Very bad experience. For a 5-star hotel with such high prices, we expected a much higher standard.
Unfortunately, the room lacked both cleanliness and proper maintenance. We had to request a room change, only to find that the second room also had mold issues. The carpets were dusty, the pool was not clean, and the rooms themselves were extremely basic, with none of the quality or attention to detail you would expect from a 5-star property.
Overall, the condition of the hotel simply does not match its rating or its pricing. Very disappointing experience.

صالة الفطور كانت اشبه بالصالون وليس كمكان لتناول الطعام.
صالة الطعام تجهز بطولات طعام وليس بكنب وكراسي صوالين.

Superbe hôtel
The hotel is in a very good location, and overall the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the TV was large. I also appreciated having a Nespresso machine, good-quality tea, and a clean kettle in the room. Another plus was having the shower and toilet in separate areas, which was very convenient.
The staff were genuinely lovely, welcoming and hospitable throughout my stay, which made a very positive difference.
Overall, the hotel has many positives: a great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, good amenities and, above all, very kind and hospitable staff. With more attention to carpet cleanliness, food temperature at breakfast, and a little more assistance for families travelling with young children, the experience could be significantly improved.
Food wise, I recommend their cappucinos and their napolitan pasta, it was delicious!
The main issue with the room was the cleanliness of the carpet. I was travelling with my 1-year-old, and after she crawled around the room, her feet and T-shirt were completely black. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect the carpets to be cleaned much more thoroughly, particularly considering that families with young children stay here.
I was also disappointed with the way some of the breakfast items were displayed. Smoked salmon, cheeses and cold cuts were left out without refrigeration in a room that felt quite warm. Personally, I did not feel comfortable eating these items. Unfortunately, seeing how these temperature-sensitive foods were being kept also made me hesitant to order from room service during my stay. I really think this is something the hotel should review, as proper temperature control would make guests feel much more confident about the food.
One other small disappointment concerned outside food delivery. I ordered a pizza from outside the hotel and, as I was alone with my 1-year-old and 7-year-old, I had hoped the hotel could help by having it brought up to the room. Instead, I had to go downstairs with the children to collect it myself. I completely understand that the hotel may have a policy regarding outside deliveries, but a little flexibility or assistance in this situation would have been greatly appreciated.
L'amabilité, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel, dans tous les services. Mention spéciale pour Mehdi au bar. Ils font vraiment tout pour vous satisfaire.
La salle du petit déjeuner et un restaurant avec terrasse fermé (endroit en fait idéal pour le petit déjeuner). Le spa est un peu éloigné des chambres. Mini bar dans la chambre vide.
