Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

We ate at the Eagles Nest and our server was Mya. She was fantastic and personal and her recommendations were the best dishes we have ever eaten. The fact that the restaurant slowly rotates gives you a great view of the city. The ambience is top-tier. We will be back the next time we visit Indy!

Liz took great care of us as we were in a huge hurry to get back for awards for cheer. Thanks Liz for being so attentive and got us in and out in a timely manner!!

Stopped by the bar at the Hyatt and had a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable—perfect whether you’re winding down after a long day or meeting up with friends. The bartender, Liz, was friendly, attentive, and clearly knew their craft. Drinks were well-made, balanced, and served quickly, and the overall vibe felt relaxed but polished. Excellent service, great cocktails, and a spot I’d absolutely return to next time I’m staying here.

The ambiance at the Eagle Nest restaurant was spectacular and the food was delightful. When you go, be sure to ask for Karsor. He is the most polite person and would recommend the best food on the menu.

HIGHLY recommend the Eagles Nest! (Restaurant at the top of the Hyatt) Amazing food! Our server Karsor was incredible! He truly wanted us to get the most of our experience. Went above and beyond. He had great recommendations, was very personable and professional! The entire staff was so kind and helpful! A fantastic experience! I hope to be back!

We came for the views and experience which were worth it! But it made it even better to have such great staff and food.

Liz in the restaurant and john at the front desk were exceptional examples of how to elevate an experience for a guest. Their friendly personality and willingness to make the experience pleasurable was impressive. We will return based on this level of service. Thank you!

Very good experience while staying in the hotel with 2 rooms for my family. We left some valuables by mistake and later Gift Sheena from the front desk helped me to find that out!

Grabbed a meal at the Fat Rooster Restaurant…… good angus burger with sweet potato fries. I added a cup of clam chowder to fill me up. Very nice

Several problems during our one night stay but management did try to make it right. We were in town for the 49ers game and arrived to hotel to find valet parking full. This should have been handled like it is in Vegas where hotel guests get priority for valet parking over the general population.

Prior to arrival, we indicated three guests for the room; however, we arrived to find only two washcloths. Moreover, we requested a microwave prior to arrival but had to call and have one delivered after arrival.

Rooms are clean but small and tired. Not a good look for the Hyatt Regency brand.

No Globalist welcome note or amenity.

I stayed a night at Hyatt Regency Downtown Indy and had a great experience! For it being a convention center it’s pretty quiet inside. Had breakfast at the Eagles Nest inside the hotel and the food was superb! Cesar was my server and by far had great service and good conversation. Would def come back for another stay

The hidden gem here is the omelette bar. Fresh ingredients and remarkable service with a friendly chef who takes special care. The service level of all employees is on point.
