Pros:

Great location with Mountain View’s.

Cons:

Upon checking in, I waited for 10 minutes while the desk clerk was on the phone. The conversation wasn’t work related but then she told me sorry I was talking to my boss. The elevator didn’t work and we weren’t told that at check-in. The room was very lackluster and needed more decoration. The bed was not comfortable at all, very hard.

Friendly, clean, very comfortable beds, spacious, close to the river.
Pros:

Good breakfast, very friendly staff and one night, when neighbors were arguing loudly at 11 pm, I called the front desk and they immediately came and told them to be quiet.....much appreciated!!

The location was great.

Cons:

I did not like how management tried to accuse me of something that was not true. I felt it was racially motivated on how I was approached. The facility was old and not well kept. Standing water in the tub took too long to go down the drain when taking showers. The TV kept going out for no reason. The rooms smelled old. I'm looking for a partial refund on this matter.
