Pros:

the breakfast was good. Also all the staff helpful and also i ask staff at reception to recommend me seafood, their recommendation superb!

Cons:

I experience durian smell in my room come from next room and i told the reception she make a fast action to send me air purifier and also give me option to change room.

“The hotel’s location was excellent, making it very easy to get around. The breakfast was rich and delicious, a great way to start the day. We especially enjoyed the lobby area, which was comfortable and perfect for relaxing. Spending time there with live music added a special touch to our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly choose this hotel again.”

SPA很小設備沒有在維護，櫃台服務人員差勁，不主動提供置物櫃鑰匙和毛巾，向前需求時我們總共3人只給1份，不知道是何意思?

Good but could have been better
Pros:

The location was good being in centre of town, the room was as expected clean and presentable, there was a large variety of foods for breakfast

Cons:

The room service food came to us lukewarm, not quite the piping hot as I had expected. The decor of the hallways were a little out of date compared to the rest of the hotel which was modern an sleek.

The Hyatt Regency Hotel - an experience to remember and return to.
Pros:

We were greeted with smiles and courtesy by all members of staff. We (my son and I) had a very good experience of a clean and spacious bedroom, very inviting multi-selection of scrumptious food for breakfast, lovely pool area, good gym facilities with areas of improvement in space and temperature. Love the sitting (lounging) area next to the breakfast area. Very relaxing!
We will definitely stay again at the Hyatt Regency hotel if and when we return the next time.
