Pros:

Location was perfect, very central - also suitable for our further plans.
Staff were ok, we didnt have any problems
hotel stay worked perfectly for what we needed - no problem

Cons:

Booking advertised that breakfast was included - thats what i paid for.
reception allegedly didnt get that note - we had to challenge and show booking confirmation. they then promised to pass the note to breakfast staff which they didnt. so i had to challenge again. we got there in the end but wasnt pleasant

Fair hotel but way overpriced
Pros:

Some of the staff were very nice. The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was too large and very empty. Between the window and the bed was 2.5 meters (10 ft) no man’s land. This gave the room a very desolate feel. It would have been nice to have a desk in this space and a comfortable chair. But there was no desk to work. One lady at the reception was very derogatory. And finally, it was very hard to get to speak to a human at the reception. There was just a very useless answering machine that made me very frustrated.

But this would have been ok if the price would not have been this high. When paying top price I expect much more than this.

OKAY STAY
Pros:

THE LOCATION AND PROXIMITY WITHIN THE CITY CENTRE.
IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

Cons:

THERE WAS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION TOWARDS THE EXIT.
THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT PROPERLY STOCKED AND REPLENISHED WITH TOILETTRIES SUCH AS TOOTHBRUSH, TOOTHPASTE, ETC; ONLY TOWELS, TOILET PAPER AND HAIR DRYER WERE STOCKED.
THERE WAS NO BIDET(HANDHELD BIDET) IN THE BATHROOM.
POOR LIGHTENING IN THE BATHROOM.
THE BATHTUB WAS TOO SMALL, AND THERE WAS NO PROPER SHOWER(HANDHELD).
NO DAILY SUPPLY OF A LEAST A BOTTLE/JAR OF DRINKING WATER.
