Pros:

I am still waiting my held money for incidentals, there were no incidental so the block on card should be release with in 3 days as i was promised. i dont understand the reason for delay and also no response to my mails.

Pros:

it was walking distance to most things, nice, clean hotel, the only thing I would be cautious of is you can smell the mildew and mustiness in the large conference rooms, if you have allergies I would suggest bring meds as it affected myself even with my daily meds on board, the staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean and inviting otherwise, I appreciated the fact they had refillable stations for water bottles, but maybe they could make that water a bit cooler as its dispensed.

Mediocre Experience
Pros:

The hotel is dated and confusing to get around. The people who work there are great, but the experience was mediocre. However, the food was absolutely awful. I had to spit out my chicken salad sandwich and the gumbo was basically a $30 bowl of Campbell's soup.

Fine hotel
Pros:

Hotel common areas are excellent but rooms are a little dated. TVs are old and Aircon are very old. Room was clean and adequate.

We had a wonderful Hare Krishna conference. more 4000+ of us gathered in kirtans. We were given wonderful kitchen facilities to cook prasad. The place is very clean, except they should have checked on restrooms each hour in the evenings.
We are extremely grateful to you for this facility!🙏🙏 Hare Krishna !!

Pros:

Old Hyatt in need of updating. TV in room was very old. Parts of desk has a big layer of dust. Scrambled eggs at breakfast buffet were cold and cost $32.

humidity, mold and all your clothes damp. smell of mold throughout the building and conference rooms. Coughing and sneezing 2 days in, not a pleasureable expirence.

Excellent stop before our cruise!
Pros:

Great hotel. Super close to airport and cruise terminal. Spacious and clean rooms. We loved the on-site dining options. Breakfast was excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our one night stay and it was a great start to our vacation.
