La chambre est récemment rénovée et propre. Le stationnement est sécurisé la nuit.

Cons:

Le personnel est froid, et il semble y avoir un problème avec le nettoyage des draps. Ils étaient propres, mais plusieurs cheveux y étaient collés quand nous avons ouvert les draps.

L'hôtel est un immeuble transformé en hôtel. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et équipées, c'est moderne, on constate qu'il y a eu beaucoup de travail mais ce n'est pas bien pensé pour les personnes

Cons:

Je suis une personne à mobilité réduite. Je stationne mon véhicule dans l'espace prévu à cet effet. Il est derrière l'immeuble juste à coté d'une porte pour accéder à l'hôtel. UNE FOIS ENTRÉE, IMPOSSIBLE DE REJOINDRE L'ACCUEIL POUR LE ''CHECK-IN-'' parce que le comptoir est situé en haut d'une court escalier de quelques marches. Il y a un ascenseur mais il ne dessert pas l'étage pas lequel je suis entrée. Pour joindre l'accueil, il faudrait sortir de l'hôtel et faire le tour de l'immeuble pour entre par la porte principale. Je ne peux pas stationner en avant de l'hôtel parce que le stationnement est situé de l'autre côté de la rue. Si je stationne sur la rue, il faudra payer les parcomètres. DE PLUS, je ne peux pas aller déjeuner à la salle à manger, elle est au même niveau que l'accueil. Bref, absolument pas prévu pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, jeune ou moins jeune, si vous marchez avec un déambulateur, une marchette, ou éprouvez des difficultés pour emprunter un escalier, vous êtes contraints à votre chambre à la condition que quelqu'un puisse vous enregistrer et, au matin, vous apporter le petit déjeuner à votre chambre.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully renovated, modern, and exceptionally clean, making it very comfortable throughout my visit. The bed was cozy, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items, and the dining area was clean and well maintained.

The hotel’s location is in the heart of downtown, which makes it convenient for accessing local restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. While the surrounding area may not appeal to everyone, the hotel itself was well maintained and I felt the staff worked hard to provide a pleasant experience.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and good-value place to stay in downtown Thunder Bay.

Comfortable & convenient stop on a road trip
Pros:

The hotel was newly renovated. The breakfast was good & we appreciated that the parking lot was locked at night. The staff were terrific especially the lady at the front desk.

Stay was decent. Not sure if I would stay again.
Pros:

It was cleaner then a lot of other places I’ve stayed in Thunder Bay.

Cons:

Both times I stayed here I was put in room 201 with a broken air conditioner. The first time I asked for a different room which was no problem. The second time I was so tired I didn’t even bother, luckily it wasn’t hot out.
Just surprised they still haven’t fixed it.

L’hôtel est désuet les porte pour le pièce du déjeunes vitres sont très sales . Les porte de corridor semble avoir 5 couches de peinture et sont malpropre .
