Excellent service!!!!!! Nisserine, Yassine, Mehdi, Meriden , and Mohamed are great!!!! The service and hospitality were amazing. Their genuine dedication to hospitality has made my stay here unforgettable. I recommend 100%. P.S the food and drink service are also great.

Location
We went to the living room bar for our last night in Morraco and it was a great experience! We had super friendly service from Nisserine, she had the best smile! Our drinks came quickly from Yassine. And the manager Mehdi is doing a wonderful job creating a great atmosphere and wonderful food! Highly recommend as a place to get out of the bustle of town for a relaxing meal!

Room is too small
Ritzy hotel but the Living Room (bar) was great for all including tourists not staying at hotel. We are a group travelling from Australia. Yes the drinks are on the high side price wise but the wine was totally worth it. Nisserine our waitress made a great wine recommendation for us, she was really helpful, happy and informative. Yassine poured great draught beers for our husbands and a shout out to Mehdi for creating a lovely welcoming environment.
What a wonderful place to begin our exploration of Morocco! Lovely facility in a great location All the staff have been wonderful. Professional, helpful and very friendly. Special shout outs to Yasmine and Hamdi at the Concierge desk, Aya in the VIP Lounge and to Tashida for the best massage ever!

What an outstanding group of Associates from the moment your step out of your arrival vehicle, the gentleman immediately help with luggage and in my case navigating the steps. Always some one there to open the doors and walk you right over to the reception area folks are so upbeat and positive definitely a warm reception and every check-in goes so smoothly and then next thing you know you're in your room and here comes the luggage everything put exactly where you want it in the room and then later in the evening you might go down to the Regency Club outstanding team and get this complimentary Tanqueray gin along with the tonic of course I don't think I've seen Tanqueray on the list that many hotels if any. Of course wonderful hors d'oeuvres and next morning breakfast what a amazing breakfast you know the drill, personal omelets, cappuccino, Moroccan tea, staff could not do enough just amazing.
It was a great place to stay, and it's so central that you can get to almost anywhere. I want to thank the management team for making me feel welcome. There are three staff members I want to mention in particular: Mehdi Essamii was always making sure our room had all we needed for our child and us. Mehdi and Souanne from the club, who were at the moment in the cafe on the first floor, were great; they always take care of our family—a great place to stay safe and enjoy the views. My room's views were amazing.
Wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca. Pool is lovely and big, fitness center is well-equipped. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Staff supporting the breakfast buffet were all friendly spy and attentive! Kudos!
Special shout out to Hamdi. He saw us going out to get a taxi and he instead had us wait at the front and went looking for a taxi on our behalf. He waited in the front while we waited for a taxi. Then, he explained to the taxi driver where we wanted to go and even gave the driver directions. Hamdi also taught us a few Arabic phrases though my pronunciation was horrible. Thank you, Hamdi! Shukran!!
Even tho hotel looks like it was little dated, the customer service made us forget that. Overall very good experience, totally recommend it.
