Pros:

Underwhelmed. I checked in after midnight, was given my room key only to find out after arriving at my 9th floor room with my bags that my room had not been cleaned. Had to lug everything back down to the lobby to get an actual clean room. They advertise a 24 hour gym on their website. It does not open until 5 am. If you want a treadmill, arrive before it opens. They only have 1 and it’s not going to last long. Felt like it was going to fall apart at any moment. If you value a clean room and a well equipped 24 hour gym stay somewhere else.

Great downtown Lexington stay!
Pros:

Great location downtown for our first time in Lexington! Friendly staff, comfortable bed, easy parking, great food and drinks, convenient to walk to other restaurants and things downtown.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Staff was amazing and sooooo accommodating!! Peter was especially incredible!! We will definitely be back to this location. We had 4 little children with us and they did everything to make it special for them. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location, high price for a handicap room that I didn't request,
Pros:

The convenience of venues and restaurants in walking distance.

Cons:

They put us in a handicap accessible room. Everything was low...light switches, towels, plugs. The counter space in the bathroom was so tiny. I wanting a full length sink. Price for the room was high due to keeneland.

Great Stay
Pros:

Front desk was very welcoming during check in/out, daily room cleaning was excellent, great service provided by shuttle driver and his dad at the front desk. Wish I could have had a little later check out due to late flight.
