Beyond Expectations!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was so posh. The overall hotel felt like being on a cruise ship. We loved staying in this hotel after being two days riding the Amtrak. The location was so easy to get to from the station. We were able to get an Uber so easily from the train to the hotel but we would have walked if it was not raining, the middle of the night, travelling with three kids, elderly man, and lots of suitcases!

Cons:

If the suitcase trolleys were accessible to guests without having staff to get it for us, I think it would be less confusing and faster. Also if the elevators were explained at check -in. I was asked if "I had been here before?" I said, "Yes." thinking she meant Hyatt Regency as the overall brand. If I had told her , "NO"...then she may have explained the elevators to me! I did not know we had to select which floor we needed from a keypad near the elevators. It also took us awhile to even find where the guest rooms were located! The hotel was so big and magnificent, it was hard to efficiently navigate on my own in unfamiliarity.

Amazing stay. I will be staying here from now on when I visit New Orleans
Pros:

I everyone was so friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Convenient location to Smoothie King Arena and Superdome. Only a 5 minute walk

Cons:

There was nothing my wife and I disliked about this hotel

We enjoyed our stay there . 2nd time around . It has all the amenities your need and good restaurant
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here . Other than housekeeping hassling us all the days we stayed there but that’s ok because we all have a job to do . The restaurants there were great , good service and good food . We were located right in the center of everything we wanted to do and see . Excellent location . If I’m New Orleans … this would be the place .

Cons:

Upon departure we were locked out our room waiting 30 minutes to gain access to get our luggage out of the room because we were pass checkout time . We went to the front desk to let them know we were going out for breakfast 10:30 and we would be back to retrieve our luggage. We were assured that 12:00 pm was ok and they re-keyed our room card. Only to get back and no access then a long wait . Glad our flight was delayed.

It was very uncomfortable
Pros:

The facility was very clean and welcoming

Cons:

The room was hot like the air wasn’t blowing cold
At all. We also didn’t have a blanket on our bed

Delicious breakfast
Pros:

I loved that it had several places to eat and how clean and friendly the staff was
If you didn't want to leave you did not have to. Breakfast was a very large buffet spread everything you could think of at the tip of you fingers. also the breakfast was very tasty.

Cons:

The vip retrieving you car to check out should have been quicker. i waited 1 hour before my car was brought to me for check out. everything else was excellent.

Nice hotel and location.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great customer service. Enjoyed the location and all the views of New Orleans. Valet parking was above average.

Cons:

Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Hair in Sink and shower didn't seem clean and sanitized. Bed was a little hard and bedding stiff.
