era para tomar un crucero y estabamos super cerca del puerto, nos fuimos caminando

Prime location, great service, great staff!
Pros:

We (my husband and myself) were in Vancouver for him to work an event. I went solely for vacation purposes. Even though we booked third party (Costco) - the hotel staff were gracious and wonderful!
The check in process was quick, the checkout process even quicker! Breakfast buffet was consistent and delicious. Our room was clean, with minimal noise from adjoining rooms. It is located in the heart of Vancouver, with easy access to the subway, bus routes, and there is always a cab waiting outside if you prefer. Anytime we asked a staff member for assistance, they knew exactly where to go or who to direct us to. This stay was incredible.

Nice but deposit not returned

Great Location, but You Pay For It!
Pros:

I'm just finishing a 5 night stay here. I love the location. It's walking distance to Gastown, West End, and all of downtown. The Burrard Skytrain station is across the street, giving you easy access to much of the whole metropolitan area, including trains directly to the airport.

I got a room with a king bed, high floor. The room is plenty large, with a desk, a chair and ottoman, mini-fridge. The bedside lamp tables serve as your dressers, each with 2 large, deep drawers. I have a great view looking NE up Burrard St.

There are 2 things about the room I don't like. One, the "desk" is just a table, and it is the incorrect height for a desk. So when you're sitting in the chair working on your laptop on the "desk", it's a couple inches higher than you'd get with a genuine desk. Not ergonomically comfortable. The second thing is even worse...location of the safe. It's in the closet, and is located waaay down by the floor, MUCH TOO LOW! Awkward as can be when you bend over to enter your lock code or open it up. It's out-and-out goofy how low they put it, just dumb.

There are lots of dining options at the hotel, none of which I used because quite frankly there's so many great dining options in and around downtown Vancouver. The Starbucks in the lobby is great...I got my morning latte there every day.

There's a branch of RBC right next door, also a pharmacy, Tim Horton's and McDonald's.

No complimentary bottled water was given, which was a bit of an insult given the roughly $600 per night price we paid.

这家酒店就在DOWNTOWN 中心，CITY WALK,购物，逛街，餐饮到各处都非常方便。这家酒店一楼的餐厅早餐食物非常丰富，味道不错！房间比较宽畅，干净。尤其要表扬的是一位LI 女士，工作效率很高，打扫房间很干净！酒店的床品也比较舒适，前台，宾司 人员都很友好热情，是一家非常专业的酒店，值得入住！
