We would like to advise you that Malioboro Road will be closed every evening from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Malioboro Road will be preoccupied as pedestrian during the closure. The alternative road that you can take is on Mataram Street. Later, if you have arrived at the road stop point, you can directly contact us and your luggage will be assisted by our officers by calling the number 081-567920999. Please notify us at least 15 – 20 minutes prior to your arrival so our staff will standby.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Very good location, clean and quiet
Nothing really amazing about the property
Room was great and spacious for 3 friends. Clean. Shower and bathroom were quite spacious. Robes were great. Provided slippers for the room. Filtered water was available in the room. Included breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great location in Malioboro!! Would stay here again!
Our only concern was that the shower wasn't draining for us and it caused overflow into the bathroom/toilet area making that area very wet.
Complimentary umbrellas for use from the hotel would have been helpful for the very wet Jogja afternoons during our stay.

Wifi werkt moeizaam
Aveta malioboro is one of most strategic hotel in Malioboro, heart of Yogyakarta. No need to worry whenever you want to strolling and walk around Malioboro, either for food hunting or shopping. Located next to Plaza Malioboro, it is very easy to find what you need. If your kids don't like traditional food, then you can go to plaza to find food court or just walk through to malioboro to find any other fasy food.
Parking area is limited, but you will guide to vallet your car. Facilities complete enough for 4 star hotel and room spacious enough. They also provide hair dryer.
Breakfast has a good variety, and located in the same floor with swimming pool.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

You can not open the window as they are locked
Rooms look at a narrow road, but the noice cancelation of the windows is quite impressive
Intense artificial air freshener everywhere, overwhelming and quite unpleasant
Nice for a quick stay. Offers water machines on every floor which we loved. Bed was large and comfortable although there may have been a little mold in the room and bathroom. Otherwise clean and comfortable. The daily housekeeping was impressive - they restocked the mini fridge every day with drinks and snacks (free) and took our garbage and towels.
Downside is the internet barely worked. Extremely slow connection, difficult to do almost anything.
