Great location and staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect and staff was helpful & friendly. Close to local bars and restaurants, walking distance from Target Field.

Cons:

The entrance doors didn’t require our key card after hours as stated on doors.

Clean, comfortable, and incredible staff!
Pros:

Well-kept hotel with very helpful, friendly, professional staff - from housekeeping, valet, front desk, restaurant, bar, maintenance. With a downtown location, there are certain environmental challenges that must be addressed on occasion - staff did a great job with positive redirection and we all felt very safe and protected both inside and outside on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again if I have an opportunity to return to Minnepolis

My Go To for Cleanliness, Comfort and Service!
Pros:

Friendly, clean and good price!
I have had some not so good experiences with more expensive hotels.
Hyatt has always went above and beyond!
I can count on Hyatt for a clean comfortable room and top kotch customer service!
The downtown Hyatt Regency is located within walking distance of food and entertainment!

Ok overall
Pros:

Hotel is clean but starting to feel age. Loved the gym there. Area was spotty. Downtown Minneapolis isn’t the best for feeling safe

Pleasant surprise, nice , premium hotel
Pros:

We were diverted to MSP due to thunder storm and Chicago airport closure! United sent link to our app and I get to pick this one out of three ! The room is Nice and spacious although the room decor is a bid dated but clean and well kept ! Great location, very green ! Beautiful city !

Great hotel. One very annoying issue.
Pros:

I was staying there to attend the PEARC26 conference. Excellent location because I could take the Skyway all the way there instead of having to walk outside in the blazing heat. The hotel room was immaculate, although housekeeping came at 9 a.m., which I thought was quite odd. But I put out my do-not-disturb sign for the rest of my stay, removed it when I left the room, and never had another problem.

The only real problem was that I had an executive suite with a large living area with 2 couches. I had intended to host a few group meetings there, but one of the couches was a sleeper sofa that had collapsed on one side, making it useless as a couch. Due to the schedule at the conference, I really didn't have time to deal with this with the front desk, so I just found alternative arrangements. But it was disappointing that no one recognized this issue before they assigned me the room.

Perfectly situated
Pros:

Excellent hotel, perfectly situated for the convention center (including a Skyway for days of rain or wildfire smoke). Our room was big and views were great, and we had a nice walk-in shower for husband who has trouble getting into and out of bathtub/shower combos.
The Free downtown bus stops across the street so it's easy to go downtown for shopping or dining.
Right next to the Loring Greenway so you can walk to the park and spend some time at the lake.

Hyatt Regency was the BEST!
Pros:

It was the best hotel experience of my long life! And I have always stayed in high-quality hotels When I go to a hotel, I don't look for a low price. I want a pleasant experience. Hyatt Regency was the TOP! By far! Well worth the money. Everything was beyond my expectations!

The Staff is the Best!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel for a conference. The staff (especially Hayat at the front desk and the bag check/valet team) were all very friendly and helpful. I was impressed! I've traveled a lot for work and have had varied experiences. I can easily say this was one of my all-time best experiences.
