Location.
It did not have a pool or free wifi.
Clean.
No pool or free wifi.
The room was clean and cozy. Common areas were also clean.
Actually the hotel meet my expectations. It's the second time I visited the hotel.
Location and cleanliness
The hotel was very nice
The bed was a rock and the pillows were flat
Great location, super nice room.
Everything
My overall experience was great. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and felt well maintained. The vale was a little expensive at $63 per night but there is a parking garage pretty much across the street that was much cheaper. The restaurant was average but very convenient for a quick take out meal.
The room was a King Studio. I found it clean, though still with carpet in some areas of it and the carpet was clean enough.
The bed and lines were clean and crisp, mattress a bit firm. Multiple pillows to choose from depending on preference.
The bathroom and room were spacious enough.
Short walk to the convention center.
The lounge areas was nice and wait staff friendly, though once they close you have to leave the area, so tables can't be used after if needed.
Front desk staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
If you do have to have a package shipped to the hotel, that can be taxing - in multiple ways. The shipping office is only open M-F 9-5; but at any given time you go there, theres a sign on the door saying closed be back soon. It closes early and opens late.
The front desk staff assured me if I wasn't able to catch it open they COULD get my package for me.
The only complaints I had were that the first night the water in the shower didn't get hot enough; but every other night it did. Secondly, the walls and windows are not the most soundproof at all and if there's a siren in the area, you're guaranteed to hear it.
All things considered, I would stay here again.
Our server, Delores, went over and above to find a simply lovely dinner option (boulder bowl - for the celiacs in the group)!
Nice place to grab a nosh!
There was nothing that I liked about staying there food was over priced and not free as stated on booking.com the beds was very uncomfortable for the price I paid
The food prices the beds could have been more comfortable
Great location, great breakfast, room was nice.
When you sell a room with four beds (2 adults, 2 children) and allow people to “upgrade” to that room it comes as a shock when the room only has three beds (one of which remained unmade after two requests). Last minute assistance from the housekeeping wheeled in a portable bed for my 15 yo old son. It was a bad situation made worse by insufferably indifferent treatment by the reception staff.
