Excellent location but the newly renovated rooms are flawed.

An enjoyable short stay.
Pros:

Really loved the little reading space in the room. Room design and lighting was excellent as well. Bed and pillows was comfy. Overall a good experience for me and my wife.

Cons:

The iron was a little dirty when i used it to iron my clothes. The hanger was quite dusty as well. The TV remote controller requires a bit of pressing to be used as it was not registering.

J’y retournerai mais sans l’option accès club qui est absolument inutile et absolète dans l’état actuel.
Pros:

Qualité de la literie et de la chambre, équipement, blackout, espace, tout parfait. Gym parfaite aussi.

Cons:

Le Club n’a aucun intérêt en dehors de 5.30pm - 7:30pm. Mais là il faut aussi pouvoir trouver une table où s’assoir et accepter de payer autant pour être au milieu de la foule…

one of best hotels in the world
Pros:

It's really one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Room service is superlative, beds are among the most comfortable I've ever experienced, bathrooms to envy - GHS is the best - don't even get me started on the minibar

Cons:

maybe more chocolate in the minibar, or larger bottles of wine, oh: more hot sauce with the room service breakfast! - at which point we're dreaming about difficult-to-realize ideals - just a great place with great facilities and great staff

Once in a lifetime, wonderful stay. Highly recommend!
Pros:

We had an INCREDIBLE stay. We were unexpectedly upgraded on the last night of our holiday to a phenomenal room. Kitchen, bench seating and a six seater marble dining table, huge lounge room, two bathrooms, large walk-in robe and city views. It was such a special thing to have happen. Thank you Agnes and Grand Hyatt! We will always choose the Grand Hyatt when in Singapore.

Ordinary experience in an expensive hotel
Pros:

Nice location , clean and comfortable room

Cons:

Staff were unaware of the new year event. Poor response to my requests. Ticket for new year event were charged twice and returned later after three weeks. Location for New year event was very congested; it was poorly organized. Food was ordinary especially for vegetarian.
