Amazing hotel that beat expectations.
Pros:

The buffet is stellar! One of the best I have had. Make sure to include the breakfast when booking. We never had to eat lunch and saved money eating the buffet and then going for a nice supper.

Best hotel stay we have had in a while.
Pros:

Very neat clean had a lot to do. We didn't have to leave the hotel to enjoy ourselves. Great restaurant excellent atmosphere.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The property is beautiful and clean.

Cons:

I asked for a late checkout because I rode in the Zulu parade the previous day. I was told I had to call at 11am on checkout morning to see if it was approved. If I get up to call at 11am, I might as well pack and checkout.

Pros:

Location to pelicans arena was great. Very large hotel, lots of options for dinning right inside the hotel!

Cons:

We ordered room service at night. Was told 35-45 minutes. We waited just under two hours and had to call twice. Didn’t get our food until about midnight, when the kids already fell asleep and we didn’t end up eating it. It was $98 for the food we ordered as well.
