Absolutely awful. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Marriott should be ashamed.

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Everything!!!!! We were told we were upgraded but it was a standard king room in which that is what I reserved. The hotel had no air conditioning on and when it’s almost 80 degrees outside it should be on. It was 72 degrees in our room and it was awful. Had to keep taking showers to keep cool. We were told to open a window in which you can’t at a hotel. That was just dumb on the staffs part. Was told when I checked out by kimmy that I will be refunded. It’s still pending on my bank account. They have til tomorrow Tuesday to refund my money or I willl call corporate to complain and get a refund. Terrible experience there.

Location is only benefit
Pros:

Location is the only benefit this hotel has going for it! 45 min+ wait to check-in to our room. While we checked in after 4:00, we were told our room was not yet available. We were told we would be called when the room was ready and that did not happen. We eventually came back to the hotel at 9:00pm and waited another 20 mins to get our bags we had checked. We were the in line for the elevators for 20+ mins. Once we got to our room, the A/C had been set to 60° however the room would not get cold. We visited our friends room hoping for some relief but their room was also unable to get cool. The only benefit is its location but if your time is valuable and you enjoy a cool temperature for sleeping, you’re better off looking somewhere else.

Perfect for events at PPG
Pros:

Location is PERFECT for anything at PPG ARENA its literally right across the street. The room with 2 beds is a very large room and everything is CLEAN... I was on the 10th floor so amazing view of the city I most definitely will stay here again for other events at PPG

It was okay. I really like this hotel but the standing water was bad.

Great location and would use again when in town.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was awesome, we could walk everywhere. They provided a pizza vendor after the concert that I thought was very thoughtful.
