There was nothing that I liked about staying there food was over priced and not free as stated on booking.com the beds was very uncomfortable for the price I paid
The food prices the beds could have been more comfortable
Great location, great breakfast, room was nice.
When you sell a room with four beds (2 adults, 2 children) and allow people to “upgrade” to that room it comes as a shock when the room only has three beds (one of which remained unmade after two requests). Last minute assistance from the housekeeping wheeled in a portable bed for my 15 yo old son. It was a bad situation made worse by insufferably indifferent treatment by the reception staff.
Overall a nice hotel convenient with Starbucks downstairs
The shower smelled like a pond. Assuming the grout wasn't applied correctly which is causing bacteria to build. When we initially showed up the people at the front desk did not greet us and we had to say something to get taken care of.
Buena ubicación.
Recomiendo tener en area del lobby folletos o información sobre lugares turísticos en Denver City
La habitación no tenia horno microondas y no posee estacionamiento
We went for Christmas dinner, and we were dazzled. The service was great and we were lucky to get a reservation with almost no notice. Lucky because we all (six of us) thought that the chef was remarkable. For a reasonable price we got a truly memorable meal. … We’ll be back!!!
We had the most amazing Christmas dinner at Prospect's! Everything was cooked perfectly and our server, Dolores, was the sweetest and most accommodating. She handled every request with such patience and kindness. Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience, no regrets ☺️
It was a beautiful building, perfect location, and the staff was awesome.
The price is fair, the room is clean, and the breakfast at downstairs restaurant was cooked perfectly. Great staff service as well. Very easy decision to stay again, if needed, in the future.
Absolute best Service Staff but the absolute most friendliest bartenders and will be the reason we rerun to stay at Hilton City Center in Denver. Bartenders would sit and chat with us. Tell us of all the great places to visit and eat.
Low end 3 Star experience at best. Rooms are lacking cleanliness. Multiple things broken. Had to switch rooms because one gave me an allergic reaction of some sort. Probably pet dander or extremely dusty ceiling tiles. Nothing was up to 4 Star standards--towels were limited and so rough that they scratched your skin. Cheap thin toliet paper. HVAC didn't work correctly--hot in the room, freezing in the hallways. Showers in both rooms had broken hardware. Thin walls - had walk downstairs to report loud music at 12:30am after it had been going on for 12+hours because the phone didn't work and no one would pick up when I called from cell multiple times. Room shook like they were moving furniture next door or upstairs at one point. Charge for water and coffee. $10 coffees were served cold on our first morning. TV audio didn't match video so even watching TV was unenjoyable. Witnessed front desk great my partner strangely when we walked in separately. Overheard another guest complaining their refrigerator was leaking all over their room. Other small otherwise forgieable things like crooked mounted lamps. This was not the 4 Start couples holiday getaway experience we were hoping for. They will nickle and dime where they can on water, sundries (that ring up more than they are labeled), and early check in, parking fees, etc. Had it been a 4 star experience, I would have been happy to pay the premium, but it just is not worth it. They offered complimentary points for all the issues we experienced, but I would have preferred the experience we should have gotten over the Hilton points. Or at least a partial refund. I am leaving a review to warn others not to pay for this hotel expecting a 4 star Hilton experience.
