I would not stay here again.

This property looks old and needs a refresh the elevator looked very bad the lobby was not impressive at all hallways were dimly lit.

I reserved a large King and the room itself was large but the bathroom was very small and the toilet seat was stained and gross. The bed was hard and not comfortable

Cold stay
Cons:

Our room was cold 68 degrees. The thermostat was able to be adjusted. When my wife inquired about this, she was told the heat had been turned on yet. We were pleased that an engineer brought us a space heater. This was somewhat effective. Cold stay

Aside from 1 employee & the steak it was ok.

Being close to friends & former classmates; walking distance to friends in the Embassy

Cons:

Having to clean the shower before using. The wall was stained in the room; no liners in trash cans. The attitude of the coworker of the young lady that checked me out; she was rude! We were pleased with the clerk that checked us in & out but the other female needs training in professionalism & minding her business. She is not a manager & should act her wage!

All pros and no cons, highly recommend!
Pros:

The firm king bed gave us a wonderful night sleep. We loved the room service menu and that plastic and styrofoam were not used. The deep porcelain bath tub and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap made us feel right at home. Great coffee in the lobby and a very fair price including parking. We’ll be back!

Pros:

Clean, comfy, nice staff. I feel prices are raised on concert nite of big names. So close to coliseum, we just walked across street, also Xtra 15.00 once there for parking
