Overall, super place to stay. Would definitely stay again just wouldn't share my tiny bed.
Pros:

Great location, love the 24 hour shuttle and the hotel restaurant is excellent! Beautiful lobby, pool and gym.
I would have scored it a 10 if it wasn't for the small beds!

Cons:

They have NO queen size beds! If you book a room with 2 beds, you're getting double beds! And if you have to share a bed, it was super small for 2 people! You can only get a king size room (with only one bed) or a room with 2 doubles. Definitely need to upgrade that!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Pros:

The employees in the restaurant were Extremely Helpful; and Very Friendly.

Cons:

At the reception desk staff were helpful with my questions..
I did ask at the reception desk about where the nearest UPS store was, she didn't know.
I would have expected her to say, "let me research that".
There were no other people needing assistance and she had a colleague available at the other desk.

Cons:

The restaurant is terrible. The food was poor quality, poorly cooked. Serving staff is not well trained. The restaurant used to be quite good when it was owned by Marriott. Since Sheraton took it over and redid the restaurant, the food and service has been terrible. I won’t eat there again

Used condom in our trash can upon entering our room. Bathroom and shower were not cleaned sufficiently.

when we arrived, their was an event going on and it limited or had no parking for us arriving as a guest - the bathroom floor was dirty = the lady at the front desk was not welcoming - will never stay or recommend this place
