It was a good stay until my husband fell down the stairs

Terrible Management, Avoid This Hotel!
Cons:

Terrible ownership and management. Illegally makes additional charges to cards without customer signature. Hotel owner staff pocketing money.

They also claim deposit refundable but they illegally withhold it even after doing the room inspection and telling you it will be returned but nope, its a scam by ownership.

Tried to talk to owner, the guy hangs up on customers and then the lady who we are told is related to owner hangs up on customer instead of letting anyone talk to the owner or leave message for them.

Most reviews seem to be fake or family, as it doesn't reflect the actual hotel. Hot water doesn't work, bathtub in rough shape, one room the toilet isnt even bolted down right, rooms smell like smoke, and possible bed bugs as well.

Anyways, they are clearly stealing money or they wouldn't hang up on customers when questioned and asking for help.

Check your cards for unauthorized charges and to see if they stole your deposit also.

Best Western should drop this hotel for there bad business practices. Pay more for another hotel, as.this one isnt worth the savings.

You would think the owner would want to make sure acts like this isn't happening but seems he okay with it, since staff instructed to hang up on customers.

I needed an quick overnight stay it was clean and comfortable and I felt safe

Pros:

The outside doesn’t look that inviting but the rooms are very nice! Everything is updated and very clean I’ve stayed twice and I’m very pleased.

The staff is great, room is clean and modern, great location!
Pros:

Right off the interstate and very close to the main part of town! It looks small from the outside but it is very clean and has amenities other hotels don’t like both a fridge and microwave, in addition to nightstands you can plug your phone into with a usb. Great value for the price!
