Only popped in for Tea, but really lovely
Pros:

Not in a great area and that is why we popped in here to get decent tea/coffee and rest rooms and wifi, as the area around it is not great. We felt unsafe and made our way here before getting back on the cruise ship. Staff were very helpful and directed us to the lounge area where there are big comfortable sofas and chairs. We ordered mint tea and coffee and the service was excellent. Felt very comfortable and safe in here.

Nice Hyatt
Pros:

The hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant had good food and the tent atmosphere was interesting. There were many choices for breakfast. There is a nice mall nearby if you need to make any purchases.

Old and Smelly
Pros:

When checking in we saw the the toilet was not cleaned. The condition of the rooms are horrible, it needs renovation. The paint is peeling and smells old. They did not want fo give us another room.

As a father, traveling with my children, I truly value places where I feel both welcomed and understood. Our stay at Hyatt Casablanca exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

From the very first moment, the staff showed genuine attention — not only professional, but warm and human. There was a natural sense of care, especially towards my children, which immediately made us feel safe and at ease. That is something you cannot fake, and it makes all the difference for a parent.

The rooms were elegant, spacious, and perfectly comfortable for a family stay. Cleanliness, calm, and quality were clearly a priority. After busy days in the city, returning to the hotel felt like coming home — a place to rest, reconnect, and recharge together.

What stood out most to me was the attitude of the team: respectful, attentive, and always willing to think along. Small gestures, sincere smiles, and thoughtful service created a sense of trust. As a father, that trust is priceless.

Fantastic Service
Pros:

I experienced fantastic service all around. From front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and club lounge.
The room was a spacious suite, all worked great. Very clean.
The decor is more of a classic style, well kept.
Thanks for the welcome gift and also special treats at the lounge.
Breakfast buffet was great, local and international options, multiple made to order options, and great service.
Security is tight, and we walked around the area, medina, all the way to Mosque, etc, felt fine. Driving is actually pretty good, sidewalks are plenty.
Tram station in front.
We had a driver, but multiple ride share apps.
I highly enjoyed my stay, it was too quick, I did not have time to try spa, pool or gym.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

HYatt Regency Casablanca Exceeded my expectations. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My room was immaculate and plush, the bed very comfortable, the room so quiet and peaceful above the hustle and bustle of the city. I loved the breakfast in the domed area and the Moroccan restaurant decor and live music and dancing!

Meyreum made my visit !
Pros:

Meyreum was a great housekeeper. She was efficient and fast in cleaning my room. Plus she gave me extra water as I requested. And as a college student who is fulfilling her practicum in hotel management, she is learning all aspects from the ground up.

Meyreum also helped me with installing my eSIM online card as it was in Arabic which I don’t read.

She is a real asset to Hyatt Regency Casablanca

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great room, nice bed, sleeps well. Quiet and great views. The gym was good, and the sauna facilities were excellent.
The buffet breakfast was amazing in terms of the venue, the deco, the range of food and options.
The Medina is just next to the hotel, easy to wander.
