Rooms are nice, location close to metro, garage was sketch

My keycards were replaced multiple times but never worked in the garage so I kept having to call for help to get out of the garage

Godt hotel med central beliggenhed nær Arlington kirkegård.
Pros:

Godt hotel med fornuftigt størrelse værelser. Pænt og rent. Venlig og imødekommende personale. Rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet med mulighed for at få lavet en omelet. Godt udvalg. God bar med godt udvalg af madretter og drikkevarer.

Cons:

Parkeringen er lidt dyr, men generelt er priserne høje i området. Kunne godt være en del af servicen ved at bo på hotellet. Men det er ikke ekstraordinært dyrt.

Easy Access to DC - 10/10
Pros:

We had such a great stay at the Hyatt Centric Arlington! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming the moment we walked in. One of my favorite little touches was the fruit-infused water in the lobby. We came in for a night to see the cherry blossoms and some monuments in DC and can definitely recommend staying here! It is also two blocks from the metro for easy access into DC.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The entrance was a tight turn in and almost missed it. Wasn’t clear where to turn in until I almost missed it immediately turning onto the street. Everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed the customer service. When I got to my room, it’s smelled musty. I was really disappointed with the room and location. I’ve stayed at nicer Hyatt’s. I wished I’d stay at the Hilton instead but didn’t know the area. I’m a Hyatt member and opted for this location again. Would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Die Lage war perfekt, mit der Metro war man sehr schnell an der National Mall, in Arlington oder mit dem Bus in Georgetown. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können.

Surpassed Expectations
Pros:

Excellent Hotel and Service.
On arrival, our room was not ready when it should have been. The front desk manager immediately offered a no cost upgrade and complimentary parking. They went over and above. The breakfast food was some of the best we have had and the bar food was great too.
The location is very near the subway and it was easy to get to the major tourist spots.
