Hyatt Regency Crystal City

The hotel hosted a conference at which I spoke. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The food and service in both on-site restaurants were excellent. We found all the staff very helpful, and really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel, room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and the restaurant’s atmosphere felt very peaceful. Would stay here again on my next trip.

I had the best service and beautiful room thanks to Yaw at the front desk. Honestly I walked in planning to spend only one night then move to a DC hotel closer to my professional event. I asked for a good room and was asked if I was willing to pay for an upgrade…I said yes.

The room was a suite with a balcony on the 10th floor! It was bigger than any room in a comparable DC hotel. I called later and asked to stay an extra night.

The breakfast buffet was included and added to a great experience. Kudos to the service teams and a special thanks to Yaw for all the little bottles of water supplied during my stay!

Wonderful and memorable stay. Great location with splendid views of the city, windows that took up almost the whole wall in the rooms were extremely impressive. Near all the major attractions but surrounding neighborhood is so peaceful and beautiful to explore.

Comfortable rooms, great food, quiet. Coffee maker in room. Mini fridge. Professional staff. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

Excellent location, very nice room, staff was phenomenal at anticipating my needs and banquet food was very good. My only complaint was the very large spider found crawling on my bed the day I checked out.

Only stayed for one night - flew from the UK into IAD but was picking up a rental from DCA. the check-in welcome from Virginia was exceptional, and she explained everything to us and gave advice for picking up the airport shuttle and for bringing the car back so that we could load up at the hotel. As we were jet lagged we didn't venture any further than the bar for a bite to eat and a couple of drinks - but everything there was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was very good also. All in all a great stay.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff made my stay exceptional. My room was very clean and I would totally stay here again!

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The conference rooms were large and bathrooms near by. The snack food available was very expensive.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Ronald Reagan Airport. They have several restaurants within the hotel if you don't feel like going out. The rooms are pretty standard.

I would have to say this is a nice hotel but not great as I have come to expect from HR. The airport bus was lovely and quick - albeit the predominant customer is airline crew it seems. Unfortunately I found myself at the back of a crew when trying to check in late - a separate check in for them would be helpful.

I got to my room and it is large but not as modern as I expected from the pictures - it had a bit of a smoky smell too. The bathroom is small but has a shower - the water pressure is pretty poor though so it took a while to have shower. When someone flushed the toilet in the adjacent room, it sounded like a 747 taking off in my room - I had to shut the bathroom door to try and get some sleep.

Despite having selected my room all day, there was no water and I had to ask for it the next day - first time this has happened in a Hyatt for me.

The hairdryer was fine but the plug sockets next to the bed were poor - to be honest the whole room felt a bit dated now and I wish I had picked somewhere else.

The restaurant’s menu was OK - but they are obviously not expecting folks to eat in the hotel.

The bus to the airport was prompt at 0420 - it leaves the hotel every 20 mins and is quite a big bus compared to the other hotels so you should always get a seat.

Overall I was a little disappointed - I know this Hyatt is at a slightly different price point but it is clear it is a crew hotel with some paying guests - not the other way round. I wont be staying here again.

Not worth the money, they charge for valet parking but have no parking on site. Valet asked for a tip! The rooms were not cleaned properly, from the last guest. But my conference was great.

My experience dealing with this hotel was spectacular, I loved the fact that they had Shuttle bus service to and from airport,variety of restaurants inside and options to check in early and check out late,and the fact that rooms were actually available early. STAFF were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
Just note there was a fee for early check in / late check out. The location was central to all the areas I wanted to visit .

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Very easy to get there from Reagan International Airport. Would stay here again.

Overall. Experience was excellent. Not much to complain. I would definitely stay their again. Beautiful Hotel. Room nice and cleaned.

Terrine place to stay. Very expensive. Restaurant only open until 2 then needed to order food from the bar with not much seating. Cheaper to go to hotel across the street and better and friendlier service

Excellent professional staff and service. The bed was extra comfortable and the mobility accessibility room was very nice. Unlike other hotels that had the beds and closets to low. This room was just right. Thank you Hyatt Regency, Crystal City!
