We had a very nice experience.
Pros:

Everything was very good, clean and nice.

Cons:

We had breakfast included but it wasn't clear whether to order off the menu or go to the buffet.

Pros:

Staff was super friendly and courteous especially in the dinning area. Hotel room was very clean and quiet. I do think that the coffee served in the dining area should be a courtesy and not $2.50 plus tax

Outstanding stay in spite of the rude staff

The property was amazing ! The location, comfort and cleanliness was above expectations.

With our situation My flight was cancelled and I chose your hotel because of the outstanding stay I have had there before. It was a struggle To check in and after every question and every answer the person at the counter had nothing but a smart remark or a rude comment. It was very frustrating.

I loved the staff member that checked me in. She went above and beyond to accommodate me for our one night. I only wish that we were also allowed to enjoy the free breakfast. It was only free for some. I was not included.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and there was ample space for me to sit. I attended a conference and I felt it was handled well.

I really thought it was a rip off to have to pay for the internet. Also had lunch on site and the food really wasn't very good.

Always a Enjoyable Stay!!
Pros:

Return stay at this very convenient and comfortable hotel. Great location for business or pleasure. Inside connection to Metro station for easy travel throughout DC and VA area. Free airport shuttle. Marriott Lounge offered great breaksfast, evening food and all day beverages. Staff was personable and great at their jobs. Special recognition to Asst. Front Desk Manager, Blandell, who insured our room needs were met.

Great hotel close to Metro and downtown Arlington
Pros:

I liked the fact that the hotel is around the corner from the Crystal City Metro station. The station is also accessible via the Crystal City Mall underpass.

The hotel is top-notch, with top-notch front desk, cleaning, bell service, and restaurant/bar staff. It is a short walk from a CVS, a 7-11, a park, and a movie theater.

The restaurant/bar staff were awesome. Kudos to those who waited on us Friday and Saturday night, as well as the waitress and the bartender on Sunday afternoon.

Cons:

It rained on Sunday morning! However, the hotel does not control the weather!

It was kind of hard to find the microwave. My partner and i had to hunt to find it.
