Pros:

The location and how beautiful the hotel is!
I really enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet that was Delicious and the cost was included with my rates.

Cons:

The hotel was too cold throughout and it was not hot outside. It was so cold that my food and coffee were cold about 5 minutes after I received my hot coffee and hot food. The blankets for the beds are to thin & even after requesting more blanket, was still cold, but the heat in the rooms work great!

Best hotel experience in many years!
Pros:

This was my best hotel experience in many years. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk lady was super nice and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Probably the best hotel breakfast I have had in New Orleans. No complaints whatsoever.

Pros:

great location to our venue lobby and hotel beautiful room we’re basically no iron amenities body wash etc empty although i bought my own don’t leave empty bottles asked for towels iron etc and a very slow response i won’t stay again but ann at the bar was phenomenal we need more humans walking the earth like her give her a raise. also the poor lady at the front desk was alone but very professional and nice at peak check in time do better hyatt!!!!!
