Conference Stay at the Hyatt
Pros:

Had a great experience at the Hyatt during my recent conference. The room as clean and comfortable, the thermostat was easy to control for my needs, the shower was a walk-in shower and the shower head was very nice, the small fridge was adequate, the bed was comfortable, and there was room to move around an put all my things. My only complaint was that my room wasn't ready at check-in, but to be fair, there were close to a thousand speech therapist all there to check in at the same time. The Hyatt did text me very soon after to tell me my room was ready.

Great choice for rupp concert
Pros:

Location to rupp arena was amazing, right beside it. Hotel was very large and had a nice looking bar and dining area although we did not have time to visit it. Staff was friendly. Valet was convenient for $30 a night. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom light was not very bright but not a big deal, and the price is high but I’m sure this is due to location.

I would never visit this location again.
Cons:

Arrived to the room to find the toilet did not flush, after multiple calls to the front desk, this was never resolved. The room looked out over the bar/restaurant area and it was incredibly loud until after 4am, resulting in no sleep.

Pros:

We stay here often to be close to events in Rupp Arena. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Bar and restaurant in lobby is always a good place to eat,drink or hang out. Walk across the street to entertainment. Walk into Rupp Arena and never go outside.
