Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel about twenty mins walk to the centre. Lovely rooms and comfy beds.
Only downside is you have to pay for spa which is not how the hotel is advertised.
Saying that I would definitely return as a good central point for visiting Serville.

Disappointed
Pros:

Staff were disinterested, can’t explain it any other way

Cons:

Smelt a bit damp in rooms
Emailed ahead to ask for late check out and to group 2 bookings, no response
No info on check in, just a long wait but with poor communication
Asked for a kettle and rang for cups and phone put down
Asked the reception to pop an empty shoe box in the bin and she pointed for me to go and put it in and outside bin

Pros:

Eccellente hotel a Siviglia. Vicino al centro con una camminata di 15 minuti. Colazione abbondante e varia. Camere spaziose e pulite. Letto comodo. Struttura ampia e molto bella. Super consigliato!

Pros:

Emplacement à 25 minutes à pied du centre touristique ainsi que de la place d'Espagne. Jolie zone commerciale avec pleins de boutiques à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Hôtel propre et personnel souriant et à l'écoute

Petit déjeuner trop cher et chambre un peu bruyant à cause des murs fin

Clean, early breakfast, location was good and communal area very welcoming

Cons:

Lack of air conditioning because it was winter.
Apps on TV locked down so unable to log on to steaming apps. Only able to cast your screen from your phone to the TV- this was disappointing.

Lovely hotel. Walking distance to sights
Pros:

The hotel is clean. The room was very comfortable. Comfortable bed. Daniel who served us at breakfast was warm and personal.
Note: if you book the hotel in Spring there is no air conditioning, so don’t forget to bring a portable fan, as we found the night’s warm. We were able to open the window which helped.

Magnifico.
Pros:

Praticamente tutto.
C’è tutto intorno: fermata tram, bus, ristorante, supermercato e centro commerciale.

Inoltre la struttura davvero bella, pulita e molto molto accogliente. Ci tornerei volentieri.
