Very dirty
The hotel was clean and smelled really good. The room was clean as well
The only thing I did NOT like is that I had to wait 2 hours after check in time to check in. I didn't get anything but a thank you for waiting. They was suppose to text me when my room was finally ready but did not. After 2 hours I had to go ask what was going on then I learned my room was ready.

Room was small with full size beds, no closet and limited access to electrical outlets. No desk inthe room and the bathroom is small and cramped,

O check in já é tarde 4pm, até aí tudo bem, porque somos informados na reserva, porém após uma viagem de 9 horas, chegamos no hotel por volta de 5:30 pm e não havia quarto disponível por falta de limpeza, e não foi só conosco , eram várias pessoas esperando, tivemos que ir para o compromisso sem ter tido acesso ao quarto, precisamos de usar o vestiário da piscina e só depois quando retornamos o quarto aí já estava liberado, mas aí já eram 10pm!
Hotel is making renovations, yet they had us stay in a wing that had ceiling panels missing, trash in hallways and peeling wallpaper. They should have temporarily closed this wing durning renovations.
I stayed here for five nights and was pretty disappointed with the overall experience. The room was not serviced properly during my stay. The sheets were never changed, despite there being a brown “coffee” stain on them from the day we checked in. It was obvious that housekeeping simply tucked the sheets back in instead of replacing them.
There were also several maintenance issues. The guest laundry washing machine was out of service throughout my stay, which was frustrating for a longer trip.
The biggest issue, however, was the repeated overnight disturbances. Around 1:00 a.m. on Friday night, the fire alarm went off and continued for about 30 minutes. Then, the following night at almost the exact same time, multiple fire trucks arrived outside the hotel, waking everyone up again. Two consecutive nights of major disruptions made it difficult to get any rest.
If you prefer staying with Hyatt, I would honestly recommend choosing the Hyatt Place nearby instead. This stay fell well below my expectations for a Hyatt Regency experience.

There is no in room microwave and also toiletries were not refilled appropriately.
Pool was closed and breakfast was not included.
Outdated and I believe they are aware. I frequently stay at Hyatts but I recommend some updates to the rooms and for this particular Hyatt survey their customers and address their issues.
My experience was pool was unavailable and no reason was given, no free breakfast was offered, customer service did not fulfill our request for extra towels until after multiple requests.
