A hot breakfast was provided every day with boiled eggs, French fries, olives, different kinds of coffee (from a machine). The front desk fixed my shower when the spray attachment stopped working. The bed was fine; the A/C had a remote control for room temperature (in Celcius degrees).
The front desk man arranged my Bosphorous boat tour ($47 for two people) which took us all the way to Asia! He got us a taxi (3:45 am pickup) for the airport. He even found me a laundry which did wash, dry and fold; he arranged the entire transaction by phone because I don't speak Turkish.
Meals at nearby restaurants were tasty, fresh, and inexpensive. The hotel is on a narrow side street with very little motorized traffic, walking distance to the waterfront, a park, and plenty of neighborhood mosques.
I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at The Queen Hotel for 10 days during a family vacation, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel was extremely convenient and made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality. A special thanks to Roshen, who went above and beyond to help us navigate local transportation and find the best ways to get around. His assistance made a huge difference in how smoothly everything went.
The hotel also offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was a major plus for us as a family. The food was always fresh, delicious, and varied enough to keep everyone happy.
Overall, The Queen Hotel made us feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. Highly recommended for families looking for a stress-free and accommodating place to stay in Turkey!

The hotel room was disgusting. There were brown stains all over the pillows and quilt, the bathroom was full of hair and dirt.
We checked in very late due to a delayed flight so couldn’t move hotels, we didn’t even sleep and left at the earliest opportunity.
The hotel itself is tiny and very dated.
Filthy would never recommend it stay there ever again

The location of the hotel is great as the metro station can be reached with a short walk. The rooms were fine. It seems like they have been renovated recently. However, during our stay, there was no water available in toilets at night, which was bizzare - so we were not able to shower after a long day of sightseeing or even brush teeth at night. The worst thing was that there was no advanced notice on this, and the hotel staff made zero effort to provide alternative solutions. My 5-year-old was covered with soap with no water to clean, and the guy from the reception was like, "What can I do? There is no water in the whole area. ". This was not a one-off issue. This problem occurred on all 3 nights we were there. There was no apology from the hotel either - the situation was handled poorly. Also, there was no room service provided, so the rooms were not cleaned daily. The staff spoke limited english, which also made the communication a bit difficult at times. No parking is available at the hotel, so we had to park nearby and pay around 350 Lira/day - it's something to bear in mind, but this would be the case everywhere in Istanbul.

The Queen Hotel has a perfect location, super friendly stuff, average prices.
It's not that type of hotels for luxury housing but you have all essential amenities and everything enough.

The hotel is okay, looks better on picture, but it is okay for the price. It is very central and easy go to Sultan Ahmet, the Bazar, gala and taksim with Subway and train.
