I would book this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and location was perfect to attend baseball game at Nationals Stadium.
The staff is wonderful…gracious, kind and helpful.
The airport shuttle was great!!!

Cons:

Lots of people lingering out front. Not the cleanest looking people to say the least - not sure if they were homeless people or guests, though.

Perfect location for an overnight stay, short and sweet.
Pros:

I loved the room, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, updated/modern, quiet. I choose this hotel because it was so close to the airport and it offered shuttle service.

Cons:

I was only there one night so there was nothing that I didn't like for that amount of time. I was very satisfied with my choice.

Not giving up. Going up the levels of the chain of command one by one
Cons:

Person at front desk took extra $500 hold off card (“by mistake”) and said it would be back on my card after the stay.
I’m still fighting today for the money to be placed back on my card. I’m so surprised at such a huge named hotel. Be aware because people working at these establishments are becoming “well mannered and trained” hackers…
No more Hyatt until this is settled and I can’t remember anything else from the trip as far as amenities and comfort and environment.
I need my money returned!

Cons:

There was no trash bags in the trash cans
The beds didn't have fitted sheets, just a bed sheet covering the mattress
