Very good.
Pros:

The bed was great, the shower needed more pressure and since it was in a perfect location the cars and sirens were very loud, I would stay again though.

The outside noise and the shower.

Had high hopes for this hotel but will choose to stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

We liked the pool, the view, and the bathrooms.

Cons:

The entire reason we booked the hotel was because of location and the advertisement that there was a connector to the Rupp Arena and central bank center. It wasn’t even open for us to use so we had to walk the kids outside and down the sidewalk in their uniforms instead of staying warm inside the building. We also had people running and yelling in the hallway until 1am and called the front desk three times to get it handled. Our thermostat also said it was 64 degrees in the room and couldn’t have been any less than 70 degrees. We turned it to 60 degrees and didn’t feel like the temp changed one bit.

Both nights there was some unruly people staying next door. Kept us up all night.

Not a pleasant stay due to parking and sleep due to pillows!
Pros:

Location at Rupp Arena

Cons:

Valet parking was full when I arrived… traffic was horrible and had to deal with a rude cop to get to gate 1 to self park! Then was charged 12.00 to self park
The pillows were completely flat and worn out! No microwave in the room!
