Tolles Hotel, komme gerne wieder und würde mich freuen, wenn der Check In Prozess einmal verbessert wird.
Pros:

Zeitgemäß, sehr gepflegt. Gute Bar und Gastronomie.

Cons:

Das Personal am Check In ist zwar sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber wirklich extrem (extrem !) langsam. Ich hab das auch schon vor ca. 6 Monaten angemerkt. Leider keine Besserung.

Pros:

The room is quite spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a good rain shower and the toilet has a remote controlled high-tech washlet. The pools and gardens make you feel like you are in a sprawling resort and not in a city centre. The buffet at the Straits Kitchen serves a variety of delicious dishes. There is also a clean and good-sized prayer room (surau) which you can use on the ground floor.

We will always stay at this hotel, when we are in Singapore.
Pros:

Our room,, 461, was one of the best rooms we have stayed in.
The bathroom was fantastic, especially the Japanese Toto toilet, the 2 basins, the toilet behind a closed door and a very comfortable shower.

Pros:

Room on the street front buidling is largest among other city hotel in the same league. And the locatio is just steps walk to Orchard main shopping area.

Cons:

Don't book a room on the lowest tier, if you prefer newer and spacious room.
