Overall a good place to stay overnight before catching a flight.
Pros:

The hotel was located about a 10 min drive from the airport. The room was clean and spacious and the other facilities were also clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the room had carpeting. The were also a poor choice of restaurants within walking distance.

A great place for a short turnaround in Dallas.
Pros:

Shuttle to and from airport. Excellent front of house who went out of his way to chat with guests and make them feel comfortable. Good facilities and very clean.

Great airport hotel
Pros:

Prompt easy check in after flight cancellation. Billing issue resolved promptly (double billing over 2am check in) and front desk staff were terrific.

The stay was nice other than the above

Clean. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

The guy that checked us out was rude. We asked to get early shuttle to airport since our flight had changed and he very rudely said that the shuttle was full and that we should have scheduled the shuttle last night. I made him aware that we had signed up for a later shuttle but our flight was re scheduled for earlier. He was not a pleasant person

Was not given the room as described by Booking.com. Supposed to be a king bed but was queen. Hotel said the suites only had queen beds and that the third party vendor made a mistake
