Some staff way more helpful than others.
Pros:

Location is close to the metro and you can get anywhere. Bathroom nice and big. Breakfast plentiful with fresh fruit available - good selection even when staying longer.

Cons:

Hotel kept trying to charge my card for remaining days every night even after I questioned front desk. Staff told me they weren't aware of my included breakfast.

My first room had a dead lock - I was moved to a lower floor. Unclear payment amount vs. Booking price.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com um café da manhã variado e bom atendimento.
Pros:

Bom café da manhã com opções de frutas, pães e buffet quente (não há opções de buffet frio, como queijos e embutidos). Estação de metro fica ao lado do hotel, nem 5 minutos andando, o que facilita a locomoção na cidade.

Cons:

Para brasileiros pagando com cartão de débito internacional, o hotel bloqueia uma taxa no cartão, em caso danos ou serviços extras. Minha sugestão é pagar com o cartão de crédito e solicitar que essa taxa seja bloqueada no cartão de crédito, se não o dinheiro no cartão de débito ficará bloqueado. E meu café da manhã já estava incluso na diária, mas os funcionários que trabalham no café da manhã não recebiam a lista com o número do meu quarto como café incluso, o que gerava uma cobrança que teve que ser ajustada no check-out.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with nice room and nice view

Cons:

No breakfast availability and shuttle service for the events in town. I was there for BlerdCon which was hosted at one of the Hyatt sister hotels 10 minutes away from the hotel and it would be great if they had a shuttle service for stuff like that
