It was just a short layover, however it was comfortable and accommodating.

Enjoyable.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for all the things on River street and in the vicinity. Super easy to get in and out. There is a bar in the hotel if you don’t want to leave.

Cons:

The room I booked online, A KING, was not what we were given when we arrived. They offered to move us the next morning and gave us a free breakfast, which we didn’t use as we were there to meet friends at local eateries.

Pros:

The location was great, the staff was friendly and very polite! Kyle was amazing and brought our puppy a treat bag. You felt welcomed! Keep it up! we will return!

Cons:

Valet and bell hop service when we were leaving. A bit slow, but it was busy for the staff. Must be patient. They were working as quickly as possible. Only improvement recommendation. Otherwise a 5 star!

The parking company charged me $275 fo two nights stay. I won’t be staying there again.

Perfect location, near River Street. Friendly desk staff and Bistro staff. Glad there was coffee in the room.

Cons:

TV was so difficult to use. Maybe the remote needs new batteries? I hated the fact that there were only 2 sheets on the bed. I FROZE each night! Inconsistent housekeeping. First day was great then it went downhill. One day no towels were left at all. Unfortunately, finding an English speaking housekeeper was a rarity. (after the first day). Too much light in the room at night. I used towels to cover up the clock and other sources of light.

We expected better from the Hyatt.
Pros:

The size of the room and shower were nice and the river view met expectations.

Cons:

The room had a smell and the desk personnel were not friendly at all. They gave my daughter a room that she did not reserve, and they had already charged her for the river view, instead she got a dumpster view.
