Very comfortable hotel and would stay again
Pros:

Location excellent. A few extras such as a free beer, cocktail, water etc is a nice touch. A modern hotel with a nice feel. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Valet parking should be included in the room price

Pros:

The staff is not at all welcoming. I would not want tp stay here again. The room was clean and good bit the staff were rude. Would not recommend

A great and welcoming place in Savannah!
Pros:

The location of this place is optimal. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and bar can't be beat. They helped to make our trip really nice. We also used the concierge to help set up some tours and took advantage of the discounts. We would go back to this hotel if we were back in Savannah.

Pretty on the outside, not so much on the inside
Pros:

The location is spectacular! The first impression is very nice. The entranceway and public areas were all lovely. The rooms were in really rough shape though. Very old, my desk literally sagged, my side table was uneven, my lamps had broken lamp shades, everything wood was so worn and grimy, I had stained towels and sheets. The elevators stick really bad and frequently. The doors won't shut, they just keep dinging and dinging but nothing happens, we ended up taking the stairs several times because they would just get stuck like that and there was nothing that fixed it.
