Good location and breakfast, but the issue with hot water was handled poorly
Pros:

The hotel is large and conveniently located. We were also allowed to check in a little earlier, which we appreciated. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was very cold when we arrived, and later in the evening, when I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water. A technician came to check it, but was unable to fix the problem.

The most frustrating part was how long it took to arrange a simple solution. We did not want to move to another room, unpack and pack everything again — we just wanted to use the shower in another available room. I had to spend almost an hour discussing this with reception before they finally allowed us to do so.

In the end, we were able to shower in another room, but such a simple issue should not have taken so much time and effort to resolve.

Really good and worth the money with excellent location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room was really good for the Money value but a bit old fashion and old furniture.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional, and I want to give particular emphasis to the fact that I was allowed to change my reservations dates time and time again because my plans kept changing.
Brilliant, I hope I'll stay again.

Cons:

The light switches were a bit confusing, but this is a very small thing.

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, les chambres sont confortables et la localisation à 10min à pied de la station de train Gambir est idéale.

Für eine Nacht zur Weiterreise vom Bahnhof Gambir würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist extrem vielseitig. Wer da nichts findet, ist selber schuld. Ich habe bedauert, wenig Zeit gehabt zu haben. Sonst hätte ich alles probiert. Es war köstlich. Nur der Cafe war nicht besonders.
Bett, Klimaanlage sehr gut. Bad ok. Wlan soweit ich mich erinnern kann mittelprächtig. Da ich im Anschluss noch 5 andere Unterkünfte auf Java hatte und vergleichen kann gebe ich doch eine "9", statt wie zuerst eine 8.

Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Personnel is very friendly and helpful as well. When we arrived they helped us with our luggage. The bell service helped us get to our room earlier than we had booked, at least 2,5 hours earlier. So we are very happy with that! The restaurant is also very beautiful and big with lots of options for different foods and beverages. And of course our room was big and beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel.

great time at jakarta
Pros:

Had a pleasurable moment at Aryaduta Menteng. We arrived at 12pm but the room was not ready (as the check-in was at 2 pm), at 1pm we received a call informing the room was ready... and the front desk (pak ruly) very helpfully, thank u so much pak rul,
and the last we had a really great time at Aryaduta Menteng and surely will come back soon...
