Grand Hyatt Seoul will no longer provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving foam free of charge. These items will be available for purchase as a set for 1,000 won.

The sauna will be closed every 1st week on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, it will be closed the following week’s Monday.

Exceptional Service and the Best Club Lounge We’ve Experienced at a Hyatt
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The hotel feels very clean and modern, and from the moment we arrived the service was top notch.

Our room was comfortable with beautiful views of Namsan Mountain, which made the stay feel especially peaceful. One thing that really stood out was the food. The room service was fantastic, and the club lounge was easily the best lounge food we’ve had across all of our Hyatt stays. The variety and quality were impressive, and the staff there were incredibly attentive.

The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. We had sent a compliment to the hotel manager about the housekeeping team, and not only did he send us a personal note in return, he also insisted on meeting us during our stay and even gave us a small gift of appreciation. That level of hospitality really left an impression.

The hotel is a little removed from the busiest tourist areas, but we actually loved that. It felt tranquil and relaxing, and you only had to walk down the hill to find plenty of great local restaurants and spots to explore. The area was also very foreigner friendly, which made everything easy.

Overall, a fantastic stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

Terrific hotel overall!
Pros:

I have always enjoyed staying at the Grand Hyatt in Seoul, as the service is outstanding. This time, after having not visited in a few years, I was pleased to find that the room and facilities seem to have been renovated recently and in very good condition. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants and bars in the hotel also. Overall an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend the hotel.

Reason to come back to Grand Hyatt Seoul
Pros:

I have been a loyal Hyatt member and been coming to Hyatt Grand Seoul for over 10 years. Today I experienced the best personalised service from Helia Kim and her colleagues including Betty, Chi Hoon and Lisa while having breakfast at Gallery. Thank you very much and things like this makes me wanting to come back over and over again. PS its snowing outside as bonus

No bide in the room of a 5 star hotel where even public toilets have it in Korea.
The elevators are so crowded and you have to wait for it for some time

An Unfortunate Stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul
Pros:

Booked a Deluxe King room, and it ended up being on the 8th floor overlooking the roof and air-con compressors. Possibly one of the worst views I've ever had in a hotel of this class. Ended up paying for an upgrade as we didn't want to ruin our vacation: total price per night was Park Hyatt / St. Regis room rate, but for exactly the same class of room on the 17th floor. The hotel's HVAC system is locked into heating in the wintertime, and even at lowest temp, the room was too hot. Engineering told us to turn OFF the system entirely, which meant there was NO AIR CIRCULATION in the room! We ended up enduring the heat for 5 nights. It was a truly awful experience and we will unfortunately never return. The atmosphere was one of a ski hotel, which was pleasant, and the housekeeping team kept the room clean. These are unfortunately not enough to make up for what was the poorest value stay of my lifetime.

Give me the Grand Hyatt Seoul over the Park Hyatt every time
Pros:

Stayed at both the Grand Hyatt and Park Hyatt Seoul this trip, and the Grand Hyatt came out on top. Our room at the Park Hyatt was absolutely gorgeous and breakfast delicious, but the Grand Hyatt can’t be beat for its wonderfully helpful and charming team, particularly in the Grand Club, the beautiful view from our upgraded suite, the clubby relaxing atmosphere and delicious food and cocktails in the Grand Club and the truly beautifully tranquil spa facilities. Also, shout out to the ice rink. Granted, the Grand Hyatt can get very crowded, especially during Lunar New Year holidays, but with access to the Grand Club, we were lucky to be spared from much of the crowds.

Unfair, for take advantage of the clientes!!!!

The staff is great!

Cons:

Be aware! I booked room for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children) but when I got in the room was only bed for 3 persons!!!!! So I went to complain and they said they don’t allowed more then 3 in a room and had to pay for another room!!! Unbelievable!!! They said that the problem is frim Booking.com!!!

Be aware!!!! Take care, this is not fair, but they do it.
