Great stay overall! The rooms were very comfortable, and the team truly made the experience special. A big thank you to Hajar and Akram in the club lounge for their service—they were attentive and welcoming throughout. The concierge was also the best I’ve ever experienced, always helpful and professional. Highly recommended
The rooms were clean and spacious (we had an extra bed for our child). There was good-quality coffee in the room, and the breakfast was very good. Everything was great, both in terms of location and the bar.

The location , the team was kind, i had a few issues during my stay that I would like to highlight:
Some of the reception chairs had visible stains, which gave an unclean impression.
There was noticeable noise throughout the hotel, which made it difficult to relax.

- La piscine fermée durant un congrès qui avait lieu à l’hôtel durant 3 jours alors qu’aucune information n’a été fournie lors de la réservation.
- on avait réservé une chambre King mais le lit n’était pas d’une King size.

Excellent service!!!!!! Nisserine, Yassine, Mehdi, Meriden , and Mohamed are great!!!! The service and hospitality were amazing. Their genuine dedication to hospitality has made my stay here unforgettable. I recommend 100%. P.S the food and drink service are also great.
