It was fine, but I’d probably look elsewhere.
Pros:

The room was clean, the hotel is very pretty when you walk in, definitely appealing and good location

Cons:

They definitely nickel and dime you a bit, even after paying the costly price for the room the front desk worker said that there was an extra daily “$28 amenity fee” which I don’t entirely know what that covers seeing as how things such as food, parking, etc already cost more ontop of that. The AC in the room was also not functioning good, and even though we had it set down to 60, the room would not go below 74.

Great Hotel on the River
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring Savannah, and the beautiful atrium creates a great first impression as soon as you walk in.

The staff was outstanding throughout our visit. When we discovered that our refrigerator wasn’t working upon arrival, they had it replaced within an hour of checking in. Their responsiveness and attention to our needs really stood out and made us feel valued as guests.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Savannah and would definitely stay here again.

Staff did their best to give us some extras to accomodate the issue.
Pros:

we were able to book a room last minute. Staff tried to accomodate as best as possible, but we were told the king sized bed/room we booked was not availbale.

Cons:

We had to sleep on a pull out bed- it was not very comfortable.
