Cons:

Need more self parking accommodations. Parking is inconvenient for guests not wanting to use your valet service.
I have a very expensive automobile and prefer to park it myself to avoid any liability disputes which may arise. PROVIDE SELF PARKING!!!

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, with great facilities and a wonderfully kind staff!

Cons:

There was a persistent smell of urine around our room that intensified at night and noticeability seeped into the room itself. Additionally, the bathtub lacked a curtain liner, making it impossible to prevent water from flooding the rest of the bathroom with every shower. Lastly, upon checking out, we were unexpectedly charged $90 for our three-night stay, a fee that was never disclosed to us at check-in.

An Exceptional Stay
Pros:

My company and I were here for our yearly conference and EVERYTHING about my stay was amazing. Even down to Valet Parking… Shantira was very professional, helpful and dedicated to treating customers with the utmost respect. She’s a gem. I’ll most definitely be back.

The location is perfect! You can walk right out the back door to River street.

Cons:

I did not like the smell in our bathroom. It had a sewage smell. I am very upset about the extra charge for $89. They told me it was mandatory whether you use it or not. The cocktail that came with that service the 3 days we stayed tasted like watered down punch.

I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends.
Pros:

The only I liked was the breakfast. The chef and servers I will give a 10 . It was the complimentary breakfast that made up for the poor service I received in my room .

Cons:

I was appalled when I entered the room and the first thing the bellhop noticed was the dirty table I was too tired to complain and went out to get dinner. Upon my return I went into the bathroom to make sure I had enough towels for myself and my son to take showers and found only 1 towel and to make things worse the tub had a dirty ring around it. I was floored and immediately called the front desk. I was told that they would send room service to clean the bathroom and bring supplies. I told them not at 10pm I was moved to another room and clearly saw the difference. It's unfortunate that some staff members refuse to do their job and it creates bad service that can ruin a good hotel reputation. At this point The Hyatt just has its name because the service is saying motel 6. Overall the front desk staff was cooperative and accommodating. Thanks to bellhop Micheal and the two front desk young ladies that took good care of me.

Keurig hotel zoals je van Hyatt mag verwachten. Wel erg druk ivm met een congres.

Cons:

Parkeren was onfatsoenlijk duur. $50 voor een avond parkeren heb ik nog nergens meegemaakt.

Pros:

Great hotel. Amazing location. Enjoyed the Hyatt benefits like free afternoon apps and drinks at the lobby restaurant. Staff was very nice. Has a great gym.

Great Experience, Hyatt Regency
Pros:

The staff was friendly, engaging and welcoming. They make you feel like family. I particular, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Vanessa made meal experiences so very enjoyable. The smiles, the organization, and the assistance were awesome. Also, I am very appreciative of the front of house staff. Shantira was wonderful to me with locating an item that I had misplaced. She was patient and attentive. I also engaged with management and the experience was just so very commendable. Good job Hyatt!

Side note... the shower is awesome- great temperature and water pressure.

Overall, it was a good visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great for sightseeing.

Cons:

Valet parking made it more difficult to retrieve anything you left in your car. The buffet breakfast croissants were not fresh.
