How close it was to the convention center
The pool was very cold
Great experience! Thank you for everything. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious, and staff was helpful when I had a maintenance issue.
Leaking water from the tap
My room was extremely warm. The engineer said they intentionally "turned off the chill until March or April." I could not sleep in a room mid 70s. So hot and unpleasant all b/c they're playing games with the cooling system to save money.
We spent a weekend there, and were very satisfied with everything, e.g., great location, helpful front-desk staff, quiet room, and clean environment.
Clean rooms, helpful staff, large conference rooms to fit many people or smaller ones for smaller gatherings, restaurant/ bar inside lobby keeps the party going
good breakfast and friendly staff. They gave us another room quickly when we noticed the phone's not working. There was a pokemon convention.
I had a kid but there was no kiddie pool. The water temperature was too cold and the water was too deep. It would've been nicer if there was a kiddie pool.

The staff was great, and we received 2 yummy cookies to celebrate the Valentine's Day holiday. Thank you again! The location was easy to get to and nestled between great restaurants.
I arrived in the evening and grabbed a room service menu to order dinner. I ordered a hamburger. What I got was an overcooked hamburger with fries that were mushy and unseasoned. No napkins, silverware or condiments. The whole meal was inedible. Then I hopped in the shower. The bath towel was so thin it had holes. The water dribbled out of the bathroom faucet. I felt like I was in a Motel 6.
Was with my daughter for sports tournament. Our room must have been above a reception hall. Needed sleep and Loud rave music played from 9pm to 12:00am. Called to front desk and no help. Next day I asked and they said sorry was a wedding won't be a problem tonight.
Great hotel for Polka Fest. Love the shuttle service and hotel staff are fabulous and friendly. Looking forward to next year!

Wonderful experience from front desk to breakfast. Raul, Berta, Brayana were fantastic and looked after my son and I getting us our room ready early. The rooms are clean, tidy and have all the amenities you’d need. Breakfast was great, they had the omelette station back which is great and fresh!
