Comfy bed and pillows. Close to the ice box.
Front desk asking tons of questions. A window view with air conditioner. No waffles for breakfast. No warm biscuits.
The location was good to restaurants and things to do and the hospitals as well
I didn’t like the property because of advertised having balconies, and the sliding glass doors were screwed shut. I mentioned this to the staff and all they could do was apologize, of course after being in the hospital all day long with a loved one in hospice I just wanted to sit outside and enjoy the breeze so this is fault advertising.
The ladies at breakfast. Both were so friendly.
Everything was walkling distance
One of the front desk clerks was very unfriendly
Fox channel with World Cup soccer matches was not available in our room
In town for an event. The event coordinator worked with the hotel to accommodate our group. There were many plusses to the hotel.
For one, it was a pleasure to have refreshes done without requesting. Most hotels have started back up with that amenity, I know, but some I have stayed in are still not doing refreshes unless you specifically ask. I've stayed at a couple like that.
Another thing I liked. They have the fastest elevator of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Wow! Get in, press the button, and seconds later I'm in the lobby!
The service personnel were pretty friendly and polite.
Plusses and minuses for the restaurant Used the hotel restaurant only once for dinner. Sat at the bar and got excellent service from Harley!! (Wanted to fill out a comment card for her, but apparently the hotel doesn't have them. I hope someone can pass this on to her). The sandwich I got was pretty good, too.
However, the breakfast (which was complimentary, so I shouldn't complain to much...) was not all that great. It was just serve yourself, with the standard eggs, bacon, etc. Personally, I would have been glad to pay $$ and get a better variety.
Also, the room layout was not very convenient. The rooms are laid out with all the windows facing out into their courtyard/pool area. The halls zig and zag in a circle to accommodate this layout. I counted. I had to go 170 steps to get to my room on what was, apparently, the opposite side of the complex.
Still, it was a good hotel.
The staff was excellent and the room was modern and clean.
We were only there overnight and left early before breakfast was served but it was in a Great location, very clean
The bedding is nice but comforter too heavy. It would be perfect if they would provide a light weight blanket to use when needed.
