Great stay in the heart of Savannah
Pros:

Location and building design. We walked everywhere. The gym was great! The river walk was nice. The bar and restaurant were fantastic. Our welcoming to the facility was pleasant. Staff was happy..

Cons:

The homeless hanging around the building. The outdoor rooftop lounge area would be better if there was a bar or food services and light music…the hanging lights were out but they looked nice.

Great hotel deserves a better restaurant
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Loved the open lobby and lounge area. Concierge was super helpful. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

Loved being in the river, close to everything, walkable area, great view.

Cons:

The restaurant...my takeout dinner was passable, I guess: Impossible burger (overcooked) on dry Gluten-free bread (barely toasted?). Breakfast took 40 minutes feom order to table, for no discernible reason. Crab benedict was just OK. Served on a cold biscuit...why?
Servers and staff were nice, though.

Oh, and the AC in our room- set to 60°F but never went below 70°F. Repairs had been requested by people before us, too.

I would come back to this hotel

Perfect location.

Cons:

My air did not work well in my room but I was compensated for the valet parking at the desk. Also our sink in the bathroom was stopped up.

Bathroom was smelling so bad! Maybe it was the bathtub curtains. Very unpleasant to use the bathroom.
