Pros:

Great localisation - next to metro station which allowed for fast transport to city center. Also connection to airport and main train station is good.
There are many restaurants in the area, so you don't have to look far to found something to eat in the evening.

Overall I am satisfied with my stay, if you are traveling with a family and need a place close to city center and public
Pros:

Location and lobby area, regarding the room it was very good for a family and there were enough towels for everyone. Also you can ask the receptionist to keep your luggage if you have to check out and leave at later time of the day instead of roaming the city with your luggage.

Cons:

For a family room there were not much power sockets in the wall

Posizione comoda, a 20 min a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Siviglia, di fronte all’hotel c’è anche la fermata metro.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Camera spaziosa e pulita, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato dei dolcetti e dell’acqua.
Bella terrazza solarium con piscina.
Palestra super accessoriata, accesso 18€ al giorno.
Possibilità di parcheggio in struttura.
Colazione continentale, abbondante e varia, molto buona.
Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Pros:

Magnifique chambre, j'avais booké une chambre triple et l'hotel m'a upgradé en suite triple avec terrasse sans supplément. Merci encore !
Le petit dejeuner est très bien. Le personnel très gentil. Belle décoration et endroit vraiment agréable.

Great hotel overall. Would benefit from a free access to the gym.
Pros:

The breakfast is great, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant made everything for us to have a great experience the entire time, including providing all we needed for our little daughter and being very kind to her. Ms. Pili and her colleagues deserve special recognition.

Cons:

There were a few minor mistakes in our room service orders, which were corrected after we complained (but made us wait quite a bit). But the point that could really be improved is the access to the gym for guests. For a high-level hotel like this, which has a quite costly booking fee, it is very disappointing that they charge extra (EUR18) for each guest to be able to access the gym even for just a quick workout. It was also not clear in the Hotel Policies when we booked.

Pros:

Hotel avec une décoration moderne et typiquement andalou qui dépayse immédiatement.
La station de métro Nervion juste en bas de l'hotel permet de rejoindre le centre en 2 ou 3 stations pour environ 0,50€ le trajet (payer en CB directement sur les portiques sinon c est beaucoup plus cher). Cela permet de profiter d'un quartier au calme ce qui rend les nuits paisibles.
Il y a un restaurant Catalina juste en face de l'hotel pour des petits déjeuners à prix andalou!
Literie ultra confort et salle de bain grande et propre.
En résumé, nous avons été ravis de ce séjour.
