Location
Price hike due to event in town. Had to run water for several minutes before it got warm. Towels hanging next to toilet. Gross. No vanity in bathroom to put even a toothbrush. Just stand alone sink.
The location and atmosphere of this hotel was top notch! I highly recommend whether for work or pleasure! The room was spotless. The public (sort of) restrooms were very clean. I appreciate that you must have a room key to ride the elevator up. All staff that I encountered were very polite. It was a great selection for this conference BTW - Their air conditioning system works!! Brrrr in some of the session rooms but I understand that this was requested because of the umber of people in attendance
While visiting Greenville this weekend, we were guests at the Hyatt and spent time at the ORB Bar, where we had the pleasure of meeting Tyler, who was bartending. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, engaging, and just genuinely fun to talk with.
Tyler made excellent drinks and was even happy to create custom ones if something you wanted wasn’t on the menu. He also shared fascinating history about Greenville and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations during our stay. His hospitality truly made the experience memorable.
If you’re staying at the Hyatt, be sure to stop by ORB and say hello to Tyler — he made our Greenville visit even better. ⭐
Location
Hyatt is located in the beautiful downtown area with so much to see and do within walking distance. I was there for business trip and most of my time was at the hotel. The hotel has everything you would need and plenty to enjoy right on site.
Great Hotel I would recommend especially if you were staying downtown and doing things in the area. Just Park and walk around
Clean and great views
Great location - excellent staff - all was terrific!
The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is walking distance to bon secours arena
Room was gross, old and dated. It was nothing like the images on website. What was called a suite was anything but that. Didn't even have a functioning bathroom door, no bathroom fan, no makeup mirror. Room was equivalent to enlisted barracks in a worn out military town. Totally unacceptable.
Mid. Ordered food and it was dog-food grade turkey on toasted bread - gross and overpriced. The bathroom was broken - the foot rest feel out of the shower wall when I tried to use it. Breakfast is the same every morning. Location is great but don’t expect anything special.
This was a non smoking Panoramic Suite with paint peeling in the bathroom, a tiny bathroom and burn holes in the furniture and carpet.
Hyatt Regency Hotels are very good hotels, and this one was no exception. But what went beyond was the staff. I arrived very late, 1am. And there were two issues during the Check-in: the king room I booked was not available and the prices were different.
They immediately checked with the management, they gave me an apartment suite instead my original room, and they immediately credited my credit card for the amount difference, without questioning if this was Hyatt's or Booking.com's issue.
Very responsive and looking for customer best satisfaction.
The staff at breakfast was also very king.
Another point: easy and cheap Parking available, just next to the Hotel.
Although the location was great, the rooms stand in need of renovation. The wallpaper in our room needs to be replaced. I was surprised they didn't offer complimentary coffee for their guests. I paid for a suite, but the rooms were small, no separation at all. Made it difficult to conduct business with close distractions.
Great location, very nice and well kept. All staff very kind

Stay here for a Conference I attended. Never let them book you in room 365, it is next to the gym and you can hear everything and everyone while they are working out.
