Convenient location to Georgetown and easy access to public transportation
Pros:

This was the ideal location for the GU campus, where we were attending my son's graduation.

Pros:

I cancelled five minutes after I booked so I never stayed there. I am waiting to be told they are refunding the $$ as I called Booking as well as the Hyatt. Both said the other had to make the decision to refund me. I am very upset with Booking.com. They did not help at all and said it was up to the Hyatt.

Great location going into Washington
Pros:

Location going into Washington was great to take the Metro in. The hotel was very clean and the night time manager was exceptional. Rooms were clean and parking available too.

My favorte hotel in Arlington VA
Pros:

I have stayed at this Hyatt Centric for years. This most recent visit was my favorite. The front desk manager gave me a wonderful welcome, explained the benefits of my reservation (I had forgotten that breakfast was included), and made sure I received everything I needed. Excellent service. Great location, nice facilities, and not a huge hotel - just the right size for a professional visit.

Un hotel con buen confort
Pros:

La habitación era muy confortable y el baño estaba en buenas condiciones. Viajé con mi hijo pequeño y, en la última noche, Christopher de la recepción tuvo un gesto amable al regalarle una pequeña manualidad, lo cual fue muy agradable.

Cons:

Aunque sabíamos que nuestra tarifa no incluía el desayuno, el costo de 25 USD por persona resulta algo elevado en comparación con otras opciones disponibles en los alrededores.
