The location, view, and room were great!

Cons:

This is the absolutely noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. They clearly know it to be an issue because the room came with a noise machine. Which did not, unfortunately, cover the noises inside and outside the hotel.

It was a nice hotel, bit a little overpriced and not enough staff working at check in on a Saturday evening.
Pros:

It was very nice inside and good amount of space. Close to where we needed to go.

Cons:

The parking garage. Wish it was connected to the hotel and that we didn’t have to park so high up and skywalk wasn’t open

nice lobby, staff, and location, not worth the price for what you get, in my opinion.
Pros:

the lobby was very pleasing to the eye and the entire place smelled good. the staff was also very helpful and friendly. the location is great if you’re going to be attending an event at the CFGbank arena. finding a hotel with all of those qualities >$300 per night seems rare. and i liked the nice mirrors in the bathroom.

Cons:

walls were very thin. i could very clearly hear the gentleman in the room next to me urinating and passing gas when i was about to get into the shower. the toilet flushing is also rather noisy. and there was a construction crew working at midnight outside my window. i won’t say that’s the hotels fault, but it was a bit irritating after spending the whole day traveling and then attending an event for several hours, just wanting to sleep. and i would like to say for a hotel to be more than $200 a night but only offer free breakfast for guests in an exclusive club and the free internet being 10mbps felt cheap. maybe that’s my fault for not doing research outside of booking.com’s hotel information, but it definitely said free breakfast and high speed internet. i don’t usually budget for hotel stays more than $150 per night but decided to splurge for my birthday, but nearly $230 for a fancy lobby didn’t feel worth it.

Great location! Hotel is clean, but a little dated.
Pros:

Room was large with a great view. The hotel location is great. Very easy to walk to the inner harbor, Camden Yards, M&T Stadium, etc. Location was the best part of the stay.

Cons:

Hotel shower did not have good pressure and the bathroom sink was very difficult to turn off. I would have appreciated if they gave more water bottles for the coffee maker. I did not want to use bathroom water to fill up the coffee maker. The hotel overall was a little dated.
