Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Regency Vancouver
Pros:

Staff very help. We were given an early check in after a long international flight. Hotel with great facilities, room is exceptional clean. Concierge very helpful. Great location, will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Great experience!
Pros:

Everything went smoothly, on time, it was a great experience. We're glad we got to stay there, I wish we could've stayed longer. My daughter and I got a massage, and it was great! We will definitely book with you again!

It was okay, could have been better given the cost of room
Pros:

The property is in a convenient downtown location, but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. The rooms are not soundproof, and there is significant outside noise throughout the day and night.

We paid extra for a top-floor room with a balcony, but it felt more like a money-making upgrade than a value add. In fact, the balcony rooms seem to have more exposure to outside noise and disturbance.

At night, it was particularly difficult to sleep due to constant noise from emergency service sirens and street activity.

Overall, while the location is central, the lack of soundproofing and restful environment made the stay less comfortable than anticipated.

Great downtown stay after a cruise.
Pros:

Early morning bliss on Burrard. Exhausted after travel they were able to provide early check in and offered breakfast boxes when we would check out too early for restaurant breakfast. Roof top pool also a pleasure. Above and Beyond. Also its perfectly located for cruise departures and arrivals. Caught a movie down the street at an nice theater and the restaurant choices walking distance were amazing. Top shelf shopping in the streets surrounding the hotel as well.

Birthday weekend !
Pros:

Hyatt Regency Burrard St Vancouver. Environment was very inviting staff were very friendly, met all our needs. Room was clean, amenities on site were great, gym, pool, hot tub, sauna. Location was perfect for getting around Vancouver, extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend
