I location was ok , close to different restaurants, outside of the hotel was disappointing, dirty with trash and used condoms throw outside the parking lot….

Outside of the hotel was very disappointing, dirty with trash and used condoms and thrown outside the parking lot.staff was not welcoming…elevator was nasty and very small, not useful at times…

The room itself was fine.

Cons:

The bathroom was disgusting. Definitely needs to be remodeled. I saw a roach. When I got to hotel, they informed me that I would have to pay $12 a day to park at their hotel even though I paid alot of money to stay there. I did not know that when I booked my stay. Two of the lamps did not work.

Cons:

A roach crawled out of the shower drain. The tub was chipped horribly as I showered. Mold on the peeling caulk in the edges. The roach really did it for me, though. The air was on and off every 5 minutes and you could hear neighboring toilets flushing.

Everything thing else was great
Pros:

Everything was put out after 6 was not ready food was not completely . Staff did not greet or smile, I had to speak to her first , before she would speak. The next day I took my family out to eat breakfast somewhere else.

Cons:

Service with a smile, greeting customers is always a plus. And have food ready not make customer think you don’t want them there.

It felt like a quick MOTEL stay.

Cons:

The tub was not clean. I could not take a shower. Available breakfast was boiled eggs and waffles only at 8:30am. The staff was not friendly. After getting my receipt at checkout I was not given a thank you for staying.

After staying here, there wasn't much to like.

Cons:

The hotel has a roach problem. I saw three roaches in my room and also by the breakfast area. This hotel needs to be taken down to the studs and renovated.

The property was in a good location, the price wasn’t bad.

Cons:

They room smelled really badly of cigarettes, they only put 1 toilet paper roll that wasn’t even new it was almost gone. The shower was disgusting, where the faucet is the wall is sunken in.

Pros:

I had feces coming out of the toilet and coming up in the tube the maintenance technician fix it the next day later but was accomadated to go to another room to shower, finally use my shower in the original room and the water still backing up so it was like taking a shower and a bath at the same time finally on day three or four gave me a new room with a refrigerator and microwave keep in mind the original room had no refrigerator or microwave and I lost the food I purchase and the original room when I open the curtains I and the view of all the air conditioner units when I complain the manager said there was nothing wrong with that, I was fabaguish could believe his answer the locate I enjoyed facility nice staff mix some great other unconcern will I stay again yes last room was great and love the location
