Pros:

Tutto molto bene come ci si attende da un albergo di livello. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità. Camera impeccabile: materasso, cuscini, bagno.

Moquette in camera.

Pros:

どこにでもすぐにアクセスできるところ。飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーも徒歩数分で行けるので、非常に便利だった。スタッフもみんな親切で、ニコニコ対応をしてもらえて良かった。

Cons:

設備がとにかく古い。最初はハイアットなのに、この古さはなんなの！とかなりがっかりしていたが、2日目以降は立地が良いので設備は気にならなくなった。

Exceeded our expectations and made us feel comfortable and at home
Pros:

We were on our honeymoon and loved much the room we upgraded too which was spacoius and had a sea view. The Club lounge had professional staff and good varieties every day, i would suggest they have vegan options and soy milk or oat milk as well.

Cons:

The room were pricey and didnt match the outdated furniture or the uncleaned carpet, but that was it, everything else was worth it of course

Very dated hotel, needs some serious money spent on it. First time I’ve stayed at a Hyatt, assuming this isn’t the norm
Pros:

Location was great, room was quiet and had a good nights sleep

Cons:

From reception, to the lifts to the corridors to the room, it looks like a hotel for the 1990’s - really dated

We originally booked the Sheraton and switched at the last minute cos better location (so we thought!) and slightly cheaper - wish we hadnt
