Pros:

It was nothing special.

Cons:

I was very disappointed about the fact that you were charging for parking at that location. I find it preposterous and money grabbing the charge for parking in South Portland in an office park. I felt like the hotel has gone down substantially. I actually worked there in college years ago. This hotel used to be a good destination and a fairly upscale stay. Now it just feels like every other crappy hotel searching for a buck.

Great place for a long stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the location convenient. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant should have more affordable options for everyday breakfast. It seems to cater to corporate customers with it VIP buffet.

i wished the front desk had better communication or find solution to add breakfast even if were cost
Pros:

I included breakfast in my reservation in my check in front desk told me no breakfast was including but didn't help me to find solution or alternative not happy start !

Overall, super place to stay. Would definitely stay again just wouldn't share my tiny bed.
Pros:

Great location, love the 24 hour shuttle and the hotel restaurant is excellent! Beautiful lobby, pool and gym.
I would have scored it a 10 if it wasn't for the small beds!

Cons:

They have NO queen size beds! If you book a room with 2 beds, you're getting double beds! And if you have to share a bed, it was super small for 2 people! You can only get a king size room (with only one bed) or a room with 2 doubles. Definitely need to upgrade that!
