nice interior, great staff. Super nice and helpful in everything! Great breakfast, lots of options. Great experience specially because of the staff.

Comfortable, happy
Pros:

Such good value. Very clean and luxurious, the staff were very cheerful and kind. The pool is nice and the rooms are lovely. You feel very relaxed and comfortable here. The whole building is designed beautifully inside and out.

Cons:

We missed the main entrance at first because it’s hidden at the side of the building with the carpark infront of it. There are signs but it’s easy to miss if you don’t know where it is. The bathroom floor and landing is marble/stone which means it’s cold to walk on especially if you wake up at night.

Piacevole soggiorno a kota Kinabalu.. ottima struttura
Pros:

Tutto … personale molto gentile e disponibile, stanza pulita e fornita di ogni necessità.. colazione top e varia , ho anche usufruito della cena e della lounge , ristorante giapponese all’interno di livello , piscina e tanto altro ..

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata per cui andrebbe rinnovato soprattutto in alcuni spazi comuni .. ma è comunque confortevole ed elegante

Cons:

The in room dining took almost 2 hours just for an order of a mushroom soup and an iced latte. I think the hotel should buck it up its in room dining services to be on par with its overall excellent performance

Tutto molto bene come ci si attende da un albergo di livello. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità. Camera impeccabile: materasso, cuscini, bagno.

Pros:

どこにでもすぐにアクセスできるところ。飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーも徒歩数分で行けるので、非常に便利だった。スタッフもみんな親切で、ニコニコ対応をしてもらえて良かった。

Cons:

設備がとにかく古い。最初はハイアットなのに、この古さはなんなの！とかなりがっかりしていたが、2日目以降は立地が良いので設備は気にならなくなった。

Exceeded our expectations and made us feel comfortable and at home
Pros:

We were on our honeymoon and loved much the room we upgraded too which was spacoius and had a sea view. The Club lounge had professional staff and good varieties every day, i would suggest they have vegan options and soy milk or oat milk as well.

Cons:

The room were pricey and didnt match the outdated furniture or the uncleaned carpet, but that was it, everything else was worth it of course
