⭐ Una estancia inolvidable en Hyatt Casablanca
Mi estancia en este hotel Hyatt ha sido *realmente inolvidable*. Quiero agradecer especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de *Imane, la gerente del hotel*, quien estuvo pendiente en todo momento de cada detalle para garantizar nuestro confort y hacer que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable y cómoda posible.
Era la *primera vez que me alojaba en este hotel* y me he quedado tan satisfecha con la experiencia y con el excelente trato recibido que, sin duda, *se convertirá en mi hotel preferido cada vez que viaje a Casablanca*.
También quiero felicitar y agradecer a *todo el equipo del hotel* por su atención, amabilidad y excelente servicio. Han conseguido que me sintiera muy bien acogida.

The swimming pool ONLY
The corridors are extremely dark, gloomy, and outdated, making the hotel feel more like a one-star property. In fact, the entire hotel has a depressing atmosphere. Most of the facilities are poorly lit and look very old, giving you the impression that you’re not getting the value you paid for.
The room furniture and the bathrooms are old and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms have windows with hinges, but they cannot be opened, so you can’t even enjoy the fresh air of Casablanca.
To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay. The constant drilling and construction noise made it almost impossible to rest or sleep. It honestly felt like trying to sleep on a busy street. Guests should be informed in advance if major renovation work is taking place, especially when it significantly affects their comfort and overall experience.

Очень понравился бассейн, большой и глубокий, а еще больше понравилось что мы были в нем одни
Наш номер был очень уставшим, как будто ему лет 20, и очень неудобный и старый туалет в номере, прямо при входе, как в кладовке
Как будто от отеля такого уровня и такой цены ожидаешь качество выше
