Location. Friendly staffs. Very clean.
Breakfast is not a buffet.
It was in a good location and a good looking area.
No swimming pool, the coffee cream was expired, breakfast wasn’t provided, it was expensive and it didn’t even give us a discount, the parking was very expensive because it cost $67 for one night and $134 for two nights so the expenses were over my budget.
A friend and I stayed for one night over the weekend. Our first room had both end table lamps broken and asked for another room when we found that the carpet was soaked from the refrigerator. The second room only had one broken lamp, broken bathroom door, and the shower was either freezing or scolding. When opening the cabinet door to access the mini fridge the door was barely holding on with just one hinge, the bottom being completely broken off. The mattress was so thin and lumpy i had bed springs poking me in my ribs all night. There were 2 of each type of towels and no floor mat, having to use one of the hand towels for the floor. Was not what I was expecting for a $300+ room.
The on-site restaurant was a joke. Its out in the open positioned between stairs, an escalator, and bathroom/ janitorial area. We ordered 2 cocktails, neither of which we could drink. Both tasting like pure gasoline and costing $19 each.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Central to the downtown area. Easy to gain access anywhere you want to go. Very nice front desk reception people. Valet bell desk were exceptional. Morgan was quite helpful with information. Comfortable rooms with very suitable beds and bedding. I would highly recommend!
For three nights a group of us hung out at the bar/cafe - having dinner and drinks. We can be a pretty demanding group: questions, substitutions, separate checks, and the like. We fell in love with the corn ribs! Jessica, our server, was helpful and embraced our group. Megan, manager, checked in on us and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was good, but Jessica and Megan were the best!
The Hilton did a great job for us. Staff was accommodating, helpful and very friendly. Special accolades go to Jessica and Megan in the restaurant!
We had a great time! The staff was amazing! Jessica, in the restaurant, was especially attentive to us as well as the other patrons!! She was friendly and always had a smile - no matter what was asked of her.
