Pros:

It was a busy hotel with youth sports teams but our room was on a quiet floor. Check-in and check-out was easy and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable temperature-wise and the bedding was wonderful. The bathroom was clean, plenty of amenities, shower pressusre and temp was good. We'd stay there again.

Good and Cleaning Crew Short Staffed
Pros:

Cleaning staff was short, so the maid on the 6th floor couldn’t get to our room on Sunday. So no fresh sheets or towels. Front staff and the ladies in the restaurant were very friendly and amazing.

The staff was so nice and accommodating, but the hotel itself seemed dated, a little unclean, and beds not real comfortable!
Our keys wouldn't open the room! We did get another, but after working one time, it also failed to open. The worst was a terrible odor in the room like mildew. The room felt humid although the air was on. It was extremely hot out! We could have reported it in hopes of getting a new room, but desk was slammed and hotel full! We just went with the flow and probably won't go back.

The stay was okay hotel needs updating. Water pressure was terrible they charged for a cup of coffee with breakfast which we had already paid 15 dollars for. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. The bed was very comfortable. So I will give 3 out of 5 stars

There was an odd stench in the lobby and guest services were not the happiest people. They also had maintenance issues with our door. This was shared with other rooms so we were not the only people on our floor who could not get in. Staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and the food was tasty
