Good location by the airport.
The AC unit was loud in my room and things could have been a little bit cleaner. It was also listed that they have a laundry machine but it was broken.

Amenities and staff
No fan / vent in the bathroom
Shower head did not work. Could not take a shower. The floor were lumpy and the ac unit was loud. The restroom sink was leaning off of the wall.
The location was wonderful and staff was nice.
No one answer the phone, charges are not communicated prior to the stay and double charges.
Place need to be upgraded
The tub peeling and dirty room had a smell

I would not recommend this hotel our experience was not good we stay 3 nights we were not informed at check in that u had to let the front desk know ahead of time that u would like ur room clean everyday I had to asked for clean towels and wash rag everyday when I asked why our room was not being clean i was informed by the housekeeper supervisor they don't clean the room everyday and they charge $13.00 a day for parking it's not even a parking garage it's a parking lot the staff was not friendly and the tv only half of it worked the top part had a white line going though it
The $12 fee to park in the parking lot was absolutely ridiculous.

The property charged me the deposit without any explanation. Was only in the room to sleep...no damages whatsoever. Every time I call in they put me on hold indefinitely. This is absolutely awful service and no accountability. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Rooms were with Bugs , AC was not working , Beds were not comfortable

Absolutely terrible hotel. Don't ever book this terrible hotel. Absolutely horrendous hotel. Customer service sucks. They charge us a $500 smoking fee, and we never even smoked in the room. Nor do I ever smoke or drink. Absolutely terrible customer service. The front desk workers are horrible, horrendous. Never book here ever. They suck terribly. I would want to give it a zero star. They need to fire all the workers that work there. They need to fire all the management and fire all of the front desk workers. They suck. They said we smoked in the room! I don't even smoke.
