Great stay
Pros:

Great experience! Staff is friendly and welcoming upon check-in. We arrived early, so we ate lunch at the onsite restaurant while waiting for our room to be ready. It was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed a good night’s sleep before our early flight the next morning.

Great night before flight stay.
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was really nice. The check in process was smooth and friendly. I asked if the bar was open and the check in clerk gave us a couple of drink coupons which we used right away and had dinner at the bar. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was on the route for the airport van, which we took the next morning.

Found a new home away from home
Pros:

This hotel checked all boxes. Being so close to the hotel, the rooms were amazingly quiet. The only minus was the cost of breakfast, although the food selection was great. Shuttle service was great. Staff was great. Upgraded rooms had a modern look and spacey. This is my only stay in LA.

Great place to relax after a long business day
Pros:

Fantastic service & great location with a shuttle to the airport. I found myself staying at the hotel to enjoy the amenities more than I thought I would.
Try the chicken wings and broccoli soup at the resto, very delicious!!
The service is beyond exceptional, the staff remembered my name as of day 2.
Room was very clean, well decorated and spacious (desk for work, couch to relax, many pillows!).
I love that Netflix was available on the TV, ice machine as well as a water cooler with a boiling water tap (super fast to make tea).
This is walking distance (10 mins) to the In-N-Out burger where everyone goes to watch the planes fly overhead
