Our staff was delightful.
Pros:

The location was good. Breakfast was really good. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool was inviting and fun.

Cons:

The only concern I had was during breakfast. I paid extra to have the breakfast included in our staff and we had breakfast passes with us, but we were still asked to pay for breakfast. I wasn't sure why we were asked when we had our breakfast passes in hand.

Room was clean - beddings, bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No microwave. Bathroom should have towel hooks and a bath cap should be part of the bathroom amenities.

How clean and convenient it was. The staff was amazing...especially Tim. He was very helpful and caring. He was an absolute pleasure to meet.

The worst hotel experience
Cons:

The noise at this hotel is terrible. There were screaming kids running the halls all night and staff did nothing about it. There was also a party happening in the event area that we could hear the loud music from. Someone also pulled a fire alarm at midnight on a floor above us. It was total chaos that led to zero sleep.
