Cesar recommended the INDY burger. 5 stars.
Cesar was our server and he was fantastic!! He was very accommodating with my dietary restrictions. I had a salad and it was perfect. Great menu and excellent food. Sneha was very personable and kind. The staff and food are both worth a visit.
Cesar at the Fat Rooster restaurant was A+ service above and beyond
We had dinner at the Eagles Nest. It was the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not only was the 360 degree view of downtown Indianapolis at night beautiful but the food was amazing! This was truly a bucket list experience and I can’t wait to go back!
Bob with the valet service was phenomenal!! 10/10
Bob was amazing! Professional and personable. Very knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Completely satisfied with his service and would recommend to anyone interested in staying in Indy.
Bob was very courteous and friendly. He was quick to get the car. No issues!
I had an amazing experience at Hyatt Regency – Eagles Nest in Downtown Indianapolis! The atmosphere alone is breathtaking with stunning city views that make the entire dining experience feel special and elevated.
Ruby, the manager, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can truly feel her leadership through the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. She made us feel valued and well taken care of from the moment we arrived.
Mya, our server, was absolutely excellent! She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her service truly stood out and made our night even more enjoyable.
Between the views, the service, and the overall ambiance, this place deserves every bit of five stars. Highly recommend for a special night out in downtown Indianapolis!
It was an incredible experience best I ever had
Everyone was so nice and kinda. Service was top tier. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience
Taking too long, we get there at 7:30pm for birthday dinner and we only got our foods at 9:30pm
The food was good and Cesar’s service was excellent!!
Parking was a mess outside unless you wanted valet. Got rushed by 3 men for pulling off to the side because the center self park line was so long I was blocking the exit to the self park garage. Rude as hell yelling I couldn't park there even to run in and check in and unload. Beds in 1215 were so old the sagged in the center before you got in them. Breakfast was a rio off. No cost anywhere until you got the bill for $23 per person even if all they did was nibble on some fruit and had a water. I should have known when it was empty at 7:45 am. I just felt like they nickle and dimed us during our stay.
Great spot for breakfast. Cesar was very helpful and attentive. Coffee was great and the food was excellent. Highly recommend
Above and beyond good service thank you for the drinking waters, the fast laundry service, every day breakfast and everything in between.
Service was prompt and courteous. Food was outstanding! Would definitely recommend and I will stop back in the near future.
Karson was an absolutely amazing server. Would always recommend him. Very friendly and personable!
Bob was helpful in the Valet. He was outgoing
I have been staying at this property every year for a convention for the past 4-5 years. The location and convenience is hard to beat, with habitrail access to the convention center and other shops and hotels. It may not seem like a big deal, but when your convention is held in the dead of winter you appreciate the indoor access! The lobby/bar area is spacious and is the perfect space for an impromptu meeting or to gather with friends. There is a Starbucks in the lobby as well - I order through the app before leaving my room and my order is usually ready by the time I catch an elevator and make my way to the lobby!
The staff, from the valet to the from desk to the bar, is friendly and helpful. My check in experience is always quick and smooth. This year, there was a welcome note from the hotel manager and a bag of snacks waiting for my in my room - such a lovely surprise and it made me feel like a valued customer.
The rooms are large and have good organization for your gear. There is a mini fridge and pod coffee machine in a bar area, which is convenient. There's a large desk space and comfortable task chair. My king bed corner room had a sleeper sofa and coffee table, as well. The mattress is firm and supportive, but could benefit from a plush topper for added comfort.
The Hyatt Regency downtown Indianapolis is a good value and a comfortable stay. I've already made my reservations here for next year's convention!
Service was splendid, food was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Anthony was our waiter and he made great conversation and was good fun for the night. Scott, the manager, was so very kind and complimentary. Nick was help for Anthony and was very diligent. He kept our waters filled, table clean, and was able to recognize when we needed something without it being verbalized.
Music was fun and at an appropriate decibel. I had no problem hearing my date.
They had added some fun and warm decorations and furnishings since our last visit.
The skyline and horizon was a pleasant and pretty scene.
The shrimp cargot appetizer ($22) was a thing to remember. Incredible tastes. Had 8 shrimp. This was my dates favorite part.
The prime rib ($65) was great and the aju went great with it. Mashed potatoes were good and asparagus was fine. There was a sweet bread with raisins and nuts and a garlicky bread presented and both were savory.
My date had the filet mignon ($64) which came with mashed potatoes, asparagus, seasonal mushrooms and a truffle demi. She enjoyed her food, but it failed to fill her. She had to eat some of mine to help satiate her hunger (note that we shared the appetizer 50:50).
She wanted to try something new and got the chocolate martini ($17), but this was wasted for it was way to strong for her to enjoy and couldn't force down even a quarter of it.
I must emphasize that the portions were small. They were much smaller than when I was there 5ish years ago. Price was the same. $185 for an appetizer, two entrees, and a martini. That would be my only complaint. Felt like there could've been, and should've been bigger portions. I usually finish my dates plate since she doesn't like to take food back with her, but this time she didn't have enough. This may have been the first time she's ate all her food, plus some of mine. I of course wish I had more to eat, but the quality and taste helped compensate for the lack of quantity.
