great service - staff were fab. Food great too. Everyone helpful - loved the location - perfect!

Cons:

Didn't like the carpet on the corridors of floor 4 where we stayed. A bit swirly and psychedelic. Something more calming and neutral would be better. Bedroom carpet a bit worn - room 434.

Our stay was wonderful, and we plan to do it again when we return for a wedding.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, and the waitstaff was very helpful.

Cons:

Our sliding door had a metal strip safety lock that was bent, so it was extremely difficult to open the door. The door also stuck when opened about 12 inches. I reported both to the front desk, as this door opened onto a huge patio that could serve as a fire exit.

Pros:

staff was very helpful. we were unable to get a Riverview,but had the city view and it was fine. most of the time we had breakfast outside ...the buffet was excellent, cocktails on the outside deck overlooking the river. beautiful time & weather

Overall great hotel for convenience but if you would like a hurt back and bad sleep this is the best place!
Pros:

The one thing I like about the property is how convenient the location is to be everything. All restaurants and shops are within reasonable walking distance.

Cons:

The property was having internet issues so streaming services weren’t available. The bed and pillows are super uncomfortable. If you don’t get a room that lines the outside of the building you get no natural light at all! And the valet drivers aren’t cautious about how they drive your vehicle. They drive through parking garage at high rate of speeds.

No access from lower riverside into hotel. Had to come up 2-3 flights and way around the front side to get in

It was in need of a lot of updates. Parts of the hotel were pretty old and dirty looking.

Great location, amenities, breakfast was great. When my room was downgraded, the front desk amended the issue swiftly and generously.

Cons:

The pool didn’t appear clean or very attractive.

I’m not going back because I feel like the Hyatt didn’t care and were unconcerned.
Pros:

The property was fine but there was an odor in my room and I feel like they didn’t believe me. The young lady that came to check it was unconcerned and didn’t care.

Cons:

The smell in my room.
