Absolutely terrible hotel. Don't ever book this terrible hotel. Absolutely horrendous hotel. Customer service sucks. They charge us a $500 smoking fee, and we never even smoked in the room. Nor do I ever smoke or drink. Absolutely terrible customer service. The front desk workers are horrible, horrendous. Never book here ever. They suck terribly. I would want to give it a zero star. They need to fire all the workers that work there. They need to fire all the management and fire all of the front desk workers. They suck. They said we smoked in the room! I don't even smoke.
This hotel needs to be closed down. It’s horrendous and disgusting. The employees are nice and friendly but the room and property is disgusting. The rooms are outdated, the elevator is old, rooms are disgusting. Everything needs to be burnt and replaced. The carpet stinks and the bathroom is horrendous. Our flight got cancelled and DO NOT believe the pictures from the hotel. It seems as though this hotel is being used to host people who are in a shelter and etc. We were so scared to take a shower and sleep in the bed. The stairways is scary. Someone can get hurt and getaway with it staying here. Not safe and not cleaned and it is beyond repaired. The rugs are stained and the ac is huge.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, public transportation, and popular attractions. It made getting around the area simple and saved us a lot of travel time.

Our bathroom faucet was missing and tub was in very poor condition. We could not bathe. The whole hall smelled like marijuana. And small aged kids running up and down halls in middle of night. We had a early flight to catch and couldn't sleep.
