Overall good stay
Pros:

The staff are friendly, and the location is right next to Plaza Malioboro

Cons:

The toilet was not very clean, and the door was difficult to lock with a small gap that people could see through. Mini fridge not cold.

Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth

Cons:

The mini fridge was not cold, and the toilet was not very clean. I also didn’t like the toilet door, it was difficult to lock and had a small gap that allowed people outside to see through. Breakfast was okay but could be better

Ένα ξενοδοχείο μέσα στο κέντρο.
Ωραίο πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές.

Cons:

Πολύς θόρυβος από τον δρόμο και ενας συνεχόμενος ήχος μπιπ μπιπ από τα φανάρια. Ζήτησα και μου άλλαξαν δωμάτιο.
Όχι πολύ καθαρό μπάνιο

My family enjoys the stay
Pros:

Good location,rooms nice and clean,staff very helpful ,breakfast was good.

Cons:

Just keep eye on the vegetables dish,We can taste that bit off maybe it’s not hot enough for the element.Otherwise the rest breakfast was satisfying.I hope that help

No frills, no lobby, great staff, great location
Pros:

Centrally located on Jogja’s main drag (Malioboro), this lobbyless hotel offers comfortable rooms at a decent price. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast room on the building’s top floor offers beautiful city views, as well as a bar and a swimming pool, which we did not use.

Cons:

A soul-less eatery on the ground floor serves as the hotel’s lobby. The room’s furnishings are far from extravagant, the view from the window featured a brick wall one meter away, somewhat claustrophobic…

Cons:

It was super noisy. The hotel faces the street where a traffic light is located. It is super noisy as it makes sound every time someone presses it. So if you are sensitive to noise it is not the best option.

Pleasant stay but disturbed by laundry/dishwasher noise beside our room
Pros:

-Excellent location. In the heart of Malioboro & next to Malioboro mall.
-Friendly & helpful staff.
-Good breakfast option.
-Comfortable beds & good room services & food.

Cons:

- Our quad room is located next to a machinery either a laundry/dishwasher or water pipe which you can hear the rumbling/humming/bubbling noise whole night. It’s a bit annoying & make the stay less comfortable.
- Small lobby & drop off spot.
- Need 200k IDR deposit (cash, since they refuse d to use our overseas visa debit card)

Electricity in the room only works when the electronic key card is inserted.
• When the power is off, the room quickly becomes hot and extremely humid, creating conditions that promote mold and mildew growth.
• The high humidity caused the linens and bed sheets to feel damp and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay.
• The bathroom was poorly maintained, with visible mold in the shower area.
• Overall cleanliness was lacking; the floor did not appear to be regularly or properly mopped.
