거기 있던 직원이 굉장히 친절한 분이 있었어요. 한 분 위치도 괜찮아서 콘서트에 참여하기 적절했어요.

Cons:

보증금 이외에 저한테 이야기하지 않고 돈이 두 번 결제됐는데 이 돈이 왜 결제됐냐고 했더니 그건 원래 그런 거라고만 얘기하고 굉장히 불친절하게만 상대했어요. 돈이 결제된 거 그것도 큰 금액에 결제 결제됐는데 이거는 그냥 결제만 된 거라고. 빠져나가지 않을 거니까 괜찮다. 이렇게만 이야기하고 왜 결제됐는지 무엇 때문에 결제됐는지 이런 얘기는 없었어요.
그리고 나서 그다음 날 또 결제돼서 그 이야기를 하러 갔 갔더니 똑같은 얘기만 하고 그럴 수도 있다는 듯이 저를 이상한 사람 보듯이 말하는 거예요. 이렇게 계속 결제되는 게 맞는 건가요? 저는 처음 경험해 보네요.

It was close to the event we came into town for

Cons:

The lobby and rooms had mosquitoes and fruit flies. They sent a notice that they were turning off the water from midnight to four in the morning. So we came home early to make sure we could shower and the water was off by 11. Also who turns off their water and expects customers to pay full price? Had we been made aware we would have stayed elsewhere. Instead i had to sleep dirty and sweaty and no water to brush my teeth.

Nice room
Pros:

Convenient location. Close to harbor with great view. Walking distance of aquarium. Parking next to hotel was reasonable rate.

Cons:

The front desk clerk seemed confused about our reservation done through Booking.com. I used my husband’s credit card, which she requested to see. He was waiting in the car so I went out to get it. When I came back she then told me, she needed to see him as well. I didn’t notice anyone else going through this. I thought it was strange. Never had that experience before. It was a little embarrassing.

We had a good stay, but our mattress was too hard for us to be comfortable.
