Mostly satisfied. View was nice but window was hazy and room I was put in a room where it was not fully prepared and the curtain sheer was broken off.
Location
Bathroom slab was broken . Rooms were not clean and bad service
Nothing
Everything - dirty, rude staff, loud neighbors, terrible facilities
It wasn’t what I expected
Nothing
The customer service was great. The guy Cortez at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect! I definitely would recommend staying here.
Bathroom toilet was out of date.
Just a terrible experience. Food took over 2 hours to arrive and was overcooked. They said avocado was smashed - clearly not. Host was extremely rude and just told us to get on with it.
The AC wasn’t working in our hotel room. We let Rafael know at the front desk and he was very rude to us and actually told us to stop talking at one point in the conversation. I called and spoke to a manager named Earl, who couldn’t seem to care less, and he actually hung up on me
Location is central and close to the convention center and inner harbor. Had a corner room, felt fabulous. Staff was very attentive, and late evening bistro food was very good. Pleasant stay here
We recently stayed for one night at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor and had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. A special thank you to Daniel, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression and elevated our stay.
Our rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the room provided everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to the Inner Harbor and many nearby attractions.
While our visit was brief, the outstanding service and comfortable accommodations ensured it was a memorable one. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore.
ok. average cleanliness. not Hyatt standard. old and needs renovation. elevator broke many time. no coffee in lobby even though hosting a big conference. water removed before end of day.
I have to agree that this Hyatt hotel is not up to the usual brand worldwide standards. In a word “tired.” The rooms were adequate but clearly in need of a refresh and update. Polite and friendly service, but Bistro was closed during the day and the only option was plastic wrapped food from The Market.
We booked this Hyatt specifically because the pool was a major amenity for our family. Just 72 hours before our trip, we were notified that the pool would be closed due to a private event. At that point, we had little ability to make alternative arrangements, and no reasonable accommodation was offered despite the significant impact on our stay.
Before arrival, we were informed that alternative arrangements would be available if the pool remained closed. However, upon check-in, the pool was closed and staff could not clearly explain what those arrangements were or how guests could access them.
While closures happen, what is unacceptable is the complete lack of follow-through afterward. I raised my concerns with hotel management and was told someone would contact me. I have since reached out multiple times to Earl and his manager and have received no response whatsoever.
The issue is no longer the pool—it’s the customer service. A hotel that promises solutions, fails to deliver them, and then ignores guest concerns demonstrates exactly how little it values its customers.
Poor communication, poor accountability, and no resolution. We will not be returning.
Hotel was nice but air conditioning didn’t work in room and had to move rooms, was told we would be comped points and never got them
The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was conveniently located and we were able to leave our car parked during our stay and walk to everything. Nice roof top pool overlooking the harbor and rooftop space to enjoy gatherings.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
Internet access took a while to connect. The food in the restaurant could have been better. The chicken meal was dry and the vegetables were odd.
