Very nice comfortable hotel with lots of amenities. I would go there again. I recommend it for ever
Pros:

I liked my room was nice, big room. I liked my bathroom very much, I liked the big mirror with lights on it. The bed was very comfortable with nice, very good pillows, I loved that. I had a good night sleep in this hotel. The staff were very nice, friendly. I loved the fireplaces outside in the back. It was nice sitting around the fireplace in the evening.

Cons:

Unfortunately the view from my room was not very good because the front of my window was a big hill.

GREAT STAFF, nice lobby - excellent room service burger!!

Cons:

decent hotel but you guys need to update it - I mean, my room had popcorn ceilings!!

also, $26 for breakfast is ridiculous. room was all the way down the hall and next to an exit door - not too peaceful

Posso solo dire di avere dormito bene.Per il resto poca empatia dello staff anche alla reception.

Non mi è piaciuto per niente il fatto che la colazione non fosse inclusa anche perché, quando ho prenotato, era tutto incluso.Ma ok.Ma il fatto che poi ho fatto colazione lo stesso, nella sala risto, pensando di avere una ricca colazione ma, a dire il vero, le parti dolci erano cose di scarsa qualità, che sembravano prese da un supermercato.Tutto mini e scarsoa qualità.La parte salata, un pò meglio, ma non eccezionale.Per un hotel del genere, mettere a disposizione dei dolci del genere, consiglio alla direzione di andare a farsi un soggiorno in un hotel a Rimini, anche di tre stelle, e capisce cosa vuol dire la qualità e mettere a disposizione del cliente una vasta varietà di prodotti.Nel latte ci ho trovato anche un animale e fatto vedere, senza creare problemi, al cameriere che, non ha minimamente detto niente e nemmeno chiesto scusa.Bocciatissimo l'Hotel in tutto questo.

No response from anyone who could help regarding horrible stay.

Beautiful area

Cons:

It was uncomfortably hot and stuffy at night. Hard to breathe. Up all night. Couldn’t sleep. Called front desk to report. Maintenance was supposed to come up and never came. Reported it to front desk in the morning as it had gotten very late and nothing was done about it. Reported it multiple ways to booking.com and no response from them either. Will not be using either again.
