Comfortable and welcoming hotel
Pros:

We arrived at our hotel on Saturday night after arriving in Denver International Airport in the afternoon and a long drive to Salida. We were very tired. The front desk representative was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended “50 Burger Shakes & Beer” when we let him know that we didn’t drive far and want to eat somewhere close to hotel and quick. The hotel and our room were nice, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the hot breakfast.

Not a lot of choices of hotels in town. This one is ok but way over priced. Don’t pay for the breakfast included.
Pros:

Great Location. Clean Room. Bed was ok. Staff was friendly.

Great location
Pros:

Great location with Mountain View’s.

Cons:

Upon checking in, I waited for 10 minutes while the desk clerk was on the phone. The conversation wasn’t work related but then she told me sorry I was talking to my boss. The elevator didn’t work and we weren’t told that at check-in. The room was very lackluster and needed more decoration. The bed was not comfortable at all, very hard.

Friendly, clean, very comfortable beds, spacious, close to the river.
Pros:

Good breakfast, very friendly staff and one night, when neighbors were arguing loudly at 11 pm, I called the front desk and they immediately came and told them to be quiet.....much appreciated!!
