Always clean and comfortable

Every staff person that I encountered had the best customer service skills and was pleasant. This location is perfect if you are going to the Superdome. It's worth noting, good food options in the hotel.

Perfect location for Essence Fest. We literally had less than 5 min walk to our seats in the stadium. We throughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. Will be back next year. The only con I would say is the elevator for the for the guest rooms are on a different floor.

One of my favorite hotel stays ever ! This was my first time in New Orleans and the Hyatt set the bar HIGH ! Everything was absolutely amazing

Clean hotel, housekeeping very good, business layout of rooms convenient , pool nice, chairs and towels were plenty, some sunshine thought the day

Absolutely beautiful, well maintained hotel. The staff is amazing, helpful and highly professional. It is central to many things and the ambience is glorious!

All un all except for a few bumps the stay was excellant. The beds were very comfortable. Rizzutos Prime was delicious and well worth the price.

Hotel very clean, great staff, all restaurants had great food. Good location.

My only complaint, the beds are hard and flat pillows.

The front desk staff was really great. The outside contracting valet/doorman service was top-notch. Norman, the doorman, was amazing. The location couldn't be beat! Close to all kinds of things, food, entertainment, and museums. The hotel room and conference rooms smelled musty, but the spaces were great for our convention. The elevator button system is strange and was hard to navigate for the first couple of days. Food was okay - however, the OLIVE OIL CAKE was bomb! Wait, the staff were friendly and efficient. Bars and restaurants available and always busy (during the World Cup) . The view of the Superdome is INCREDIBLE, and on the floor that has the gym is entirely glass and has great views! Good for conferences for sure!

The Hyatt never disappoints for the most part and this visit was just the same. One thing that I did miss was the food and beverage incentive that I’m normally offered. I didn’t get that perk this trip. Overall, staff is friendly, hotel is clean, and close to the Super Dome which is the biggest perk for me.

The front desk staff are extremely helpful and energetic and kind. All of my expectations were met. The staff went above and beyond to tend to meet my needs and accommodate me.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for business and I have to say the staff and hotel was amazing. The food was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I loved the elevator system in the terrarium area. I liked selecting my floor and not having 20 people in your elevator. It made for fast ups and fast downs. But the best thing for me there was the Valet group. Blake was AWESOME and his crew was right up there with him. I needed to park and oversized vehicle and when I asked about it this was his exact words, "I will make it happen". I have never had that happen before. They usually send you down to a different place or just tell you sorry can't do it. Not Blake. He gave me his cell phone # and said let me know when I needed the space and it would be ready and with no hesitation at all it was ready. Now that is service with a smile. The hotel is great but if for no other reason for you to go there, just do it to see the valet guys cause they are AWESOME!!!!

Outstandung staff; every single person was friendly and helpful. The interior is a bit dated, but everything was very clean and working.
