Short pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and the shuttle was helpful!

Cons:

We loved the suite with kitchen! The bed could have been a bit bigger for two but it was very comfortable. The pool wasn’t open but we hope it can be repaired for the next guests. Thank you for the service and clean modern facility.

Would definitely stay here again!

staff not very helpful. We asked for an early trip to the airport. The concierge told us that taxis at an early hour are unreliable, but never mentioned the hotel’s coach.

Clean, mostly nice with great breakfast, however, need to change shuttle to accurate leaving time.

Great value! Clean and comfy hotel next to airport with a shuttle. Mostly friendly staff. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Only negative. We arrived two mins to 10am in the lobby and the 10am shuttle had already left. Then the lady in front pointed at the sign and said that we had to arrive 10 mins early to catch the 10am shuttle. My thoughts are, then have it be the 9:50am shuttle, instead of the 10am shuttle. Another guest also arrived at the same time as us and we shared an uber

Wish we could have stayed longer
Pros:

Was very impressed with the size of the room and the huge shower. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we got some much needed rest after a long travel. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok.

Very nice place close to the Airport with free shuttle service.
Pros:

Rooms were very nice and they allow pets. They took my wife to the airport and I got to go home. Didn’t eat because I left before they started to serve. Coffee was ready and it was good.

Cons:

I don’t have any bad things to say.

I need a rufund from booking
Pros:

The place was fine

Cons:

I didn’t like pay & being charged from booking & arriving to hotel not finding my reservation in there system & having to purchase my room from them as well being charged from you!
