The central downtown location was perfect and the restaurant in the hotel was good.

The staff and customer service were top tier, from the valet to the front desk clerk, housekeeping, etc....the room I stayed in was well equipped, very clean, and very comfortable.

I was staying there to attend the PEARC26 conference. Excellent location because I could take the Skyway all the way there instead of having to walk outside in the blazing heat. The hotel room was immaculate, although housekeeping came at 9 a.m., which I thought was quite odd. But I put out my do-not-disturb sign for the rest of my stay, removed it when I left the room, and never had another problem.

The only real problem was that I had an executive suite with a large living area with 2 couches. I had intended to host a few group meetings there, but one of the couches was a sleeper sofa that had collapsed on one side, making it useless as a couch. Due to the schedule at the conference, I really didn't have time to deal with this with the front desk, so I just found alternative arrangements. But it was disappointing that no one recognized this issue before they assigned me the room.

Excellent hotel, perfectly situated for the convention center (including a Skyway for days of rain or wildfire smoke). Our room was big and views were great, and we had a nice walk-in shower for husband who has trouble getting into and out of bathtub/shower combos.
The Free downtown bus stops across the street so it's easy to go downtown for shopping or dining.
Right next to the Loring Greenway so you can walk to the park and spend some time at the lake.

Beds in rooms were very comfortable and the mini fridge in room was so quiet which allowed getting a great sleep!

Loved the lobby we met others from our conference there. and fitness center was world class they even have a basketball court!

It was the best hotel experience of my long life! And I have always stayed in high-quality hotels When I go to a hotel, I don't look for a low price. I want a pleasant experience. Hyatt Regency was the TOP! By far! Well worth the money. Everything was beyond my expectations!

A beautiful hotel for a conference. The staff (especially Hayat at the front desk and the bag check/valet team) were all very friendly and helpful. I was impressed! I've traveled a lot for work and have had varied experiences. I can easily say this was one of my all-time best experiences.

An excellent hotel in a great location. Perfect for attending events at the Convention Center via the skyway system. Coffee shop was good, but it's not a real Starbucks.

I had some packages delivered at the hotel and they charge $10 per package, which is expensive, but ok, i accepted it. But the service was terrible, I had to try 3 times to receive a specific package, and they kept saying they didn’t have it. I showed them the tracking number, the email saying it was delivered and they just said they didn’t have it. It took me a lot of time to solve the matter. It looked like they were doing me a favor, when it’s no favor at all since they are charging.

Overall, I had a good experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the café workers were especially kind. The food was good, and the service was pleasant.

One note for future guests: the area to the right when leaving the hotel, toward the diner, did not feel particularly safe during my visit. Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent customer service from the hotel team.

Classy vibe, cool lobby/bar area. My favorite part was the vanity in the bathroom. I've spent so many hotel mornings getting ready on hotel carpets with makeup and curling iron spread across the floor. The vanity is so cute and practical and I love the little lamp in the bathroom.

The only downside is the bathrooms are not convenient when attending conference sessions; it is quite a walk. It also takes a bit to navigate to the right conference area. Come early before the long line forms if you are checking luggage near the hotel check-out time.

Great hotel for a conference. Rooms were well set up, staff was friendly, tailored menu options for our large conference.

The hotel is very central, good size room, clean and pleasant! I will stay there again. The hospitality was very good. Everyone was so nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location for a conference! Staff was very responsive to our needs, especially the IT tech crew!! Definitely recommend with two thumbs up!

Solid, well kept and well run. Location is good but some sketchy parts of town nearby. Food is lacking but it is a 3-4 star hotel. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. We would stay here again.
