Greqt experience and service
Pros:

Check-in and clerj astutely asked if I wanted an upgrade to the top floor which had a great view. I appreciated and took advantage of as it had a lovely view.

Pros:

I love the location of the hotel. I had an amazing view from my room.

Karen at the Bistro/restaurant on the 3rd floor was super friendly. She even made some great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk weren't very welcoming or friendly.
The self parking area didn't feel safe.

Overall, a very good experience. Close to most attractions and a well trained staff.
Pros:

Stayed in room 1224 as an upgrade. Very clean and comfortable. The view was excellent, interesting hotel layout, beautiful, expansive conference floor.

Cons:

Garage next door is poorly lit. Needs a more regular cleaning and the elevator waiting area needs deep cleaning and better lighting.

We had a wonderful time and we love Baltimore
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful. Room was a bit small and dated but the e views made up for it. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely amazing. .

Cons:

The hotel was perfect but the inner harbor has really gone down. All the shops are closed really nothing to do around there except the aquarium. Use to be a lot more fun. Didn’t seem very safe at night either.

It was our goal to be able to walk to the stadium, and we did. Our family stayed in one room and we all slept well. Bath

Near to Orioles stadium, able to walk.

Cons:

Parking was indeed available, but I was expecting it to be included in the price of the room. Parking at the hotel was extremely expensive.

It was okay!
Pros:

It was close to all the places we needed to go.

Cons:

Swimming pool was super small and it was too crowded. There was not enough chairs to even sit.

It was a good relaxing weekend gateway trip
Pros:

Breakfast was standard but it fit what my wife and I needed. We are not a big breakfast family so we just needed something to get our day started.

Cons:

I don’t have any negative issues the hotel fit my wife and I needs. Hotel parking was straightforward and most important hotel was clean.
