Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast offered a nice variety, and the amenities made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Customer satisfaction not a priority for this hotel at all
Cons:

Overpowering chemical cleaner smell in lobby and rooms. Immediately asked for refund. Told no, and staff hung up on us. Would have been fine with a cancellation penalty but they would not discuss at all. No offer of different room or credit for future stay. Paid for room we didn’t even use.

It was very good.
The worker that was on duty the June 3 2025.
Was extremely friendly and kind
Kept everything clean also up to part with all the food.

Cons:

would prefer brew coffee in a pot.
Also having the creamer beside the coffee.
Would make a big difference.
