We have stayed for a while now during Scarefest so convenient and clean
Pros:

Location, parking ,nice rooms all around Starr was nice

Cons:

Very noisy at no fault of yours but sirens every half hour all night and we could actually hear the guy next door snoring!the restaurant seems really limited for big weekends

Very comfortable, outstanding staff. Out of their way to be helpful and friendly
Pros:

Ease of driving to from my home. Location to event I was attending. Amenities and staff

Cons:

I thought the cost over all was a bit high. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Heater didn’t work right off when the temp dropped, had to get maintenance up.
A bit of wear and tear on some of the furnishings in the room.
Not really sure the value was that good for a 500.00 a night stay. I have stayed in better rooms for less

Great location but needs some AC help
Pros:

The location is great and the cleanliness was superb. The staff was so friendly!

Cons:

The air conditioning was bad. The room was stuffy and, even with the AC running, it never really got cool.

Location was perfect. Easy walk to a lot of places. Very convenient location to drive to destinations and return.
Pros:

Centrally located and free parking. Staff was attentive and professional. Rooms were large.

Cons:

Property was aged. Average at best

Loved the hotel but wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Very nice room with a great view. Comfortable bed and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Very nice location

Cons:

Had to pay for parking at the hotel each day. No continental breakfast. Overpriced buffet breakfast at $22 per person (I couldn’t eat 5 dollars worth). Staff at bar was not friendly at all.

Great service and wonderful breakfast, a very nice stay
Pros:

Staffmembers Leonia and Loretta were very warm and helpful, it was a pleasure to meet them. The breakfast buffet was superb and so were the menu options (e.g. chia pudding). My 4yo enjoyed the pool, which was serviceable though outdated. I heard from a front desk person that the pool is being removed later this year (2026).
