Everything was great until checkout where my card was charged $165 USD more than the amount that I agreed to pay through booking.com. I called the hotel and they were not helpful at all and told me it wasn’t their problem. Booking.com tried to contact the hotel multiple times and didn’t get any response, but they did refund me the difference which I appreciate.

Even though we only stayed for one night, everything was absolutely perfect! The room was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. The lobby was also spotless and welcoming. Overall, a flawless 10/10 experience—we would definitely stay here again!
I would say the sink in the bathroom where the water came out was dirty and needed more attention from cleaning staff but other than that super quite and well maintained facility
I thought the location was excellent as 16 Street was very close.
I only had a couple of minor complaints that are not worth mentioning.
Location
no amenities... no coffee or continental breakfast, no concierge to help with the area, no pool.
Also housekeeping was poor - beds were made nicely but the inroom coffee and makeup removers were not refilled and the room was not vacuumed.
Excellent service from the curb, to front desk, to the room. Wonderful family weekend!
