Awful
Cons:

We accessed the lockbox for one of the rooms to find no key in there. When we called to let them know they claimed we had been in the room, broken the bed, and stolen the key. We left the property and then they locked us out of the second room, meaning we had no where to stay for the night

Dirty, disgusting cheap, un repaired shit hole.
Pros:

Tv did not work, fridge never turned off, was warm all the time, needs regsssing, constant drone from heating pump, room dirty, disgusting that clean left my door open with all my goods in, shower not even warm, toilet unclean, never again

I was very annoyed that the WiFi wasn't working as I had work to do! I did phone the 24 hour number but it was shrugged off

Got up early and left.
Pros:

Not a lot.

Cons:

Shared bathroom. Could not open windows so had no air and it was super hot. Crockery was dirty. Grass around building was knee high.

Nothing was working there not even shower, it was humid inside the room more like boiler room on top of that there windows was jammed when we tried call the customer service they were like its for health and safety issues but we were on the ground floor and we have seen some windows open on 1st floor though which I think never bothered them thats makes it more funny and also the temperature outside was more than 30. So I wouldn’t recommend or think of going back there so all we had is tortures stay
