La atención del personal fue excelente. Cada persona fue amable, resolutiva y con la mejor energía.
Los detalles muy bien cuidados, desde el agua con limón en la entrada hasta las zapatillas de baño, increíblemente suaves.

I really liked their breakfast and I saw new faces at the desk this time that I thought were very friendly. And I like staying at this hotel because it's dog friendly. Last time I didn't really like my room this time I loved my room and I will specifically ask for that room again on my return trip.

Cons:

I paid for the dog and the bowls came a day late and the bed as well. But it didn't look like they had washed the dog bed it was covered in dog hair. It would have been nice since I made the reservation with a pet that when we walked in the room the pet stuff was ready to go after our long journey. Freshwater really would have been amazing. The refrigerator didn't work I checked to see that it was plugged in. They did put water in the refrigerator but in the Sevilla heat you definitely want cold water.

I was surprised how quick the laundry service was and I was very appreciative.

"Expresión Sevillana"
Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente, la limpieza bien, las habitaciones también pero la piscina puede mejorar en cuanto a la limpieza. El diseño y la decoración del hotel es preciosa 👍🏻
