There are no reception staff. Please provide a mobile phone number when booking, as an entry code will be sent by text on the day of arrival. If you do not have a mobile phone, please contact Central Studios after booking.

The location was good
It was very run down. We didn’t stay as it was awful and had no air as you couldn’t open the tiny window. It was like a hostel for the homeless
Close to train station
Room was hot as windows don’t open and noisy from road traffic. Wifi didn’t work and host didn’t help. People smoking in other rooms

Where do i start, Not worth the £70 what so ever!! People up at 2/3am & 8am banging really loud giving us no sleep, Walls have marks all over them indicating its not even clean & To top it all off the bed squeaks and makes a horrible noise on every slight little movement!
Absolutely livid with this, Looks very nice online until you get here!! - Photos i will show underneath which arent shown online to maks them-selves look better!
Also very complicated to get into the building, Nothing simple as they put no information on there about entering the building. You have to call to get answers. Overall was a horrible night and i will not be staying again!

Very basic - but what was needed!
Good location for station
A bit dated
room was large and has a fridge. sink toaster, microwave and cutlery in it. staff were very responsive if we has an issue. and the no smoking policy was enforced. parking was free and in sight of the room

Good sized, well-equipped room; comfortable bed; good wifi; all very clean. Initial difficulty with non-functioning lock-box to retrieve key, but help number was answered immediately and very helpful person quickly found a solution. Plenty of off-road parking.
TV reception poor (not a serious problem - wifi good enough to allow streaming through computer anyway)

Cleanliness, toilet, bed is uncomfortable, got severe back pain.
