Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung, Ruhe, edle, leicht zu bedienende Armaturen im Bad. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank der leeren Minibar hat etwas zu laut gebrummt und ließ sich nicht abstellen. Aber das Personal half mir.

Pros:

Great stay overall! The rooms were very comfortable, and the team truly made the experience special. A big thank you to Hajar and Akram in the club lounge for their service—they were attentive and welcoming throughout. The concierge was also the best I’ve ever experienced, always helpful and professional. Highly recommended

Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious (we had an extra bed for our child). There was good-quality coffee in the room, and the breakfast was very good. Everything was great, both in terms of location and the bar.

Pros:

The location

Cons:

The location , the team was kind, i had a few issues during my stay that I would like to highlight:

Some of the reception chairs had visible stains, which gave an unclean impression.
There was noticeable noise throughout the hotel, which made it difficult to relax.
The window insulation was poor, as wind could be heard clearly from outsid
