Cesar’ the Superman was Awesome!! Friendly, super helpful, awesome fellow! Couldn’t be nicer and very thorough and made some really good suggestions on additional food which we loved!!

Cesar was like James Bond, no matter the request he found a way to make it happen! No oat milk for our coffee? That was not a problem that Cesar couldn’t solve!

Great, centrally located location with very friendly and helpful staff! Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a hotel and/or conference space in downtown Indy.

We stayed here for 3 days 2 nights for a family trip as Hyatt Globalist. They were busy this weekend so we didn't get a suite, however they did upgrade us to the high floor sofa bed king bed room.

Valet parking was quick and efficient, they have great breakfast as part of the globalist perks.
Overall, the hotel was clean, room was clean, service was really good. For the value, the hotel was nice because it is right at downtown and the hotel has skybridges that connects to other location and other hotels within the vicinity.

Voice level was fairly quiet. They have a health club with an indoor pool.

Benefits of globalist includes breakfast in the morning at their 1st floor restaurants, they also give coupon for appetizers at night at their Level one bar. Cesar was our server for both days and was an awesome server who made sure we were taken care of, especially with specific request for foods with allergies.
Since we travel with family, we didn't use the bar appetizers during this stay.

Overall, I would recommend staying here if you visit Indianapolis because it's central in location, and close to a lot of other venues in the area!

As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by Kenneth, a valet and he was so thorough in explaining everything to us as far as pricing and what our best options would be...he was very efficient with helping us into the check in process...the front desk clerk was efficient as well and the room was emaculate...top tier stay

Don't care enough to maintain the rooms or tighten the screws, every single thing was loose or falling off the wall. Plugs won't stay in the outlets. Etc. Place has had a facelift but it's still got that worn vibe

Staff was great. Hot Rooster for breakfast was particularly good, food and staff. Bryan was particularly good.

Room was great. At peak times the four elevators were not quite enough.

Location was great. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk.

Bryan was super helpful and attentive through out or meal at Fat Rooster.

Liz at the hotel restaurant/bar was great. Had her as server multiple times during my stay.

Clean hotel with a great staff. Close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location as well. Valet staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I appreciate how Cesar provided me with superior customer service each day of my visit to the restaurant.
