Staff was very nice and helpful
Nothing
It was location and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Nothing.
Basketball game
Its location to Rupp Arena. The restaurant was great, especially the breakfast buffet.
The room was cold.
Too costly
We were able to cut thru hall way toward Main St.
Don't recommend 16th floor if you are noise sensitive, close to HVAC.
Convenience
Bathroom should be way cleaner
The room was awful. The shower head was falling out of the wall the fresh air vent fell in the floor. The halls smelled like sewage. The hotel staff told me they would make repairs when I went out early on Saturday morning. I returned at 4:15 and nothing had been touched. We checked out with no compensation or offer to make it right. You are paying for the convivence of going to Rupp. But the hotel is not up to typical Hyatt hotels.
While on my way to a small town in Kentucky, I needed a place to stay while the snow and ice was going to be bad. This hotel was on the way and had 2 rooms available and I got one by using my points. Well worth the time and effort. When I called, I did notice that there was an AI helping me. I declined their assistance and just used the app to ensure my dates and times would be correct. The place was great. Full service every day. Staff were wonderful and some of the staff stayed in the hotel to ensure guests were taken of. There is a sporting complex next door and I could have experienced a college basketball game if I wanted. If it was not for the bad weather I would have explored the city. The was an excellent detour.
Thanks guys.
It was close to work when the snow storm hit. If I had to walk it I could in a pinch.
Found fe mail hair still on the shower wall.
The room stayed cold unless I had it above 75.
Older building, not the expected Hyatt experience. Shower was cold and there was rust and more than usual wear/tear on fixtures.
Located next to Rupp Arena. Very nice place to stay.
