The hotel was clean,the service was commendable, the staff were courteous,helpful and polite and the breakfast was remarkably good.

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très serviable.
Petit bémol concernant la chambre, plutôt vieillotte qui nécessiterait une rénovation. Et puis ce qu’il y a de commun, à la plupart de toutes les chambres des hôtels, je ne comprends pas que l’on mette de la moquette, notamment dans les pays chauds, un carrelage serait bien plus approprié.

Travaux non déclarés lors de la réservation ni lors de l’envoi du msg sur booking, surprise à l’accueil ! Ce n’est pas du tout professionnel, j’ai dû trouver un autre hôtel à la dernière minute !

Very bad experience. For a 5-star hotel with such high prices, we expected a much higher standard.
Unfortunately, the room lacked both cleanliness and proper maintenance. We had to request a room change, only to find that the second room also had mold issues. The carpets were dusty, the pool was not clean, and the rooms themselves were extremely basic, with none of the quality or attention to detail you would expect from a 5-star property.
Overall, the condition of the hotel simply does not match its rating or its pricing. Very disappointing experience.
