I've stayed a lot at this property. A very good hotel for the price. Staff, particularly the woman who's worked in the M Lounge for years, always excellent. Free parking is a big benefit. Rooms vary greatly depending on what has been upgraded.
The lobby
No free wifi, no bottle water in the room. Broken lamp in the room .
Checked in at 2 pm since was there with large group for an offsite wedding…no room available ..needed to shower and change to be on shuttle to wedding at 3:00..told me no room would be available til after 4…told me to go to pool locker room and shower …get down there door locked and nobody to key me to n.. 10 minutes to beg someone to let me in… not the way to relax and get ready.,left my phone # at desk to key me know when room ready…no call by 10 pm si I called them and they said the key could be picked up when I return…got back at almost 2AM and 20 minute wait in line with only 2 desk open…Thanks for ruining a otherwise great wedding experience!
Comfortable beds, good size room and bathroom
Used soap in bathroom, maybe the room wasn’t cleaned? , no restaurants in the hotel or nearby, staff not very friendly, no utensils available.

Good location
Run down I know they are now doing renovations but it should of been done 5 years ago. They should let you know before you that they are now charging customers a utility charge every day you stay. When you ask the associates what the charge means they tell you they are really not sure
Been here before it is located where we need it to be. Love the lobby and the staff. The hotel is beautiful overall.
Our room was not what i expected. We stayed in December and the room was beautiful, clean and updated. This time, our room was not so pretty, the bathroom wasn’t super clean, the hot water was a little iffy and the repairs to the room ( as it was older) were super visible, it could use an update for sure and someone to care more when they clean. Details matte
Full of cockroaches
Stayed at the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale for a few nights and walked away impressed by the staff, even though the trip itself was a busy, stressful one. The lobby is bright and modern with a great mix of seating, a real fireplace, and enough energy that it never feels empty, even on a weeknight when there are a lot of business and conference guests around.
The standout for me was the morning team. Nicoleta at the front desk went out of her way to help with a room request, and she followed up days later without missing a beat, which tells you she actually cares about guests rather than just processing them. Glendon, who works the lobby, shared an infused water recipe with my wife that was genuinely so delicious that we went back for seconds (twice). And when we asked for a local bagel recommendation, the front desk pointed us to Pantano's Gourmet Deli down the road, which turned out to be a fantastic tip — proper NY bagel, no notes.
We also grabbed dinner and drinks at the hotel bar one night, and it hit the spot after a long day — short rib quesadilla, hot wings, fries, and the bartenders were friendly and quick, even though it was busy. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained for a hotel that clearly sees a lot of traffic.
For the price, this is a solid pick if you need something convenient on Long Island — close to the highway, easy in and out, and a staff that actually makes an effort. We'd stay here again.
La habitación tenía dos camas grandes de 135 cm, con colchones supercomodísimos y daba al exterior. Muy confortable y limpia.
Estaba todo perfecto.
Not a lot
No hot water in the morning. Facility poorly maintained. commissary poorly stocked.
I stayed at the Long Island Marriott this past week and was forntunate that when I checked in Joseph was able to accommodate me with a newly renovated room which was very impressive from my previous stays. I have obviously read some poor reviews of the hotel and understand the rooms were in a major need of updating, but they have done a great job and would stay at the hotel again without a doubt. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the food is always solid at the restaurant/bar.
Nice

Hot water had to be run for 10 minutes before water became warm. Bathroom was not very clean. Room was dark and dingy. The location is not convenient unless you have a car. Restaurants and shopping are a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
