Pros:

AJ at the front desk is very accommodating and kind. He always has a smile on his face and works very hard to make sure you have everything you need. I had a lot of baggage to bring into the room during my stay and requested a lower level room. He went above and beyond and upgraded me to the cottage suite! The world needs more AJs. :)

Pros:

We were happy to get a place to stay when our plans changed. The employee who checked us in was friendly. The room was clean.

Cons:

The windows to the room had no locks, we were offered locks to put on them when we complained. We installed these locks ourselves.
A room that was either next door or above ours was very loud, They sounded intoxicated. Later that night I heard the police as they knocked on the door of the other room. I couldn't sleep.
The next morning the door to the office with the breakfast room was still locked when breakfast was supposed to be served. The sleepy looking employee eventually came to the door, turned on the lights and let us in to eat a cold breakfast.

Cons:

The staff is we’re not answering their phone at 7:15 PM and we’re nowhere to be found or able to contact by phone at 9:15 PM WHEN I arrived to check in.

My stay was excellent and the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming.
Pros:

The scenery was amazing.

Cons:

The toilet was a bit low and not sturdy. Otherwise, a very good and comfortable room.

No coffee or breakfast as promised.
Pros:

They promised us coffee and breakfast at 8 am and we waited until nearly 8:15 and still nobody was there, the office was locked.
