Centrally-located hotel
Pros:

The rooms were superb, big, and comfortable. The amenities were well-thought out for travellers. Breakfast was great - the Laksa Singapore has got to be one of the best laksa in town! Friendly and welcoming staff.

I need to amend the booking because of something out my control.

To date the property / booking.com has not responded to a single message weeks later. Check and see for yourself!

Incredible hospitality and memorable staff.
Pros:

The staff were incredible, the service and the unexpected upgrade to a gorgeous suite made for a memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

Super séjour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, le personnel est très gentil, les bars et Restaurants sont à la hauteur de l’Hôtel. Les espaces verts et les piscines sont magnifiques

Cons:

Les WC Hommes au niveau de la réception/Lobby , sont toujours "dégeulasses" excusez-moi l'expression. j'y suis allé chaque jours et a différentes heures, je ne les ai jamais trouvés propres... Donc, soit tout le monde à la tourista dans cet Hôtel, ce qui parait peu probable, soit la direction doit absolument augmenter les rotations de nettoyage des WC Hommes... A part ce désagrément, tout le reste était au top !

Disappointing and very stressful.
Pros:

Room is spacious well designed and has a beautiful shower.

Cons:

The space for luggage is too small for bigger luggage (>20kg). The worst part in my opinion is however that rooms are attentive which I would not have expected for such a standard and related price per night.

I also asked after my first night of bad sleep through booking to cancel my second night as I needed to have focus for work, however the hotel did not answer for hours, which was not understandable to me.

Breakfast is nicely made - for me even a bit too exclusive (I missed "average" food - and was way too crowded and therefore quite stressful and not very intimate at the table. I did not book therefore a second breakfast.

An enjoyable short stay.
Pros:

Really loved the little reading space in the room. Room design and lighting was excellent as well. Bed and pillows was comfy. Overall a good experience for me and my wife.

Cons:

The iron was a little dirty when i used it to iron my clothes. The hanger was quite dusty as well. The TV remote controller requires a bit of pressing to be used as it was not registering.

J’y retournerai mais sans l’option accès club qui est absolument inutile et absolète dans l’état actuel.
Pros:

Qualité de la literie et de la chambre, équipement, blackout, espace, tout parfait. Gym parfaite aussi.

Cons:

Le Club n’a aucun intérêt en dehors de 5.30pm - 7:30pm. Mais là il faut aussi pouvoir trouver une table où s’assoir et accepter de payer autant pour être au milieu de la foule…
