Valet parking was chaotic and slow when we arrived and then they lost our car/car keys twice. Also the hotel wasn't as nice as expected. Staff were nice, but the rooms need updating and there was a smell of sewage throughout the hotel on the first day. Breakfast was delicious but pricey. Hotel is in a prime location that's close to everything (on the river).
everithing was good in this hotel we all love it
Great location-- able to walk and see the downtown area.
Delicious Southern food for our conference. Comfortable, clean rooms with everything necessary.
As indicated in my prior responses. Very accommodating sfaff and facility. Convenient location.
Everything was wonderful
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency while attending a conference. While my room did require a bit more cleaning attention upon arrival and the furniture could benefit from an upgrade, the service at the hotel restaurant, Moss & Oak, truly stood out.
I believe the gentleman's name was Eyan. He was kind of a highlight during my stay. My stomach wasn’t feeling well that evening, and it took me quite a while to decide on a meal. He never rushed me, never made me feel like a nuisance when I asked for more water or extra time, and checked on me regularly with genuine patience and kindness.
His professionalism and pleasant demeanor made a lasting impression. I initially wasn’t planning to dine at the hotel, but I’m genuinely glad I did because of the level of care and service he provided.
It’s becoming an old facility but the location is great! It’s very understaffed and needs updating for the price!!
Very very understaffed! Old rooms that need improvement!
Locstion
Some stuff on bathroom wall that looked like mold
Everything
Valet is really expensive 😫 😩
Location was amazing. Perfect access to River Street and walkable distance to everything else we wanted to see. Rooms are dated, staff was hit or miss. For price I definitely expected more.
