Perfect for events at PPG
Pros:

Location is PERFECT for anything at PPG ARENA its literally right across the street. The room with 2 beds is a very large room and everything is CLEAN... I was on the 10th floor so amazing view of the city I most definitely will stay here again for other events at PPG

It was okay. I really like this hotel but the standing water was bad.

Great location and would use again when in town.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was awesome, we could walk everywhere. They provided a pizza vendor after the concert that I thought was very thoughtful.

Our room was very hot.

80s throwback in need of upgrades
Pros:

This is one of the most dated downtown Marriotts I have stayed in. Tub had no drain stopper and the nonslip pad had air pockets under it from age. Furniture was dated. Fitness center is literally a throwback to the 80s, changing room has rusty lockers and the sauna is bolted shut permanently. Deferred maintenance is obvious throughout. The fire stairwell literally had dozens of missing vinyl flooring tiles and debris everywhere. very unsafe in event of a fire. This was probably a nice hotel 20 years ago. But it's also priced appropriately so I give it 3 stars. Better business class hotels downtown so shop around.

I would never stay there again

Tried to pay cash for valet and they had no change and did t offer to try and get any. Then I tried to buy something from the gift shop also they had no change and the manager wasn’t in the building but I could go to the bar and get change but they couldn’t and I went to get my car from valet and they never showed up for work and the front desk couldn’t do anything so I had to wait over an hour to get my car which made me late. They was not one apology just told me it wasn’t part of the hotel they lease the work out. No accountability

Okay stay. Not for the price .
Pros:

No one sent me to where valet was . Paid for booking online , understood card on file as well . I have been charged 240 additionally and still not refunded for the room . Breakfast does not start until 7 am , I paid extra fo this and never got breakfast . Our room was very nice however the outside noise was very loud into the room. Requested a crib ended up not being in the room , called for it , brought a pack and play . Specifically needed a crib . No sheets brought with it . Bathroom linens only enough for one person .

Not what I expected. Remodel asap!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly

Cons:

This place needs a remodel. Everything was old and dingy. Bathroom was horrible. Heater was loud.
