Exceptionally clean room, well-appointed, and had everything you could need.
Excellent location, and two steps outside, you are at the seafront.
Lovely private pool area for guests and the breakfast options were plenty and delicios (though i would aim to get there >1h before they close as otherwise things run out). Evening retaurant options are also very good- if you are a guest you get half price. A very good nasi lemak and nasi goreng!
I could not speak more highly about my 8 day stay here.
The location is perfect with views of the waterfront and sunset; the hotel was very clean; the bed was incredibly comfortable; the food and drinks in the restaurants were delicious, plentiful and high quality; and the staff were kind, caring and helpful.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in KK - wonderful for solo travellers, couples or families.

The staff in the regency lounge were excellent. We requested to move to a higher floor due to outside noise and this was done without question. The choice of food in the regency lounge was varied every evening and good quality of food and choice.
Floor 5 executive king suite was too noisy on the Friday night but nothing the hotel can do about this.
Welcoming, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Location near jetty for boat tours. Ocean views.
