Pros:

large room with soft bed and adequate number of good quality pillows with enough bath towels and easy to use Airconwhich was working well the location is good and staff are welcoming polite and helpfull the breakfast was excellent the morning coffee was beautifull

Pros:

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Room was very spacious and clean. Parking was a little expensive but it is downtown Vancouver. Great hotel, will be back in the future!

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Stayed for a weekend of music and fun in lovely Vancouver. The Hyatt staff were friendly. helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The weight room was perfect.

Cons:

I did find the pool, sauna, and hot tub to be a bit undersized for the setting. It was super crowded even in the pouring rain in Vancouver. :(

Nice stay with spacious rooms
Pros:

The room was spacious, the view from the 17th was good, the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

As a housekeeper myself of nearly 20 years I understand things get missed like hair in the bathroom and floor and missed dusting in the drawers. I'm mostly likely too picky but in my opinion the bed was too soft and the pillows were too soft and oh 1 per person. We did share the extra pillow that was in the closet 😄

Overall the stay was nice.

Great stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were awesome and helped us check in early after a cruise. Hot tub and pool were very clean. Entire hotel is clean and spotless. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros:

The hotel location within the city was great.
The room location within the hotel for us, not so much. Granted we were given a balcony, but it was facing the pool and hot tub, which was noisy at all hours.

Cons:

Our stay had been prepaid however I did not appreciate being billed $15.38 without any notice or authorization.

Room was very well laid out with lots of space. Very clean.

Cons:

Front staff was unsure of my room payment. Front staff did not register my parking fee. Front staff did look after my parking ticket.

Great location, disappointing about deposit $150

Paid $50 deposit on 18 March have not seen deposit returned it’s 13 April now .
Stayed again on 26&27 March deposit $100 paid and we still have not received deposit, it’s the 13 April now.

Questionable water?
Pros:

I noticed that the tap water was cloudy or possibly had suspended sediment in it. I made coffee on my last day there to take to the airport and am now feeling ill. I'm not sure if there is any connection.
Otherwise, everything was good.

I would not hesitate to stay here again!
Pros:

The Hyatt Regency is a great place for a conference, excellent service, lots of space, great food. Our room was very comfrotable with a desk and couple of chairs, it also had two beds I believe were doubles and not queens. It is situated in the centre of Vancouver, easy walking to restaurants and shopping. It is a little expensive for 'valet' parking at $79/night.

Great experience
Pros:

Pros:

Lobby is very noisy due to high ceilings. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, Tim Hortons across the entrance (within feet) as well as a McDonalds. The rooms are large. Great water pressure. Nice view. Beds were comfortable. Keurig coffee makers in the room.

Ideal location downtown Vancouver
Pros:

Ideally located in downtown Vancouver, the hotel offers clean and comfortable accommodations. While the room met expectations, the dining experience was underwhelming and relatively overpriced for the quality offered.
