Best view in Seoul and best location to go south, north, east and west side of Seoul. Feels like home to me. Highly recommend if you travel to Seoul

The Signature massage was perfect from start to finish. The facilities at the sauna and at the spa are top notch. Bella and Lia were very professional, communicated every step and did a great job! Always such a relaxing at atmosphere.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt Seoul while attending my husband’s military ball. Everything about our stay felt special from beginning to end. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room had such a stunning view of the city, which made the experience feel even more memorable. The customer service all around was truly impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and made our stay feel even more elevated.

We were also very grateful for the discounted rate we received for our two-night stay. It made staying here for such a meaningful event possible, and we really appreciated that.

My only disappointment is that we did not get to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer because most of our time was centered around the ball. We would have loved the chance to return and experience more of the property at a slower pace. Unfortunately, the regular pricing is very high. Even with our discount, what we paid for two nights was still less than what one regular-priced night would have cost. That makes it hard to imagine coming back again, especially with friends or family, even though we would truly love to.

Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay, and we are truly thankful for the experience.

I had the most relaxing, luxurious experience at the spa with Luna. She is professional, polite, and wonderfully skillful. Cannot wait to revisit.

My elderly mom, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. This was my first time in 33 years visiting my birth country so it was a much anticipated and special trip for the three of us. Bomi, at the front desk went out of her way to ensure that we had lounge access and assigned us a very comfortable and clean room with a gorgeous view! My mom wasn’t feeling well for a couple days and Adonis, at the lounge checked in on us every time and offered helpful suggestions. The food and drinks were plentiful and delicious! Kudos to the kitchen team! The hotel looked immaculate and so classy with all the traditional detailing. We also used the provided shuttle and services of the bell desk and concierge on multiple occasions and they didn’t miss a step! The service at this hotel is exceptional with a customer oriented, can-do attitude! They truly care about your stay while in town. We cannot wait to return to the Grand Hyatt Seoul on our next visit!

Had a lovely time at the Grand Hyatt Seoul, the view from my room was incredible, the service was attentive, the food excellent. I booked a massage at the Spa, which included Sauna access. Shoutout to Itzel who did a really nice job worked out lots of knots.

Great location to see the city night views! The breakfast options are amazing with both Korean and the Western cuisines, the brunch/lunch was excellent, though with limited options.
I am mostly impressed by the responsiveness and excellent services that each and every staff provided. I really felt like a valued customer and everyone tried to make our stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Grand Hyatt Seoul!

Lovely hotel and lovely staff

I had the most pleasant stay during my solo trip to Seoul for my birthday! The staff at the Hyatt were super attentive and supportive. The food was excellent. The spa superb. The hotel is beautifully situated on a hill and the shuttle service provided to other popular locations made the distance from those areas and public transit a non issue! I can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The location is great with easy walking access to Namsan Park and beautiful views of Seoul tower. The hotel also offers a shuttle to Myeondong which was very convenient. The restaurants on-site were delicious, but quite crowded. At times, we could not get seated which is disappointing as hotel guests. In the evening, the Gallery restaurant had live music and a great ambiance. Room service was delivered timely and the laundry was also quite timely. The laundry service was slightly more expensive than other properties but each of the garments was in great condition upon delivery and it was a convenient amenity on our long trip. The staff was very attentive and helpful every step of the way. The room was well appointed and spacious with a great view. Overall the property was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again when we’re back in Seoul.

Sana from the spa was amazing! She was so friendly and thoughtful. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the massage. All the other staff members were also very friendly and helpful. The tomato salad was so beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!
